This restaurant is a must! I was served by a very nice and respectful woman named Kaitlynn and she was very positive the hole time. The service is amazing, the food has multiple varieties and the atmosphere was comfortable.10/10 would recommend!!

My wife ordered online and I went to pick up the order. Turned out it was accidentally given away but the manager took care of it quickly, professionally and kindly. Got fresh wings up very fast and gave us dessert for the mix up. Would definitely recommend eating here for the good food and great staff.

I like to stop by here when I finish work on my early day’s for a couple drinks and something to eat. The bartender is always friendly (not the redhead, but the other woman) and makes my drinks on point. The food is pretty good, but I find the wings are oddly similar to pizza huts and considering the price it’s the only thing I recommend not ordering. Aside from that this place is the bomb.

I came here on Veterans Day when they had a deal of 10 free boneless wings for all veterans. The wings were delicious. Service was great, food came out quick. Beer was cold. Will go back again. I sat at the bar and the bartender was a joy.

We always go to eat here when we go for the weekend from Montreal. Service is great and friendly and the boneless chicken wings are superb!!

When we got there were greated with a smile as being seated. It was very clean and enjoyed the multiple games playing. We loved the food amazing as always! I had my first dirty Shirley there and it tasted good. I highly recommend giving this place a try and you will not regret this stop!

Delicious meal. We got the special 6 items for $19.99. 10 bones wings, double cheeseburger, double order of potato wedges and 2 Diet Pepsi drinks. Very filling, and very good. I've never experienced such wonderful customer service! An error/glitch in the online ordering system occurred, I paid with a gift card and the order never made it to the store. I spoke with Jess, a manager at the Plattsburgh location and without hesitation, she made the situation right. Not wanting the restaurant to take a loss on my order I questioned it.... she assured me it was no problem. My order was perfect and delish!! And I even got some extra wedges! A happy fed family thanks to Jess and crew!! Highly recommended!!

First time visiting a Wild Wings and I wasn't disappointed. I always heard good things and they weren't wrong. The restaurant was super clean and we got seated right away. The staff were so friendly. Best of all the selection wing sauces is wild (pun intended). Its not super cheap but well worth the price. Take note the "Blazing Knockout" sauce is pretty darn spicy. Thanks for the experience.

Stopped randomly there on a bus trip. The food was good and fresh. They really do understand how to fry chicken and they have a very various choice of wings boneless or regular rubs/sauces. Sports bar ambiance for the amateurs of sports. Not to mention the numerous tap beers and other drinks.

This place was Awesome today!!! From the front door greeter to our personable waitress, the experience was top notch!! The chicken Quesadilla was a scrumptious appetizer, the buffalo Bleu burger was better than most burger joints, and the hand breaded tenders were too die for!!! We will definitely be back next time we are in Plattsburgh.

I wanted to say that your food was good and I will be going again to eat. There are only two complaints I have the first one was that the ceiling was leaking water. The other one was that we were trying to be nice and left the lady we had a tip and the lady was being so rude.

It's a young person's pub and grub. Sports on TV's, loud young men sitting at the bar. But the wings were pretty good. So were the onion rings.

The only thing I ever order is the All American buger and it's fantastic! The fries are not good, opt for the wedges. Service was fast, friendly. My sister tried the tacos and said they were very good. The restaurant was not crowded, we went around 4 and the washrooms were very clean.

What I can say is when I walked in the locals had that feeling I wasn't from here. The staff put me in a corner which was ok. But they did take care of me. Order wings and they seem small in size than in Michigan. But I can say they came out fast and hot, no more than 10 mins.

The atmosphere is ok but that isn't what matters or why you go there. You come here for the wings and there sauce selection. The wings are great as are the rest of the finger foods but you have to be careful because although in itself it isn't too expensive, it can add up quickly when you see everything you want to order.

First off, our waitress was great. Listen to my food restrictions and took care of my meal. Service was great and friendly from all. The food was good. My son enjoyed his burger and fries from the kids' menu. I would recommend this place, it's great also if there's sports events happening.

I always love the food, duh, but I'm also always pleased by how friendly the wait staff is. I kind that the tables are still not on top each other and there's a little more space since COVID started. I hate having to walk through and bump others who are trying to eat or just... I try respecting personal space, as well as when others pass out table. I have been in another chain restaurant where I was seated where people's butts literally rubbed my arm on their way by. Gross!!!

I'd been on the road for some time, so I was hungry but not starving, going to bed soon and I didn't want to spend much money, or time. I'd never been here and had heard the food was good. The best price I could find for my situation was 3 street tacos. I sat there forever it seemed but I was out of options. When the order finally arrived, I was starting to feel hungrier. Imagine that. They were good, the little tacos, but I was unsatisfied with my overall cost of the experience.

As a bar restaurant, it is loud which is something I do not find appealing. I've had a burger before and this last time I tried a wrap, and that was very good. The cook accidentally messed up and the waitress took care of it, no hassle. I did not have to wait very long and the waitress was super friendly. I very much dislike that they serve shoe string fries. Besides the fries and the noise level, it's a decent place for a bite to eat.

Wish I remembered our waitresses name but she was fantastic, very observant and engaged in conversation with my son. Atmosphere was busy per usual but food came quickly. Didn't really care for the taste of the tender meal I ordered but serving sizes were excellent.

We had a super friendly staff member serve us for the evening. Place was clean and hardly anyone was there. Everyone in our party enjoyed our meals.

Ticket times were good. The food matched corporate standards. We went during a slow day and the staff were way too inattentive for how not busy it was.

Pretty good location. Servers were attentive but not over friendly, I like to go to a place with more laid back servers at tables, but more "aggressive" friendly bartenders. So depending on your mood and interest for human interaction is how you choose where to sit. Everybody here is just ok. Food was typical, pretty good, you know what you're getting. Traditional wings are really small, I think it's the same everywhere now. Looked like they ran out of chickens and are going with pigeon maybe. Still pretty good. They do need to work on their choices for the tvs, not really enough sports. I went during a down time, but damn, just put baseball on every channel and roll with it. They had a bunch of talkshow type stuff on.

We’ve been here twice. The food is very good, but also very filling. We got the wings combo, the burger (which was flavourless), the appetizer mix, and the beer steak sandwich. It was mostly very good, but the spicy wings have no taste other than the burning sensation. They were very understaffed, only saw 2 waiters for a very full house, we had to wait 30 mins for someone to check on us and get the check.

I tried the black bean burger it was okay and tater tots, the tots were a bit too hard for me. I also ate the cauliflower appetizer and it was pretty good and very spicy. I also tried the mezcal black cherry Margherita that was good. The nachos were very hot and the serving size is extremely big. The service was excellent.

We weee seated right away and it was particularly noisy for a Sunday afternoon. There are so many TVs all over the place and so many different sports going on at the same time. Food was good but found it expensive 15 wings for 23$ and it doesn’t even include fries. Street tacos were very good and came with tortilla chips with salsa but such a tiny container of salsa. It wasn’t enough. great variety of beers and cocktails, my husband had beer and I had the spiked lemonade. It was really good and could definir taste the alcohol.

The food is no better than your local home town tavern. The sauces are what bring me back. Newer server "Drew" was very polite, attentive and specifically considerate to our sleeping baby... Although I have no idea how my baby could sleep in such a loud establishment with all the TV's and such.

I'm not going to be too negative since BWW has a great chain of restaurants. We love too go. Yesterday staff was nice but wings were not to usual standard. Place was empty and wings arrived cold and some wings barely had any sauce. I know next time the cook will do better.

I told the waitress that I wanted exactly what the other person I was with was having except I wanted a different salad dressing, plus six boneless wings. Well I got the correct salad dressing and my six wings, but didn't get the wrap that the person with me ordered. I didn't say anything because I didn't get a chance. She set the plates down and was gone. Whatever, I just ate what I had and went on with my life. I also wanted a caffeine free soft drink. All they had was Pepsi zero I think it was. It was not good. I only drank a little. The experience could have been better, but I guess it could have been worse. It wasn't as bad as the night before at the local 99 restaurant. What the heck Plattsburgh?

9/20/2024- I’ve been here twice in the last week, Typically I believe they have the best wings around, when they come out hot. However, both times this week the wings came out cold, as though they sat around for a while before being served or they sent wings that were precooked and served. VERY Disappointing! 2/19/24-lost a star today. I order two different cocktail drinks and both tasted as though they had absolutely no liquor in them. At $10 a drink,I want to taste it. Also, the wings come out cold, definitely been sitting out for a while. Disappointing to say the least. Buffalo, wild wings has the best chicken wings you will ever find. Absolutely love them.

Wrong order last visit, nothing taken off the bill, dirty floors still being vacuumed while dining. They need a better team. Their best TVs are hard to see because they are so old. Needs a major renovation.

Went in at 7pm and had food very good service and quick with food. Then went back in at 9:45 for a quick drink and was told they were closed even though the website says they are open till 11pm . If you are not going to be open until your posted time you need to change it on your website.

Macaroni and cheese was cold and rubbery - both times after sending it back. Waitress never refilled our drinks. Wasn't that busy so not sure what happened. We usually enjoy the food here.

I ordered 30 wings and it was the wrong box of wings. Every flavor was hot and nothing I picked. I also only got 20 wings. Sucks to have this happen with food prices today.

Wings were well below average, fries were like sticks, charged almost $10 for celery?!@, even draft beer wasn't up to par. Disappointing trip to my go to for watching football.

I've been to other buffalo wild wings and really enjoyed it there. However, this specific restaurant was not my favorite. Our waitress forgot to order my boyfriend's lunch but remembered mine. It took over 15 minutes just to get drinks served to our table. When his burger finally came it was way over cooked and dry. This was not a busy time of day. It was 11:30 and there was maybe 5 other tables of people with plenty of other servers.

Firstly, big thumbs up to Mohammed who took care of us after our server, Amanda was unfriendly, monasylabic in her responses, slow in serving to say the least, preferring to wash glasses than take care of customers and not willing to represent Buffalo wild wings in the best possible way. If you're going for date night, just so you know you can request that the lights be lowered in the bar area, it was like a supermarket light when we walked in. And after Muhammad understood what was going on and got them lowered there were four different groups of customers who gave a round of applause to him, please check your security cameras to verify this, if the bar staff say that it's mandatory to have the lights so bright understand that it is not they are just being lazy. I'm very disappointed in Amandas service, thank God for Muhammad who wasn't working the bar but had the understanding of food service hospitality. 👊

Asked for a chicken Ceasars salad with dressing on the side to go while having a drink at the bar. After 25 minutes had to ask another bartender to check on my order. It was done in the back and when brought home the salad dressing had already been added which would've been all right if I had planned on eating it right away.

I've heard good things but I went for the first time today and said I would sit at the bar was questioned if I was sure when I said yes she said ok but if you are not comfortable say so we will move you. Kind of odd I thought. I ordered a beer and salt and vinegar wings to go they were all plain except one. I believe in multiple chances so we will see.

Service sucked after we were seated in the bar area we sat for 20 minutes before order being taken the waited 35 minutes for water and a tea and 15 traditional wings and potato wedges …. Not once were we asked if we wanted more water or tea ! Never again!

The food is good when they actually get the order right. Every time we order an appetizer it either comes out with our meal or it comes out wrong. I would understand if it was bust at the time but it never us. They're two tables and only couple people at the bar. Three employees standing around visiting. This is last time my family will be coming here.

Athena the hostess was deliberately rude and disrespectful while entering the restaurant when I requested a booth. She told me that I couldn’t have a booth cause the server was full. After sitting me at a high top she then sat a 4 top right after at a booth. When asking why she rolled her eyes and gave an excuse. We continued to sit and wait for over 15 min for a server to reach our table because she didn’t let our server know he had our table. She rolled her eyes then proceeded to complain about us to other co workers in the restaurant. I’m a host at Applebees and I would NEVER treat someone this way especially a customer requesting for a table. She should not be a host if she cannot respectfully handle customers requests. End of story.

Menu says. Hand cut fries. But yet you serve frozen shoestring fries. Maybe change what is actually served...

Won't do that again. Food was carelessly prepared and the sauce (Thai whatever) was the most salty thing I've ever tasted, thank goodness I asked for it on the side, inedible. Service sucks. Waited for silverware till half way through our meal, waited for drinks, asked 3 times for stuff and never got it. The place was empty, I could understand if it was busy but it was dead. Waitress didnt seem to enthusiastic to be waiting on us.

Our waiter was fantastic so kind and friendly. I order a wedge "salad" now... I use the phrase salad lightly. This was a whole hunk of lettuce and 3 tomato slices topped with a disgusting piece of chicken. I could not even eat this because the chicken tasted like it was three weeks old and picked out of a dumpster. Apparently my definition of a salad and this establishments definition are completely different. Leaving hungry.

DO NOT GO HERE! Its terrible. Ive tried three times and been disappointed each time. This last time was the worst. First off it took forever to get our food and it was not a busy night and there were five of us. It took about 40 minutes, just unacceptable. My food was on the cooler side and furthermore my friend had a hair in his. What did the waitress do when we informed her? Nothing! She just looked at it muttered a few things and left. She was constantly slow and unfriendly. I repeat DO NOT GO HERE! Go to another BWWs anyone but the Plattsburgh one. Its a great chain but this one is the WORST. If the owner is reading this by chance either have a very serious chat with your employees or fire them and start from scratch. BWWs has great food and is a good environment for sports and friends, please save your business and the reputation of this restaurant.

Worst meal EVER! Beer was flat, service sucked, bathrooms smelled, and they have their tables right infront of the door, so a constant cold breeze. My kids didnt even like the corn dogs, my son took one bite out of the burger and didnt finish it. Just a miserable experience.

I used to work here so I can tell you the servers like to eat off your plate while it’s still in the kitchen before they bring it out to you. Also if someone at your table orders nachos and someone orders wings. Your nachos will be sitting there for about 15mins while the wings get cooked. No one here cares and most of the staff makes fun of the customers as they serve them. After working here I’ll never patronize a Buffalo Wild Wings again

I have never seen a restaurant mess up a simple order so many times. Don’t expect anything special from this place. It’s an absolute waste of money, I called and had the order repeated back to me twice and they still messed up.

This place is ok. We never really have good service there. Are kids like it there with all the sport playing on TV. So we go here a couple times a year . Today I ordered there smoked drisket sandwich the drisket was as hard as beef jerky. So I said something to the waiter all the waiter said to me is yeah that sandwich is hit or miss with the quality. Then brought my bill like pushing us out. But I will say the kids enjoy there meal.

We watched a YouTube video on how great the burgers and wings are. Decided to order and are very disappointed. The wings are worse than little ceasers, undercooked and taste like mistreated fatty poor chickens. The burger we received was an overcooked misrepresentation of five guys, with old condiments. The side salad we tried was also not fresh and the lettuce and tomato (And the salad is just lettuce and tomato) were not fresh, as well. Spent too much money for inedible food! I won’t even mention the chicken sandwich!!! We order, we order a lot, and won’t again..

We just ordered from them for the first time.Will definitely be the last time!! Boneless wings were cold and one was inedible.They were suppose to be spicy garlic, well tasted like all they did was poor hot sauce on them not even fully coated No garlic at all!! No excuse they hardly had any customers get I wonder why??!!

Was in from outta town ask to sit so we could see the Brewer vs Braves playoff game......hostess kinda grumbled so we picked our own spot. Waitress was barely holding her head above water she was so busy. We told he to check in with us frequently as we were there to have beers along with dinner and drinks took forever to get once finally ordered.

I been there twice, each time it was not a good experience. I sat at the bar each time with 2 different bartenders and both times they were dismissive, unattentive, and downright rude, especially the 2nd time I went. I went a 2nd time because I just thought it was the person not the establishment, but now I see it's just the culture! I hate to throw the race card, but I can't see it being anything else, I watched how they treated other patrons, causaian to be frank and they didn't get the attitude(Yes I'm African American) I definitely won't be back!! Waiter said he's waiting on our fries to bring food out. We get our fries and they are cold. They would be steaming for a while coming out of the fryer. And the chicken was barely warm.

Ordered boneless wings in Plattsburgh, NY for BOGO. Got 20 wings and I live 35 miles away. Got home and found the wings were very burnt and super crisp. Eat some but most inedible. Had been closer I'd have returned them. Very disappointed as usually no issues. Thus a HUGE 👎

I come here on a Sunday to watch the Minnesota Vikings and the Jacksonville Jaguars play. I seat myself at the bar and I'm wearing Minnesota Vikings gear. I'm waiting for the 1:00 kickoff ... I don't see any TV with this game showing, however the same game is showing on 2 TVs in front of me. I asked to see the manager to change up the games and she says the Minnesota game is behind me. Like what did you want me to do? Turn around to watch the game or move to a different seat? Thanks for your hospitality!

Waitress was great! I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap as I usually do from places I haven't been. I have currently been throwing up since 4:18am. So 13 hours of on and off puking , because of a buffalo wrap I'm good on BWW.

We got seated and waited over 10 mins nobody even came to ask us for drinks. As we walked in there were 4 employees just standing at the front desk. It wasn't busy and there was only one couple on our whole side and they were getting their check. As we were about to leave they were seating a family right next to us with the whole side empty. There was no acknowledgement from the server that we were even there. At that it was time to leave.

My girlfriend ordered 6 salt & vinegar wings with fries last night (2/21/24) from here via DoorDash and then immediately called the restaurant to let them know that they need to be gluten-free because she has a severe gluten intolerance. She has done this countless times without any issue. However, this time, it took them close to 10 minutes for her to reach someone at the restaurant who told her that the wings were "probably already made" and that he would "find out". Well, I don't know what happened after that because nobody ever contacted her to let her know, and the food arrived with no indication if they were gluten-free or not. She called the restaurant again to ask and nobody answered. She was super hungry so she decided to just try one and ended up with a skin rash on her mouth and abdominal pain, followed my nausea for the rest of the night. I felt so bad, and neither of us thought her reaction would be so severe even if they weren't gluten-free. Seriously though, if the wings were actually already made, you guys couldn't redo SIX WINGS? Gluten intolerance isn't something to take lightly and I'm super upset that the guy she spoke to didn't care enough to honor her request or at the very least, make some sort of indication that they were/were not gluten-free somewhere on the order. At least she would've known not to eat them.

My girlfriend and I chose Buffalo Wild Wings for Valentine's Day dinner. The night started off okay when they forgot to call us for our reservation. We waited for about an hour. Once we were finally seated, the food itself was great, my girlfriend got a burger, I had boneless wings, and we had a good time. Then everything went sour. Later that night, I got violently ill with every symptom of food poisoning. I was miserable for over a day, which ruined what little time I had with my girlfriend (we only see each other once a month). I thought maybe it was a virus I got somewhere else but something that bad would not come and gone but food poisoning would. (My girlfriend also never got sick from me.) However, when we called BWW about it, they blew it off like it was nothing, they were concerned about my wellbeing but no accountability saying it couldn't have been them. I wasn't planning to write this review, but their response made me want to warn others. The food might be good, but if something goes wrong, don't expect them to do anything about it.

The food is okay, service and atmosphere was terrible. I took my mother out to lunch after being out of town and the whole time, our waitress was pushy and rushed us off our table. (we were there for maybe 45 min-1hr?) When we were leaving, some staff quickly worked to rearrange the bar area for a kids party. This place went from being an okay place to hang to feeling like a chuck-e-cheese

Had thousands of wings from b dubs over the years, what i just had door dashed to me were the smallest, most over cooked and inedible thing I've had in years, willing to pay $40 for good food but now all but 2 wings are in the trash, so disappointed that my bww affair is over!
