Delicioso todo y muy fresco ! Soy una fan de sushis y ha sido uno de los mejores que he probado . La mesera Ana fue muy atenta con nosotros, nos encantó su atención, siempre sonriente . Igual Angel , el gerente del lugar ha sido siempre atento en cada momento . Lo remiendo sin duda .

Gran experiencia en familia! Somos argentinos y el sushi acá es distinto, piezas más grandes y con un armado más rústico al que acostumbramos. Más allá de eso, muy sabroso. La atención por parte de Ana y el resto del staff fue espectacular, super atentos y bien predispuestos.

Fui a cenar a Sushi Club y me encantó la experiencia. Me atendió Beltrán, que fue súper atento y amable en todo momento. Pedí el rollo Unagui, el rollo Buenos Aires y el rollo Cuba, y estaban increíbles: súper frescos y llenos de sabor. Salí feliz. Definitivamente volvería!

La comida espectacular, el lugar increíble, lamentablemente el servicio deja mucho que desear ya que el tiempo de espera es mucho, no sé si es por falta de personal. Nos atendió una chica la cual hacía mala cara siempre que le pediamos algo. Pero en cuestión de comida es un lugar totalmente recomendado.

We came here after having not a great experience at our all inclusive hotel for sushi. This was just what we needed! Cute spot with great fresh fish! All of our starters and the rolls were great, and great sized portions! We got a bottle of sake and all the fish was great. We had Beltrań as our server and he was attentive and kind and we’ll definitely be back for some good sake and great sushi!

Amazing service! Food was impeccable! We split the Vietnamese roll and edamame , each got a roll, I had the fire salmon nigiri and the cocktails were wonderful too!! Sat outside. Great for people watching. Reasonable prices too!! Close to Congo Bongo too for after!!

I’ve been coming to this sushi restaurant for 10 years and its quality and service never disappoint. The Buenos Aires roll is my absolute favourite, and their sashimi is always top quality. Last night, I had the pleasure of attending their Tuna Cutting Event, which happens every 6 months or so, and WOW! They pulled out all the stops. For a sushi experience that feels luxury but has accessible prices, you can’t beat Sushi Club, it’s a Playa staple.

Stopped in for a quick sushi lunch and was seriously impressed. The quality of the fish was top-notch, and everything tasted super fresh. I tried a few rolls and some octopus —each bite was spot-on. We always enjoy sushi club. The music is never to loud, the sushi is always fresh and the drinks are always amazing. It's just one street over from the craziness of 5th if you're in the mood for something more relaxing. The service we had was especially amazing (thanks Mauricio!) Definitely worth a stop if you're in playa!

The sushi was fresh and there were some nice combinations. My server was great and attentive. My only complaint is so many rolls had cream cheese in them.. I had a cuban roll very untraditional but DELICIOUS!!!, The rock shrimp app was delicious and my drink was great.

Best Sushi I have ever had! So good we came there twice in our visit. Perfect made and great tastes combinations (everything is yummy so don't be afraid to experiment). They offer happy hour until 20:00. I highly recommend the strawberry martini (the mango is delicious too!)

Lugar agradable. La atención fue buena. Fuimos un grupo de 5 personas. El momento de comida elegido fue alrededor de las 4 de la tarde, así que eramos la única mesa. Habitualmente he pasado por la noche y en ese horario esta bastante concurrido. Me gustó la comida. Estuvimos bien servida. El tema de las bebidas también estuvo muy bien nada descabellados los precios, además de que los mezcladores estuvieron incluidos.

El lugar es grande y agradable, fuimos un sábado y estaba solo. El servicio fue bueno. Pedimos unos edamames que estuvieron ricos, el carpaccio de mar y el salmón teriyaki (plato basto y muy rico). No tenían los dos filetes de pescado que hay en el menú.

Came in with a friend and ordered one of the combo options, but the menu layout wasn’t clear. We thought we were choosing ten rolls by the piece (three pieces of each), but the kitchen started sending out full rolls. Staff corrected it after we realized the mismatch, but the communication gap set the tone. The sushi itself was fine—not great, not terrible. Drinks (Pink Panther and another cocktail) were decent, and we shared a large San Pellegrino. Atmosphere is okay, location is fine, but overall the experience didn’t stand out. Decent if you’re nearby and want sushi, but not a destination spot.

The food was OK. Had chicken Teriyaki, played it safe. Service was fair, could have been better. Table and plates were dusty due to the restaurant being partly open air.

Always looking for some good sushi. Stopped by this sushi club and I was impressed. Lovely atmosphere m, open space ls. Sat at the bar to eat. The service was great. My bartender was wonderful. Sushi was really good, fresh. The rolls were good and the rice was good. They know how to make that Japanese style rice flavor. So thumbs up for that. They didn’t get a five star only because their portions are incorrect, meaning not a bad thing, but just to make it better. I love the fact that the owner spoke to me about this, a really nice man, and we talked about how to make correct portions, which is part of why I love Mexico and meeting people. And in case you’re wondering, yes I know the restaurant business and I know the Japanese restaurant business so I know how to make sushi. So happy to help anyway I can every time I can. All the best in this place, I will be back.

I ordered tuna tartare…OMG! It was really good. Order it. But the sushi is a big no. I ordered New York salmon and it tasted like nothing. Also it was too much rice.

Fui un domingo, el lugar es bonito, tiene un área abierta, y otra un poco más cerrada, en esta temporada del año ya empezó el calor, y lugar es un poco caluroso, recomiendo sentarse en la parte que está abierta. A pesar de que el lugar estaba solo cuando fui la atención dejó mucho que desear, nadie nos recibió al entrar, y fueron a nuestra mesa después de un rato a entregarnos el menú, parecía que el mesero estaba ocupado, porque daba vueltas por todo el lugar, pero éramos los únicos clientes 😅, tuvimos varias dudas sobre el menú, y las personas de la barra de sushi, pudieron atender nuestras dudas, porque el mesero no venía, después de un tiempo vino otra chica a atendernos y fue un poco más grosera que el anterior. Sobre la comida, camarones roca, ricos. Combinado sushiclub es buena opción si quieres degustar varios rollos. Esta fue nuestra primera vez en el lugar, la comida es rica, tiene buen sabor y presentación, pero por la atención no se si volvería, quizá pediría a domicilio. Ojalá puedan arreglar esas cosas, el personal que está en barra de bebidas o alimentos son más amables que los mesoneros. Y quizá unos ventiladores extras los ayuden con el calor de esta temporada.

Pretty place with utterly awful sushi and slow, uneven service. The miso soup was good, but our rolls and nigiri ranged from meh to just tasteless. The New York tuna roll was bland with an unappealing texture. Most of the rolls include cream cheese. Our server couldn’t answer basic questions; it took a long time to even get someone’s attention, and then a very long time before any food or drink appeared. It’s quite expensive too, so we were expecting better

Horrible service. I received my entrée 15 minutes before my boyfriend, even though we ordered the same soup. No wine service at all. She never came to ask how the food was. No plates for sharing the sushi — I had to eat it on a napkin, lol. And she had the audacity to ask for a tip twice. The food is really good, but I’m never going back.

Do y’all even use rice vinegar? The rice was absolutely horrible. There is no way any of these reviews have ever had sushi. I’ve had sushi prepared by hondurans that was better. Worst part, the sushi wasn’t cold. Like… someone could get sick from that lukewarm sushi. No no no. It’s not even good compared to the price. I hope management tries some real sushi or updates the recipes just from the bad reviews. Please don’t order from here unless you like to look at your food, presentation is the best thing about it. Just get the drinks. My friend and I drinks were fantastic. My best advice is to order a sushi kit for your home and make it yourself you’ll be that much more satisfied.
