Cheeseburger was the BEST I've had in a long time!! Soft seeded grilled bun and perfectly cooked burger. Would DEFINITELY recommend this restaurant!!!!

Love this place. Burgers. Veggie burger. Wings. Ceviche . All great. Nice people. Same great food at your comfy lounge seat at the pool.

"Bei The Burger Custom Made habe ich einen der besten Burger meines Lebens gegessen. Das Fleisch ist saftig und zart, der Käse schmilzt perfekt und die Brötchen sind schön knusprig. Die Auswahl an Toppings ist riesig und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die frische Salatsauce. Dazu gab es knusprige Pommes, die perfekt gewürzt waren. Das Ambiente ist modern und gemütlich. Ich kann dieses Restaurant wärmstens empfehlen!"

¡Riquísimo restaurante! Son un poco caras, pero para comer cerca de la alberca y de la playa, vale 100% la pena. Las hamburguesas son de 10, y los aros de cebolla también están riquísimos.

Excelente una de las mejores hamburguesas que he probado, la carne en su punto y todo muy delicioso, el precio es un poco elevado, pero para las opciones de Vidanta es una de las mejores opciones.

Es reservado para clientes del hotel pero esta muy bien el lugar y la comida muy buena..... les recomiendo el ceviche

Es un restaurante ubicado en Vidanta Riviera Maya especializado en hamburguesas tipo gourmet y que son deliciosas, con ingredientes que no se encuentran en otros locales de hamburguesas, es un lugar muy recomendable ubicado junto a la alberca de Grand Luxxe.

Bastante bueno el servicio frente a la alberca, happy hour de 12 a 2 pm.

Son deliciosas las hamburguesas y también la ensalada César y un excelente servicio, muy recomendado

An excellent poolside restaurant at the Grand Luxxe Pool on Vidanta Riviera Maya Resort. One of the best burgers I have ever tasted! The service from Wilberth is excellent. Also, the parmesan fries and the regular fries are both very tasty.

10/10 experience here! Thanks to the incredible food and our Server, Francisco. He is phenomenal! The burger menu is one of the most unique and impressive I’ve ever seen. The Asian burger was some the best salmon I have ever had, and who can honestly su that about a burger?! It was cooked to perfection and the flavors of the spices and sauces were delicious. The signature burger was great as well, and we loved the truffle fries. The view of the Luxxe pool was a nice addition. Will definitely be back.

Great food. My kids loved the Mac and cheese. My food was great too. Above everything, the staff was so nice, even rushing to get a towel so the baby wouldn't catch a chill coming out of the pool. They were so thoughtful and recognized us the next day . Will be back!:)

I ordered a cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato and onion. I cut it in half because I usually don't eat the whole thing. I thought it was a little on the rare side as well but I always try something before complaining and let me tell you this...the burger was soooo good that I scoffed the whole thing down. My sister and I also fought over the last fry. They were really good too. I insisted that we go back again before returning to Canada and we did. I had the Mushroom Swiss burger and it was really good as well. I thought I made the best burger I've ever had but now I'm not so sure. A MUST EAT @ Vidanta Riviera Maya.

This is one of our favorite places to eat and we often return again. all the burgers, salmon and veggie burgers are great. We even love the cerviche. Chicken or steak nachos were huge portions and perfect to share. Also, have a good variety of fries. The drinks are good but if you want a milk shake they are yummy too. Loved all are servers and never had to wait long for food. Thank u for great service and food.😊

The burgers here are amazing. Cooked to order. The Kobe burger as well as their regular burger were outstanding. Sweet potato fries were delicious and drinks were on point. Views of the lovely pool as you eat. Service was excellent. Highly recommend.

The food was really good. The staff is very nice. The price was a bit expensive and I wish it wasn't so "Americanized". Traveling to Mexico, you'd expect to be in the Mexican culture.

We got there maybe a little bit after 4 and realized that they closed at 5. Burgers, truffle fries, and the kids' menu were good. However, it is on a pricey side. Burger didn't come with anything. If you want fries, it's a la carte. The server was knowledgeable but lacked customer service.

Not a whole lot of options especially for vegetarians. I had a pretty boring salad (much better salad at salum). Wait staff was a little distracted when we went despite there not being many people seated. Convenient for the grand luxxe pool.
