I ordered delivery 16 piece leg and thigh spicy meal with 2 (4 pc) lemon cheesecake pies. I received 16 pieces mixed chicken, both spicy and regular with 1 pie . On top of that, they have NO working phone number. NEVER AGAIN!!! Look at the fees.

What’s the number to this location??? I called them but the number is not in service… I order the 38.99 special that comes with 16 pieces of chicken 3 large sizes and 6 biscuits. I only got 2 sizes 😡

I do NOT understand why so many businesses, in AMERICA, hire people who do NOT speak FLUENT English. To say that it's frustrating, would be an understatement. Secondly, I don't appreciate False Advertising. They have a special that SAYS, "6 Wings" for , I believe it's $6.99. When you get the "Wings", they're actually wingetts; not Whole Wings! That's outrageous! So, really, you're getting THREE WINGS for $6.99. That's not a deal. I might as well go to Wing Stop!

This has got to be one of the worst Church’s. You’re guaranteed to get your order wrong 100% of the time. Hard leathery chicken with hair in it. Do yourself a favor, get back in your car, and go to the location around the corner in Hyde Park at 4720 Crenshaw. It’s a 1000x better.

They always get the order wrong and they rush the cooking on the chicken I bit into it and the chicken still wasn’t cooked all the way through . The macaroni I received was microwaved and was watery . The Soda is basically carbonated water as well . Not sure what’s going on at this location but none of them seem to be on the same page .

If I could rate this place a ZERO I would. I purchased the fish sandwich with shrimp add-on. I was really excited to try it and do my video food review. Tell me why did I have to wait 15 minutes for my order to be taken with no acknowledgment at that. Then this lady who I will post had the audacity to get an attitude with me and her coworker was going back and forth with me for me expressing my disappointment like she really didn't care because they are just all working at their own pace while YAPPING. Also when I requested tarter sauce they said they had none which confused me because I did order a fish burger that comes with that... went back and returned my food because it wasn't a happy experience and the Mgr wasn't any better no apologies for the experience and I doubt she even spoke with her employees. This place needs help.......... Two days later I get off work to go thru drive thru mind you I am there before closing the guy tells me we only have these parts of the chicken no spicy we don't have certain sides. Why won't they cook the spicy if I am waiting. This location gets business more because of Labrea being shut down the only other location that would be "close" which it is an inconvenient travel is Western. The staff here needs to be changed. Even when you walk in they never have spicy available and we have to wait 20 minutes. They have severe attitude problems.

First Of All To Start It Off I Specifically Asked For Chicken Tenders Combo Obviously They Didn’t Follow Directions & My Sides Was Fries which looks Super Undercooked And Jalapeño Poppers Didn’t Get That At All & I Order A Large Side Of That as well never again yall Literally The Worst Church’s. biscuits was Dry AsH NOTHING Was Right At All Y’all Need To Be Closed Down For This . #NeedsBetterBusiness

Omg omg omg omg the food was sooooooooo gross. ABSOLUTELY UNEATABLE. I've never had food this dry and old ever in my life. The chicken had to have been at least several hours old. Even the mashed potatoes and gravy was on eatable. The gravy had turned into some sort of gelatin. Apple pie was basically burnt and solid all the way through. The chicken was so dry and hard that's you couldn't even bite it. Instead of giving any of this to my dog I threw it all away. There was literally nothing that I can eat. I've never ever had food from a fast food restaurant this nasty.

if you don’t want to work, just go home. I know you tried to pick the smallest piece of chicken 🙂but at least can you tell me if this is chicken leg or a part of chicken wing. The attitude is the worst. I literally saw the “white manager” like person ask the other guy to pick the smallest piece.
