My friend had a Michelada, and I ordered an XX, which somehow came out to $397 pesos. The guy showed me the total and quickly took the check. Be careful they're really out there taking advantage of tourists. I still like going because they have live music.

WATCH FOR SCAMS! Vive was super chill on a Friday night. Nice little cabana facing the ocean with a warm bonfire. Except the service, the waiter tried to scam us as we ordered 2 drinks during the 2x1 special for $15. He brought out 4 drinks saying we ordered two 2x1 specials which we did not. He also originally claimed it was made with Don Julio Tequila and drinks were very watered down and not strong at all. We complained and he said we had to pay $30 vs just the $15. We said we were not gonna pay what we did not order, gave him $15 plus some tip and walked away.

Great location, we went twice. The staff were really attentive. The first time we went, we felt we were significantly overcharged. As a party of 12, we asked for separate bills, but we were told no. We kept track of our own orders and contributed at the end and was about $100 unaccounted for. The cocktails didn't taste much of alcohol. The second time, one of us kept a running tally, we ordered alot less, and we were overcharged by $30.00. No WiFi.

Stay away from these people, scammers and the food is terrible, the drinks are watered down 👎🏼👎🏼 we paid 9 dollars for one lemonade!!!! The molcajetes are not good, guacamole is tasteless, chips are stale.

A bunch of scammers. Told me 2 drinks for the price of 1. I ordered 2 drinks and they bring out 6 drinks saying I order 6 not 2. Then proceed to tell me that I can't cancel the 6 order because I already order it, when I have order 2 drinks only. Then when the tab came in, the drinks were not 2 for the price of 1. A bunch of scammer. Plus the drinks were watered down and horrible. I do not recommend this place.

This place sucks and it’s a scam. They tried charging us $418 for 4 people. After I asked if I can speak to the manager he lowered the price of our bill to $318. Also they add a 15% service fee and other hidden fees. Steer clear of this place forreal.

If I could give less I would. SCAM People trying to sell you stuff left right and centre. Music too loud. Waiter over charged us on both drinks themselves, magical tax and on tip. Do not go to this place. In fact don't come to this entire town.

Absolute ripoff...32 bucks for a michelada y vodka cranberry...no wonder the place is dead !

Tourist trap. Make sure to ask price before ordering. We had the Happy Hour margaritas 2x1 for $18 each. My bad not to ask price before. Waiter hides the menu and does not give it out so you cant see prices. On our way out we saw one menu and the drinks were $10. The waiter over charged us. Ordered the nachos and it was discussing. We left the food and drinks.

When we arrived, a guy outside convinced us to park and eat here. He told us that it would be 50 pesos. Once we parked, a different guy told us it was 100. 50 if we eat at the restaurant, 100 if it's service on the beach. Ok, fine. Our waiter was attentive and friendly. However, we were constantly hassled. On average, maybe every 5 minutes someone came by to try to sell us something. I ordered a michelada and shrimp tacos. I enjoyed the drink, the tacos were edible. Bland. My partner ordered fish tacos, a virgin daiquiri, and bottle of water. After two bites of her food, she immediately felt nauseous. We told the server it wasn't good and he took it away. I got one more beer(Tecate). When we asked for the bill it was $62! He said he couldn't refund the fish tacos, but even with it included, I can't figure out why it was so much. Shrimp tacos $8, fish tacos $10... which means $44 for 3 drinks and water?? I would not come here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone
