This Hawaiian restaurant exceeded all my expectations! The service was fast, friendly, and made us feel like ohana. The menu offered a great selection, and everything we ordered was delicious. The luau-style ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender, and the coconut shrimp had the perfect crunch with a hint of sweetness. The ambiance was magical, with soft lighting, Polynesian decor, and just the right amount of island music to set the mood. Whether you’re looking for a romantic dinner, a family outing, or a casual night out, this spot is perfect. Can’t wait to return!

The Mac salad is so simple but crazy delicious. Also, all the years I've been going there getting meals for the whole family, I have never, not once walked away with my order wrong in any way.

I usually order the grilled chicken,veggies and sometimes rice bowl. The chicken is moist and nicely grilled not burnt. I enjoy and will have to order other items they offer. It's reasonably priced.

Not bad spam will still be is very good a little too much rice compared to the spam five that you get but ask him if they could do spam on the outside and rice in the middle that might be a little bit better

Food is good and cheap. The place ambient is okay, not great, but the staffs are super nice and friendly. Great for ordering pick up and enjoy at home. :)

I'm not sure what others are talking about when they say the counter folks are rude. I've been coming here for 2 years and have yet to encounter any sort of rudeness. Everyone who works here is friendly and I really like the flavor of the food.

Had the loco moco which is a go to for me. Could've put the Mac salad in with the rest of the food and not separate but otherwise, overall, not to bad.

Food is always good. Would like if they cleaned the tables between use but over all good. Juice choices are tropical and different.

Great amount of food for the price. I ordered the chicken katsu meal. I wish their katsu sauce wasn't as runny as it is. I also think L&L has way better macaroni salad. Still a great option for a filling, low cost meal.

This place is always busy... at least every time we visit. Their service needs some work. They're not very friendly. Their food is always delicious, and for a good price. I did try the spicy/volcano chicken katsu. It wasn't spicy at all. It just Taste like the spicy sauce they provide (I wasn't impressed by it at all).

Great Hawaiian plate lunch. Nice portions. You won't leave hungry. I had Kalua Pork and Cabbage as always. It was cooked just right with a generous portion of rice and Mac salad. I will go back to this location. They are not stingy with food and deserve repeat Business

When they first opened up a few years back I was their very first customer (I worked close by so I would eyeball this place before it opened) the staff was friendly, quick,The cooks are nice as well. I love the food & the portions. Good options. Very clean & popular place & good location for shopping etc.

So I happened upon Ohana While shopping with mom who is pretty picky when it comes to food . I ordered the mixed bbq which came with 3 big fried shrimp a piece of fried fish and strips of beef . The shrimp were really good having been cooked to order and were actually still too hot to eat at first . Too few fast food places can pull this off . The fish didnt really have alot of flavor, but then I realized they also have hot sauce ready to go . This elevated the whole meal . I liked the beef except it was a little fatty . The sauce was sriracha based . My mom got and bowl of rice , veggies and the same beef I got which she didnt care for (fattiness) . Could have benefitted by adding a cup or two of veggies , rather than the 3 oz that it came with I would recommend this place very highly after being there only once . Time to try something else on the menu .

Trying the combination platter and a chicken dish. Meats were very fatty. Flavor was good, especially the beef. Typical low quality fast food type set-up. Eat out of Styrofoam takeout containers and cheap plastic utensils.

Wife had seafood mix...too much mayo not enough relish in their tarter sauce. Daughter had chicken katsu. Both questioned the small amount of mac salad given with their meal. I asked my wife to ask them if they had fried noodles. To my delight my wife said yes and she said that they asked if i wanted chicken or beef. That's not fried noodles. Sure enough I got a plate full of cabbage and broccoli with strips of chicken. Thats not fried noodles.

Called in for pickup but they made something that we didn't order. That's fine, people make mistakes. But the lady at the cashier didn't even apologize and gave my husband an attitude. Food is good so the kitchen knows how to cook at least.

Good food, but nobody answers the phone. I couldn't get anyone to pick up the phone so I could order ahead. So I went into the store and ordered. I told the cashier that the phone doesn't work and she told me it did. Sure enough while I was waiting for my food I tried calling the phone number again and heard it ring quietly. She was on her phone while the store phone rang....in my head I was like are you kidding me, I know that they have hard jobs as food workers as I used to work as a barista, but she was on her phone instead of answering the store phone. Hopefully management figures out how to fix this as it's probably losing them buisness.

I/ we love this place been going her for sooo many years! Great generous portions and customer service to cater your needs. I tried other places and always disappointed in so many way, specially freshness and tast. Latest new workers are not keeping up with the tast, servings, and service. Most places forget that customers are paying them for that specific service.

Chicken was dry, didnt enjoy it, had to soak it in teriyaki sauce and the chilli sauce to make it half decent. Bathroom needs some attention, you can see the wear and tear on it, also wasnt the cleaness, and I was there like an hour or so after opening, so I could tell it wasnt cleaned for the start of the day.

The woman working the register (who acts like the owner) was so completely rude - I won't ever go back. The food is okay (two stars instead of one), but the portions are much smaller than you would get at the other Ohana Hawaiian BBQ's. Good luck getting condiments - I begrudgingly was given a bbq sauce when I asked. They lock the restroom door, and don't bother putting a sign there, so you have to guess that they have a key - or is someone in there? Don't patron this place as they don't want to be in business anyway. I can't stand these franchise owners who bring down a normally good chain.

Called the location about 20 minutes prior to closing because I just happened to be a few blocks away wanting Hawaiian BBQ... no answer. I chanced it, went anyway and they in fact were open. Had no problem accepting order. When asked why no one answered the phone, he stated they don't accept phone orders 15 minutes before closing. Understandable, however shouldn't you at the minimum answer the phone and find out what that caller wants/needs? I was given my food 2 or 3 minutes prior to closing and I was out of there thankful I had made it there. The food satisfied the craving.

Service is lacking the Aloha spirit. Food is mediocre. Loco Moco made with frozen hamburger patties and packaged gravy mix. No Good ! Salad is on point though. Stick to the BBQ or Katsu chicken and you will be happy.

I've been going here for awhile bc it's always tasted great. Recently went and the food tasted bland. And my food was cold (and tasted old) even though we waited for at least 10 minutes for what seemed like cooking. Anyway, I still have a stomach ache from eating their food. This was a few days ago. MAKE SURE YOUR FOOD IS FRESH BEFORE YOU EAT IT!

I wish I could give this place a better review but their service is awful. The lady up front has no sense of urgency and is not friendly or inviting. To be fair she is not rude but by no means friendly. Expect to wait 20 minutes for your food. This is not sit down formal dining, this is boxed, to-go food. I have watched countless people lose their patience here. These guys need to get it together!!

Loco Moco was not impressive. Tables were all dirty and the chairs were scattered about. Will not be returning.
