Loved this place!! Friendly staff. Relaxing atmosphere. Very clean and beautifully decorated.
Great taste of Korean style fried chicken, crunch and flavorful. It is a great place for small gathering, and they open late.
Love the chicken flavors. The half chicken meal is a great value for 4 people.
The best fried chicken this side of the Caldecott tunnel. Never had a bad meal here.
Chicken wings here is my favorite!!! Kill me sauce and spicy sauce so yummy!!! Think of korean chicken, I think of pollo.
The spicy bbq chicken is the best! Sweet and zangy and so tender! I highly recommend this place!
Where has this place been all my life? Their Korean Fried chicken is insanely delicious. Super high quality meat, you have to try the honey parmesan! It's off the charts delish. Fantastic friendly staff in this quick service restaurant.. .We will definitely make this a frequent stop now. So yummy! 10 stars!
Wanted jjajangmyeon (black bean noodles) and got it here. Added a little salt to taste and it was great!!! They also have bulgogi Kimbap (beef roll) which is a plus but the meat was slightly smoky tasting, but still tasted amazing! The restaurant was full of Koreans which is a good sign. I’ll have to come back and try some other dishes.
From the name I thought this place would have Mexican food but it's far from it. I knew I was in for a treat when we showed up and there were actually Korean people serving and dining. I only saw 2 servers but they made sure everyone there was taken care of. We ordered the soy, honey and spicy chicken. We also had the black sesame noodles and kimchi rice. The chicken was full of flavor crispy on the outside and juicy inside just the was it should be. The noodles and rice were also delicious. I definitely plan on going back.
The chicken is awesome. The service is super accommodating. Any questions are answered thoroughly. The kimbap is good too. Monday evenings there is a spicy chicken eating challenge for those inclined. I don't think I could pass muster but it seems like good fun. They are open late.
They changed the name but still serve really good Korean food. My wife and I were there for a Jjajangmyun and Jjambbong noodles. It was so so great! Highly recommended!
First time here and the food was excellent ordered kimichi fried rice, spicy fried chicken and japchee tempura. The portions are very large. Will be coming back for sure. The service was fantastic. Best fried chicken can’t wait to try the others.
Kimchi Fried Rice was the best! Delicious with lot's of flavor, perfect amount of heat! Ordered the spicy wings and the sweet garlic wings, both were crispy and very tasty with tons of flavor. The Rasberry Wine was superb, and the Strawberry Soju was great (let it sit with the ice just for a few b4 drinking, trust me)!
Expensive but worth every penny. Staff is great and attentive. This is the perfect place to fill your cravings for chicken wings. Portions are LARGE too! Ditch the wingstop and eat from here.
the food and staff are both amazing. i used to eat here a lot but stopped coming because of how crowded it would be. probably won’t be going back because they took their spicy ramen off the menu and that was the only thing i would get but overall still amazing
As usual the service, food, and everything was amazing. They are so nice and great with customers. Even when they’re busy they treat everyone well and don’t let it get to them when they have to quickly turn over tables to sit the next party.
It's a really good place I highly recommend the kim roll and the boneless chicken flavor it's really good and now I go there everyone I got to Concord area. But I wish they got the other brand of soju though other than that the food is really good
After finding out another restaurant was closed we were limited with options for a late night dinner. A quick google search brought us to this hidden gem! This restaurant was open until 11:30 pm and the food was SO YUMMY!! We ordered the bulgogi udon, tteokbokki and black soybean noodles, everything was seasoned very well and so flavorful! it really hit the spot. Staff was super attentive and friendly and the atmosphere was really nice too, it’s super cute in there so we got cute pictures as well 😊 10/10 place will definitely be coming here again to try more dishes!!
Delicious food, great service, nice atmosphere. Ordered the beef bulgogi udon and beef bulgogi kimbap. Absolutely amazing. Very filling and reasonably priced. Would definitely come back here and order more.
Haven't been here since they redid their interior. There's a long bar style table in the middle with stools so if they're busy sometimes its hard to get a sit-down table. We got the soy chicken and the first bite was the juiciest crispiest fried chicken ever!!! Also great pickles/banchan to go with all the fried chicken. They even give you a little container for bones. Very thoughtful, delicious, and clean place for Korean fried chicken
Was looking for a good chimek place, and this fit the bill. Called to make a reservation , pretty easy. The restaurant is small, but clean and well decorated. All the dishes we had were great, and the fried chicken was perfect. Definitely on the pricier side, but can't complain for the quality.
First time coming here and I got to go food, I ordered ahead and the person on the phone was super nice. The food smell delicious and tasted delicious 🤤. I’m definitely coming back here to try a different dish.
Such a cozy atmosphere and yummy food! The staff were enthusiastic and friendly. We're definitely looking forward to visiting again.
My favorite place to eat in all of east bay!! At first I only ordered the black soy bean noodles, then I discovered the honey soy chicken. That's all I get now. They also serve really fast.
Great Korean fried chicken! Lots of flavors to choose from. Spicy chicken is a favorite. Sides are great too, like the kimchi fried rice. Fast, easy, delicious. Can't really ask for anything more.
Just the best; chicken is top tier, black bean noodles and kimchi fried rice arey favorite.
This was my first time having Korean food and I am honestly in love. The host was absolutely lovely and accommodating to my loud 5 year old. I would highly recommend this this restaurant!!

The Fried chicken bowl and the honey chicken was phenomenal. The cheese corn was OK but wife said it was great. This is our new fried chicken spot. Super crispy and not oily at all. We ate at the outside table and they were super tentative. Customer service was on point.

Quality has seemed to lower since we first started going a couple years ago I wanna say.. But kimchi fried rice, spicy seafood noodle soup and a fresh soju still hit the spot
Trendy lil place with mostly Korean foods. Delicious! Their hot wing challenge is worth a try!! Not cheap.
pretty good boneless fried chicken and spicy fried chicken . Recently raised the price.. so has not been back that often
They have a spicy chicken challenge every Monday. The wings are really good too!
Good kfood but chicken didnt come with a salad as advertised in their online menu pictures.
Great food! great staff! The seating area could be a bit cooler.
Very flavorful and crispy fried chicken. This place is a must! My only complaint (personal issues) was their spice level. I ordered half n half the hottest and the 2nd hottest and I couldn't tell the difference nor were they spicy. I am a pro (spice eater) so maybe my pallets are ruined lol. However, I was informed next time to order extra spicy and they will accommodate me....I will be back!!
This place is primarily for Korean style fried chicken. They have a selection of Korean beers and other Korean fast-food type dishes. A great place if you want yummy fried korean foods with beer! Only reason it's 4 stars and not 5 is because I noticed the quality declining a bit since the first time I went in addition to the disappearance of plastic gloves for the chicken (although it might have been because they ran out today... I didn't ask).
Very Korean style! Recommend their kimchi rice bowl. The servers are nice and friendly. Great atmosphere to have a enjoyful lunch or dinner. The fried chicken.is come with large serving. 😂can't really finish by myself.
Coming back from Seoul I was really excited to eat fried chicken here and it didn’t disappoint. The chicken was so crispy and the sauce flavors were really good.
Wanted to try this new place and ordered the black bean noodles. It was pretty bad and watery sauce, its just not authentic noodles and maybe some of you guys might like it because there aren’t much choices around here. Its like a family run restaurant and I do want to support small businesses, but at the same time the food has to be up to par. The corn cheese was just gross with a thick layer of cheese and overly sweet with sugar. Just try to improve your recipes and hope you can do better.

I like the honey chicken but spicy one is too spicy. Waffle fries is a little bit cold and other dishes are pretty normal
The food quality from this place is better than Mr. Lee Fried Chicken. The only drawbacks are service. They got one dude working all tables during the weekend. Sure the place is small but it still fills up w big families.

Have been visiting this restaurant for a while now but I don’t think I’m going back why because of undercooked chicken. Did a togo order last Nov 16 and was their first customer, ordered their crispy thighs and legs with the spicy tangy and butter parmesan sauce on the side waited for 25 mins and when I got home we saw the thighs were so undercooked that the meat was pink, bloody and slimy. Had to re-fry 3 of the thighs to feed my kids but because I was so frustrated I had to show them what they served me. Just be warned to always check your chicken and just order the sauce on the side or else you won’t clearly see if the meat was properly cooked.
I enjoy Korean style chicken because it's fried the best. I live in the area so I thought I'd give this place a try. I ordered the spicy and honey wings with the glazed potatoes. The chicken was fried to perfection but the flavor was lacking. The spicy option had a nice sweet note but there was little to no heat/spicy. The honey just was a miss the glaze from the potatoes was used for a booster. The potatoes weren't really glazed but soaking in a sweet syrup. Overall it's I wouldn't be in a rush to try this restaurant again but I would like to try other flavors and options to see if I made the wrong purchase. Thanks
I really wanted to like this place. Initially, my family really enjoyed coming here to grab wings. Not sure if the quality has reduced or recipe has changed, but the wings were definitely way too sweet the most recent visit. The tteokbokki was also overly sweet and lacking in depth of flavor and spice. The kimchi was just not it, and was an additional $2-4 charge for a small cup of chopped up spice cabbage (how could they disrespect kimchi like that?) Won’t be coming back here maybe ever.

My family and I thought that this restaurant was very disappointing. The dishes that we had ordered either had no flavor at all or was way too sweet. The chicken I ordered was good besides the very sweet skin. My moms noodles were extremely bland and had almost no flavor. I don't think that we will go there again unfortunately.

The worst establishment in contra costa county!!! I came in at 10:45pm and the website says closing at 12am, the non English speaking employees said "we closed at 12am but stop letting people in at 10:30pm" which is doesn't make any sense at all... nothing on the website says "not letting people in at 10:30pm" which is the website CLEARLY SAYS, OPEN 11:30AM-12AM... a very bad business and "non sense" explanation from a non english workers!! SUCH OF FOULS ADVERTISEMENT ESTABLISHMENT!!! 12AM not 10pm, 10:20 or 10:30 or anytime before the advertised time.
Old chicken, not fresh at all. No teriyaki sauce on the teriyaki chicken. Worst ramen I have ever had.
Worse night in my life! Such as embarrassing moments in front of my hungry family members. False advertisement restaurant!! . It says on the website open 11:30am-12am. Arrived there around 10:43am ,one of the employees approached and stated “we closed, you can not come in”! First of all,Very RUDE! Second, it’s wrong/false advertisement on the website . His excuses was “ ya we open till 12 but people can’t come in after 10:30. I have told my family members that this place open for food until 12am (according to the website) we all very hungry and disappointed, not to mention we have 3 kids that haven’t eat and very hungry in the car, and they have to suffer because of this false advertisement restaurant. A very disappointments establishment, and a very bad business to fooled a customers like that, plus having a member of employees that can’t really speak English very well and made up some type of bs excuses why they don’t want to serve or closing almost 2 hours early. Very Bad experience, I wonder how the eating experience would have been... probably worse and safe to say what else they are hiding from the customer!!! BAD BUSINESS , BAD ADVERTISING!!!
Spicy chicken (not the wings) is some of the best chicken I've ever had. The wings are amazing too. 5 stars Update: really sad about this but have to go down to 1 star. Cant tell you how the food is because charging $9 for 3 wings and then having the gall to stick on another dollar or two for sauce is absolutely egregious pricing, best fried chicken or not. RIP
