Visited here on Thursday, Christmas Eve Eve. Unfortunately I didn't take photos of the food and I won't upload photos of friends without their consent. We were 8 people total. Stood around at the front waiting for anyone to be with us and eventually a waitress told us to sit wherever. I told her how many people and she asked my preferences on where to sit for space. I asked if middle tables pushed together would be okay and she accommodated us with no hesitation. She was super friendly and attentive the entire time and kept checking in with us until our entire party arrived. Food didn't take long and was yummy. Waitress was super nice, we all left her a good tip.

This is the best Denny's I've ever gone to. You could tell the host was doubling as a waiter and host and he was absolutely killing it! They were moderately busy just before lunch time and we got our food quickly and it was great. I got eggs Benny and the hubby got an omlette. So delicious.

I walked and was immediately greeted by Ceasar! He was pleasant friendly,professional, got our order correct! Food was amazing came fast! I ordered the all American slam my husband got the lumberjack slam! Oh the pancakes where fluffy and cooked to perfection ! Would recommend eating here. Super clean diner. He even invited us back!

Didn't get his name. Between 10-11 A.M., he was a Host/Waiter...and when I tell you, he is AWESOME!!! I mean he Greeted, took orders, refilled beverages and brought all the patrons their food...fresh, hot and in a timely manner...NOT to mention, he was also the cashier... ALL SOLO!!! There was A COOK and A LADY bussin tables, but this man was EVERYTHING...definitely an asset to the Dennys franchise! Sir, we appreciate you!

Omg the service was phenomenal. I haven't been to a Denny's where I was treated so nicely and so welcoming. The lady waitress was solo and was so efficient, kind and took the time to speak to me and the kids that I knew she was an OG. They don't make waitress's like that anymore!

At the end of a particularly rough night, I wasn’t expecting much except to grab food and head out. Crystal ended up being strikingly kind and caring, and genuinely made me feel better just in the few interactions we had. I’d pretty much written off the day and assumed I’d head home feeling terrible and just hope for better tomorrow. It was incredible to end up feeling better instead. It’s such a small thing, but it means the absolute world to have that kind of turnaround. Thanks to everybody working that night, and to Crystal especially, and I’ll try to come back often.

The service is the fastest of anywhere around with less staff...they are amazing and everyone is fantastic they seem to work well together .even the manager is bussing tables and mopping taking orders..I even seen her sweeping the parking area and washing windows on outside while another worker was doing the inside .. its great to see them all working together

I want to give a shout out to our server. I am sooo sorry I did not get her name. We went for brunch ~ 11am Wednesday morning. It appeared she was the only server on shift. She was also acting the role of hostess, cashier; actually she was the only employee I saw out front. The restaurant was half full and she did an amazing job. Quick, friendly, and did not let the chaos affect her service. Thank you!!

Salmon salad with a large piece of wild-caught salmon was great. Wonderful avocado cheeseburger, not to mention their slam breakfasts, which are of course their specialty.

The only reason that I give this place 4 out of 5 stars was the service. Our party was about a dozen people and we showed up right before midnight. They were able to accommodate us with seating but they took a very long time with the service. This was probably due to the fact that we all wanted separate checks. The food, on the other hand, was delicious! I won't give them lower than 4 stars because I understand what it's like to get slammed with work!

Didn't start out so well as our server never came to our table. After 20 minutes or so we flagged down the shift supervisor Jolene, who apologized. Jolene took on the service of our table while she worked her own section. Jolene was awesome, and a very hard worker. We had a very pleasant experience after Hijabs stepped up. Good food too. I mean it has variety, but the slow service for a chain restaurant. We'll its kind of expected, there was only 2 servers that were doing all kinds of cleaning and trying to serve.

Our waitress was perfect! Attentive, kind, on point. The food was good, but could be a bit more in my opinion. The atmosphere isn't necessarily bad per sé, but necessary things needed to dine such as extra napkins and toilet paper in the restrooms were non existent. Granted, one flagged down, napkins were promptly brought over, but as for tp, pretty impossible a request when u realize at time of use/need, that there is none! Its in short supply folks,so be aware! Lol The one thing I found curiously, interesting was the super cool new to-go containers they have! They are actually two layers so the food does not mix. If you have different types and or different needs for reheating. And they will reheat safe, with air vents for things to maintain their crunch or crispiness. And reusable. Who knew... Denny's may be investing their extra funds into something worthwhile! Overall, it was a pretty good experience and I would go again to this location. It was also remarkably clean as a whole which is nice to see. We dined during late late night so I think we were there around 2:00 a.m. And left around 3:15 or so

Denny's has really come back.. I've been there a couple times lately and damn the food was great. Really impressed compared to what they used to be. The waitress was nice and place looks good and clean and the food was excellent. And it's the only place that's open 24/7 now so that's a big plus cuz there's no places like that anymore anywhere hardly. Right on Denny's keep up the good work

Great atmosphere and customer service. Food was prepared fast and somewhat correct , the pancakes still are not good due to their change in recipe adding buttermilk. This makes the cake taste bitter. The old recipe was better except a bit gummy. Cleaning chemicals saturated the eating area making it quite unpleasant for eating. Great music!

I spent about an hour and thirty minutes there, the hour was just spent watching Youtube waiting for the bill and a box (spoiler alert: it was taking too long so I just went to the front and paid and forgot about my food). The staff is pretty nice and helpful, the food was alright (I like the house salad). I went once before and had pretty good service, this time was decent. My food came out very fast but it wasn’t busy on a Wednesday afternoon. I’m only a bit upset about the steak part, I paid $25 (including tip) for a Coke, and a Country Style Steak Dinner (with mashed potatoes & gravy, side salad, and the bread it comes with). RIP to my steak lol But yeah, hit or miss service, decent food, quiet environment :-)

The food is always good and the service is always good too. But it was freezing in the Denny's restaurant on Sunrise by highway 50. We tried to eat our food so fast before it got cold. Mine was cold after 3 minutes. They need to turn on the heat.

Good omelettes, pancakes 🥞 hash browns and coffee ☕️. Had a few healthy(er) options. My m-i-l really enjoyed our visits so it was a win. Good service. Looked clean.

Took my daughter for breakfast because her class was cancelled. Great customer service. Everyone is so friendly even when she spilled. Food was ok not great, not bad. My only complaint us the restrooms were filthy! It looked like they hadn't mopped the floors in years. Perhaps it's time for an upgrade.

Ok so it's freakin Dennys, the place where you can expect to sit a while and have random experiences with levels of service and quality of food. Our waiter was very nice but his co worker was kinda a rude lady. My friends and I had a late dinner and again we expected Dennys so no expected way to go for anything. I can say that the soda machine MUST either need a cleaning or is just funky. Diet tasted like regular and regular soft drink was waaay off tasting. Asked for eggs over easy and they came back cooked very hard. The $20 mac and brisket skillet me friend ordered barley had any mac on the plate and the mozzarella sticks seemed to be left over rubber with a requirement of lots of dip and water lol. Had fun talking with my friends. Apparently they no longer take the tab for you so you do have to pay up front and let me just say on a late night with basically just us in the restaurant we had to wait and wait and wait to pay up at the register. They have a lot of random people walking in and out of the restroom that never sat at a table, perhaps homeless or people who only go in to use the restroom not spend money to eat or drink anything. Watched some people in the parking lot look into parked cars but that's not Dennys fault just maybe the property managers issue for not patrolling or something. Really I miss being a teenager all goth and drinking coffee after concerts at Dennys but this is not at all my go to for food. This place was more of "they are open late let's go there." Didn't catch the waiters name but he was seriously the only nice staff working that interacted with us directly (as expected) the woman he was working with though was rude and even talking almost yelling at the kitchen guy and just annoyed us mostly with her attitude and I suppose resting bish face and making us wait Hella long to pay.

I saw what I think was a manager to take my order. And one of the waitress to ask if it was my order when delivered. Never anyone after that. I was kinda sequestered to the back where no one else was. Previous visit they tried to pass some white sauce as sausage gravy. I doubt I'll be using this one in the future.

Ordered Veggie delight omelettes with customized options. Overall food was decent. The omelettes were not well cooked and some of the veggies were half baked. Hash browns and pan cakes are pretty OKAY as well. However, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Going here after midnight is kinda sketchy, maybe because of the parking area or the overall vibe to this location. Cleanliness and organization should greatly improve.

Each time we go it's understaffed. This time it was dirty. The tables were cleaned promptly but the area around tye table, dividers, booth, bottles on table were gross. You can only do so much with three people working. They had one chef on a Sunday morning- he was kicking butt. But no check in by server, coffee refills etc. Nice enough but not enough hands to serve. Not their fault. Management needs to hire more people to run cashier, help clean tables, run food or refill glasses and chefs. Thats a mgmt issue.

Haven't got the food yet, not even salad. Freezing cold, must be in the 60s. People are lined up at the register while the ONE waitress who is also the cashier strives to serve everyone. They are doing a lot of pickup orders but only 1 cook, one busboy, and the aforementioned one waitress/cashier. Even if the food is okay, never coming here again.

Sadly this Dennys went from our favorite to non existent all because of one waiter who did an awful job servicing our table now he spread the word to his coworkers we are complainers and get treated with poor service. Camila did an awful lead job the other day we went in so we finally walked out. The good manager was not in that morning oh well...

Bathrooms disgusting no t paper. Toilets filthy just so below standard for a restaurant, baby changing table unsanitary. Waitress was great only no badge so I can't give her kudos. Only rated a 2 because first impression was the bathroom. Just a shame 🤔

Food was horrible- salty. Sirloin was some sort of ground meat that was not flavored well- yuck. Coffee was great. Interior is wonderful, but needs TLC to bring it back to its former glory. Actually, the highlight was the interior and the best reason to visit. Order the coffee and a plate of fries and imagine what it was like in the 50's.

This trip to Denny's was terrible. We were seated immediatley and our order was taken within five minutes. They weren't too busy for a Saturday night. However, it took 20 minutes to get drinks and another 20 to get our food. We never did get our check. When we left, the party in front of us was upset as well and didn't leave a tip. The waiter was mad that it was a $90 bill with no tip and asked the manager if he should chase them down for the tip. The manager asked how our visit was and we said bad. He asked why and we told him the service was extremely slow. He said another chef just got there and it would speed up. That's great for the next customers I guess.

I was able.to easily order through UE and went in to pick up our food. Its was cold, the fruit was stale and not edible.. the club sandwich was okay! Perfect amount of mayo and all the goodies going it were perfect proportion. I did have tonsit and wait about ten minutes for any one to even recognize I was there. 2 couples did walk out bc of the wait. Food was... eh.. service sucked. Its always great to overhear the workers speaking about their customers in disgusting ways. Disappointed

Went in after having vaccine card requirements was very hungry looking forward to good food bit that's not what I got, the food was so awful. The servers were just hanging around talking instead of quickly bringing the food orders an not paying attention to drinks refill. The Pancakes were only good looking from the photo seen on menu but they weren't tasty at all, so dry, over cooked. The hash brown were extremely oily an over cooked. The eggs weren't even scrambled it was like a omelet style was made an the eggs smelled disgusting. The food was a huge waste of money and I don't see going back. I'm a regular here. Food was good but only saw my server twice. Had to go in the back and ask for coffee which when brought out was old. Dishes on tables in trays for over 90 mins. This use to be good service. I've been waiting 35 minutes for coffee refill and check.

I called in an order was on hold for 2 mins directly after the call was picked up, the restaurant was not busy in anyway, on top of that could hear the rude lady complaining about various things before she realized the person on the phone could hear. She had a bad attitude and seemed very much to not even want to be working. I ordered double meat on a sandwich, when I got home and looked, there was the normal amount of meatm I called to complain and the SAME RUDE lady answered and claimed to be the manager which not accurate since I saw the real manager when I was waiting for my food. All in all not a place worth spending money. Very sad advice to the rude lady, find a new job where human interaction does not take place

I went there last night and the service was HORRIBLE! They only had One waiter and he did not even acknowledge the teo other groups that were waiting there to be seated. He did not acknowledge the group that left because he left several of us waiting and walked past us... He could have said hey i will be with you in a moment.. but NOTHING... When we were finally seated he took our order and when out food was ready brought it to us but did not stop to check on us or refill drinks, he looked at us and walked past us...he did that with every other table basically just walking by them and not stopping. The only time he came by again was to drop off the check...I wont be coming back to this location.. extremely disappointed by the lack of service!

My wife and I visited this location last Friday, (March 3rd) to have breakfast and celebrate our one year anniversary. The service was fine, friendly waiter named Cesar. However, the food didn’t look too appetizing. And didn’t smell the best. But we ate it any way. A few hours after leaving the restaurant, we both became very sick. Ended up spending the whole weekend in bed and In the bathroom. On Monday our family doctor informed us that we had experienced a pretty severe case of food poisoning and had to be perceived medications plus vitamins to help with the regaining of our energy. I emailed the general manager a couple of times to inform him of the occurrence. Still have not heard back from him or corporate. I’m hoping to hear back today, or else we’re going to be forced to take additional steps. Dennys has really fell off the maps, when it comes to service and especially food quality. Such a shame

the place is not clean especially the restroom its has a foul odor and very unsanitary also no toilet paper. The service was terrible and the waiter/manager was rude.

One star because I need to give something. Such a shame how the quality of the service at this location has decreased. Saturday evening and only one server, one cooker and even with the shift change the nice exiting server seated us and communicate the personnel, but we never were assisted. After 20 min waiting, the only server was rude saying that next time we should wait to be seated. Covid had hit hard with personnel but greeting may help the waiting time. Never coming back to this location, especially to celebrate a birthday. It's not worth it

The service is very very slow. Waitress didn’t come to take drink orders until 20 min of waiting. food took 45 min. When the coffee arrived it was half way full. Asked to get it filled took about 10 min and then it was cold didn’t get a refill until I stood up to go get one. The food was dry like it had been sitting in a warmer for a while. I ordered grits and didn’t get them had to get up and ask, terrible service. Alice was our server. She was a bit rude like bothered. Idk maybe just having a bad day but won’t come back ever!

I cannot rate the food, because we decided to go somewhere else. However, walking into the men’s room and seeing feces smeared all over the toilet, and the urinal overflowing onto the floor definitely made me think twice. This is no exaggeration, I started gagging and had to leave. This was foul. I mentioned it to the staff. They were sweet, kind and understanding. But even the staff here knew that it wasn’t a good idea to eat here. They are doing their best, but apparently the independent ownership and management of this Denny’s location could care less about their customers. Or their staff, unfortunately.

We had attended this Denny's last Thursday. The service was okay but there seemed to have been a disagreement between the two servers and we could hear it from our table. Our server tried to be timely and attentive. The food was good. They just may need more help there.

Blanca the server refuses to serve African American customers. Leaves them waiting for 30 minutes to take their drink order then never returns despite the restaurant being empty. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS RESTAURANT!

This place smells very funny and it made me sick to my stomac the tables look very old definitely need to upgrade lol

What in hell?!! I arrive at 6:50 am. There was only one other table of two occupied. I ordered the Moons Over My Hammy Omelet. The server brought me an omelet with onions, mushroom, peppers, bacon and whatever else. I immediately informed her of their mistake. She returned the plate to the kitchen and told the cook “he wants a ham and cheese omelet”. She was voicing it as if it was my mistake and I changed my mind. When I heard her say ham and cheese, I got up right away walked over and said I wanted the Moon’s of My Hammy omelette, which is slightly different in the ham and cheese omelet. It has two types of cheese on it. The server said she has to say ham and cheese to the cook. Otherwise, if she says Moons over my hammy, he will make the sandwich instead. RIDICULOUS!! I told her if she said Moons over My Hammy OMELET, that should suffice. This entire thing was so freaking stupid. To make matters worse, upon receiving the check, she charged me for coffee I never ordered. I had to have her fix that immediately. The server was pissed and had attitude after that. None of that was my fault. That was her own doing. The place was filthy. A lot of food and crumbs on the booth per photos. The pepper shaker was completely empty. I had to switch that with the next table. I mistakenly came to this location, not realizing the one I intended to go to was a mile away. Definitely making certain this one is blacklisted if I’m ever driving through the area.

I dont expect much from Denny’s but this one has issues. Beware.

My microwave could have did a better job of cooking this omelette. And the fruit is definitely not fresh.. To bad California doesn't have a waffle House they would have did a better job. 🙄 At least the waitress knew what I was talking about, because the cook stuff are clueless. Bad enough it had to wait until noon to get breakfast now it's ruined...

This Dennys is dreadful. Be ready to be put on hold for an hour. Your foods gonna be undercooked and cold and the best part you’ll have to wait another hour to get it.

Extremely Disappointing and Discriminatory Experience with Server Nicole. I came to Denny’s after church to celebrate my best friend’s birthday, and what should have been a positive experience turned into a very uncomfortable one due to discriminatory treatment by our server, Nicole. When I ordered my omelet, she asked only me if I wanted avocado and jalapeños, despite my friend ordering almost the exact same meal she wasn’t given the same offer. When our food arrived, she once again addressed only me, apologizing for only having ketchup at the table and offering me hot sauces like Tapatio or Tabasco—again focusing only on me. Had these recommendations been made to both of us, I would have assumed these were common requests. However, the fact that she directed these options solely at me and never once offered them to my visibly ethnically white best friend made it clear I was being singled out based on my ethnicity. The situation became even more inappropriate when I politely asked for the bill. Despite me clearly requesting it, Nicole handed the check directly to my friend rather than to me or placing it in the middle of the table. This made me feel stereotyped, as though she assumed the white person in our party was the one responsible for paying. As someone who is half Mexican, I found this behavior offensive, uncomfortable, and unacceptable. My friend also recognized the pattern and was equally disturbed and uncomfortable. So we took the rest of our food to go. After this odd experience I won’t be coming back, which does sadden me because I have always celebrated my anniversary with Dennys for years but now I’m too uncomfortable to continue doing so. If this type of treatment continues unchecked, it raises serious concerns. For example, I would hate to think that if I were dining with my husband, who is Asian, Nicole might assume he’d like chopsticks instead of a fork. When you look at it from that perspective, it becomes clear just how odd, inappropriate, and discriminatory this behavior was and is if it were to happen to other ethnicities. Please retrain Nicole on how to appropriately address and offer menu recommendations equally to all guests at the table, rather than singling out one person. Additionally, when a guest requests the bill, it should be placed in the middle of the table—not handed to someone who did not ask for it. This experience was deeply disappointing, and I strongly urge management to address this immediately to ensure all customers are treated with respect and without bias. Thank you and to Dennys management, do better!

Two of us came in here around 10:00 in the evening on a Saturday night and there was one waitress who was also the cashier and was also doing some beverage preparation. The restaurant was half full so she could not handle the crowd. People were waiting to check out, people were waiting for a table. People were waiting for their food. It looked like there was only one cook in the kitchen and he was working his tail off. Why does a major corporation not have enough people on the staff? The food was not bad but the wait was intolerable. Also the restaurant was in the low 60s in temperature it was freezing cold. I'm sure that helped the waitress who was running around trying to do everything, but it was very uncomfortable for us and I noticed other people wearing their coats. This Denny's needs help.

So sad and disturbing to witness only one cook and one waitress trying to serve a very busy restaurant on a Saturday night. The waitress was very pleasant and trying her best to accommodate all the patrons. It took over a hour to get served and finish our meal. Since she also had to cash out and help the to go orders. We would have left but felt sorry for her and the cook. The food was cold, and mediocre, the resturant was freezing cold and I have the distinct feeling these workers get no breaks or lunches. Just a terrible thing to observe and I will never patronize Dennys again based on principle. These 2 workers probably needed to work, and to endure this work environment isn't right. They should have closed the restaurant for the night and paid them regardless. Not right for the customers either who want to enjoy a meal out. It was sad on every level.

Disappointing Experience I ordered from this location and was extremely disappointed. The fries were placed on top of the eggs, making them soggy. My steak, which I specifically requested medium-rare, was overcooked. The bread was completely burnt, and the side of rice was nowhere near worth the $5 charge for the portion provided. Overall, a terrible experience. I won’t be ordering again.

Edit. 11/11/24 REALLY? DESPICABLE. Just picked up my food. Wish I didn't bother. Brown lettuce in the side salad. Boneless wings are dry and burnt. The Salad was hot and the Pancakes were cold. The Chicken Tender was all gristle. I always loved Denny's but frankly this one is awful! Its filthy! Last time we dined in a few months ago. We were seated at the most greasy booth in existence. There was a hole in the ceiling right above our heads. exposed wires, spider webs. It looks like it has never been wiped down. The door is disgusting, the card reader is a abomination. WINDEX!!! Good thing is they have Tap/Online pay. I've order pickup multiple times. I had perviously rated them a five despite the 'covid' incident. So wasteful. Can't rate the atmosphere. Were told we could not be seated because we had four kids with us. This was during covid. They did not have ourdoor seating. We left and went to the one on Diamond blvd.

Servers stood by our table and argued over who’s table was who’s and what section is what. Only to have no server attend to us. A new table was sat, greeted, and served drinks before anyone even came to our table. Finally a server came to us and no hello, how are you, ya know common courtesy when greeting your new table. I work in the service industry and live off of tips. Not sure how you all like your tips, but I would never treat patrons that way. I want to make sure I’m providing the best service possible. Unfortunately this Denny's doesn’t have quality service or quality servers. This place needs either better training or new employees! Got my food and I would have never severed it! Disgusting. Bread burnt. Cheese half melted. Sandwich was the worst I’ve ever had. Completely disappointed.
