Tip: Don't miss the eggplant! It's served cold and in a sweet red pepper sauce. Also, the green spicy sauce is flavorful but not too spicy.

Really tasty food with more than enough to get 2 meals out of it. There's a lot of choices to be made in the ordering process so if there's a line, this is not your spot for a quick lunch. Great for lunch, would not suggest for dinner.
Great selection of food, fast and nice seating area. Loved the 6 people plate that you can control what you get. The pita is really fresh and good. Falafel balls wee yammi and or party wished for more.
First time trying it and loved it. Very tasty and great choices! I tried everything they had and all was delicious. Very good customer service too. One note- they don't have regular sodas. Will be back!
Perfect for a road trip stop. It's a lot like a Subway sandwich counter. You start at one end and pick if you want a pita or bowl, then pick your protein and then all your toppings. Super easy containers for picking up your pita and putting it down while road tripping.
I tried the outlet in Pleasanton before, which I found confusing. So this time round in the Danville outlet I was more prepared. I went for the six piece falafel pita with all the options. It tasted really well. Much better than my previous experience. The staff were friendly and helpful too.
Quick Mediterranean food served Chipotle style. The chicken is flavorful and the have lots of options for sides. My favorites are the tomato cucumber salad and hummus. I wish there were more of these around the bay.
Love the simple menu. It makes for quick choices. The service is quick. You let them know what you want, and they walk you down the service line and make your pita or bowl the way you like. Their take out packaging for pitas is amazing. It is a small cardboard box that has a zip strip. This lets you take off the top and still have support for holding it. I will definitely be back.
Ordered the half and half (shawarma and falafel) bowl and it was absolutely amazing. Flavors were rich and fresh and service was flawless. The place was nearly empty at 430pm but clean as a whistle and a relaxing spot to pass some time working on my laptop with free wifi while waiting for a connecting transit schedule.
Authentic Mediterranean Fresh ingredients. Plenty of selection. Good for both vegetarians or meat lovers. Some tables were not per my expectations of cleanliness.
Clean, fresh, reasonably priced and pretty yummy. Not the best Mediterranean type food in the world but for a quick bite it was really good. Oh and great service too! I probably should have gotten a half pita because the full size was too much.
I come all the way from Atlanta once a year to eat here. I've never been disappointed with the food. Ever. They no longer sell beer, which is a mild bummer. But again, the food is fantastic. Highly recommended.
Yummy pitas with friendly staff. Not many food choices but I think that's fine. It's a Pita place. Nice spicy pita that I found myself craving a couple days after. Highly recommended for a hearty lunch that wont take all day.
So we typically go to a different chain for Mediterranean food , But they were closed today so we tried this place for the first time. Wow! Wow! Wow!The menu is so simple chicken or falafel, but the food was great and I was even more impressed by my server! Since corona I’ve been so paranoid about people touching my food and touching money. For example at Costco they take cash then they get a bun for my hotdogs with a thong but then use those same hands to open the bun and put the hotdog in it! No matter how many times I complained I notice it happened every time so I just stopped getting it. So back to this place, They ran out of Box of freshly made pita. I was Telling myself she’s probably gonna use the same gloves to get my pit and open it, I told myself I just don’t look just don’t look and you might not get grossed out . But after she was done she went and changed her glove and came and served me and the guy behind her also after he was done with the customer that he was helping but it changed and started serving the person behind me! I was impressed this was awesome! exceptional find and my server Joyce was so Patient as I asked her what was inside every single thing she was serving me. Great place for vegan people and meat eaters alike!
Had lunch here, staff was extra friendly and offered samples for everything before you ordered it. I got a bowl with pita on the side and it was plenty of food and a beget deal than the ruler pita. Food was great and is a nice healthy option for a quick lunch.
Really beautiful, fresh, fast Mediterranean fare. Great prices, good veggie options only meat option is chicken shawarma, very tasty. The falafel are made in slightly smaller balls that are great, albeit a bit spicy. Will definitely go back if in the area! Very friendly staff.
When I walked in I let the guy serving at the counter know that I was a beginner and I am not familiar with Mediterranean food. He was very friendly and walked me through each step and gave me great recommendations for each part of the process. He made sure to ask me what sort of tastes I preferred before each recommendation and warned me what was spicy. The place itself feels very modern and they have free open wifi. The baklava was a nice dessert after the pita. The pita itself was layers of fantastic flavors. I mainly just put my trust in the guy at the counter and asked what he would choose if he were going to eat one. It was a wise decision as it came out quite good and I look forward to returning.
I always look forward to eating here! I enjoy the pita bread with hummus to munch on while you order. The food is fresh, and tasty. I think the Shawarma is the best. I do like their falafel, but I pick my favourite. I also like that the food does not feel heavy or greasy.
Simple and Awesome = Healthy. Good value for your money 💰 if you care about health ❤️. The price and portions are good. Home baked PITA bread fresh and warm. They also Fry the Falafel in small batches so you get real Home cooked taste. The restaurant is simple and plenty of room for indoor or outdoor eating experience. One of my favorite spot in Pleasanton.
I was stuck at a hotel while my wife was hospitalized and decided to give this place a try. Even right at closing time, I was greeted with a smile and helped immediately. Had never been here before, so it took me a minute to choose, but the food was outstanding. A great value as well. Wish we had this restaurant where I live!
OMG! This has to be my new favorite restaurant. The food is so fresh and delicious and one serving was full enough for two adequate meals if you add stuff proportionately. Great selection of items for the bowl. The staff was very friendly and most people come here for pick up during lunch. Plan your meal ahead and you will be fine.
This place is great. The bowl with half falafel and half gyros is so good and definitely a full meal. The pita is nice a thick. Very friendly staff, they offer free samples. My favorite actually is that they have very safe and good quality high chairs. We went on a late Friday afternoon, not busy.
Haven't been in the area since before covid and was excited to get back in to have a chicken shawarma bowl. They pack a bunch of different flavors into each bowl and it's a pretty good overall deal too. They also build your bowl super quickly so it's a great place for quick grab and go
Such a lovely experience, during such a challenging time. The kind people working went above and beyond, were super friendly, and so helpful. The food was great, and our portions were so large the lid of our to go containers wouldn’t even close. The fun artisanal sodas were great too!
First thing you notice about the place is the spacious and clean setting. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The portion sizes are huge and filling. It would be a good idea to get the bowl option because the toppings are too much to fit in a pita. Food tasted good. Loved the falafels and the spicy hot sauce with hummus. The kids menu is very convenient. Do try their fountain drinks. Would definitely recommend for a hearty Mediterranean meal.
This place is great! Very fresh ingredients, lots of different toppings and delicious food. Simple and tasty... Plus you can order locally crafted beers on tap with your pita. Decent dining atmosphere and the staff was really nice. If I ever go to Pleasanton, I will definitely go here again.
Update 2021: I come here regularly now to get the family platter. The food is delicious and healthy, and the customer service is always spot on!!! The manager must've trained the staff well bc I love their service and how polite they are. The food is consistent as well. I'm changing my rating from 3 to 5. I haven't experienced sticky floors since. They do a great job packing my online orders. First time checking out Gotta Eatta Pita. It's absolutely delicious!! My kids love it too. The business concept is like Chipotle. I didn't know this was a chain/ franchise. I'm giving this 3 stars specifically for the Pleasanton location. The floors were super sticky, so I'm not sure about the cleanliness.
First time in, and I was pleasantly surprised! Staff were kind and upbeat. Food was really tasty. I got half and half chicken and falafel and half and half couscous and greens in a bowl. I topped it with everything they offered! Half way through, I asked for a lid. It was $10, but enough for two meals. Highly recommend for a healthy meal.
Absolutely excellent! I got there shortly after they opened and was greeted by Daisy! She was so sweet, so pleasant and had a great recommendations based off of my input. I am a huge eggplant lover and the fact that you guys have this roasted eggplant just delighted me beyond words! So delicious, so fresh and so worth every penny! Keep up the good work and if she is not already, please do consider Daisy for manager because she represents you very well and exudes excellent service!
First time there and we loved it! Everything was very fresh and delicious! All the salads in the bowl were super flavorful and the falafel was perfect. The young man at the counter was very helpful and patient with us newbies. Will return next time we are in the area.
Such a great food, healthy, tasty, fast and cheap. Vegan friendly as well. What else can you ask for? The service is super quick and courteous, the can build your own bowl or pita, and enjoy great flavorful food. The place was very clean, including the restroom, and the semi open kitchen, which is a great plus! When ever I'm around, I like to get in and grab a bite of this deliciousness.
Consistently delicious. Friendly staff gives generous portions of protein and sides. It's not cheap, but I do not mind paying for quality fresh food. Chicken falafel bowl with extra peppers about $18.
As a quick bite, the food was delicious, the menu is simple and there was enough room to sit and enjoy our meal. We ordered the Shwarma (double protein with the extra on the side), pita and hummus and shared it between a hungry preteen and myself. Plenty of food, it was so fresh and tasty. We added hummus and spicy “spreads” as well as all four salads to the pita. The tzatziki sauce was creamy and flavorful. This restaurant is very close to the soccer fields if you’re in town for soccer tournaments. They also cater with larger portions.
Went here last Saturday and it was so delicious. This place serves up really tasty and healthy food at a very reasonable price. Also, massive shout out to the super cute red-headed girl working last Saturday! 🥵Wish i had the courage to ask if she was single.
This place is awesome. I wish they expanded more in the Bay. Good deal, very good food. $12 for a huge bowl is also about as a good as you can expect. Don't skip on the eggplant side/topping!! They were understaffed for lunch today but Nancy was amazing and handled everything as fast as reasonably possible.
We recently partnered with Gotta Eatta Pita to cater a luncheon for approximately 500 people, and the experience was outstanding. From start to finish, their team was incredibly friendly, professional, and responsive. Planning an event of this scale can be challenging, but their clear communication and attention to detail made it seamless. The food was a hit—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Guests couldn’t stop talking about how delicious everything was. What impressed us even more was their genuine commitment to improvement; they were open to feedback and clearly dedicated to delivering the best possible experience. Highly recommend Gotta Eatta Pita for any catering needs—whether you’re hosting a small gathering or a large event. They truly deliver both quality and care.
Spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly, helpful and upbeat. The portion sizes are huge and filling. You will definitely get food pregnant after eating here. Initially thought the pita is less filling but after eating it, understood that it's more than enough. It would be a good idea to get the bowl option because the toppings are too much to fit in a pita and it might get messy with a pita. It's more like a Chipotle style setting with options to choose from to fill in. Egg plant is must filling which is yummy. Half and half is best option if you are here first time as you can get taste of both. Get the spicy hot sauce and hummus too. Would definitely recommend for a tummy filling Mediterranean meal.
Came here for dinner tonight. It was our first time eating at Gotta Eatta Pita at *any* location and we were very pleased with it! Both my son and I got shwarma, he got the kids build your own platter and I got a pita, not the bowl. It was a little on the pricey side for the adults but it was very filling! The employees were also super nice and helpful, the girl that was serving us had the patience to deal with my kid and explain what each side was. We'll probably be back since he actually enjoyed it.
A nice place to have a quick bite for lunch or snacks with healthy salads or bowls or barito with pita. Spacious simple but classy. Quit place but still like the environment with supportive staff, help to prepare ur own meal. Love to have veggie pita bowl. Having store parking as well. Crowded during lunch time but wait duration is less.
I tried this place on a whim. I ordered the half & half bowl. The staff were very nice. I asked what the green spicy sauce was and they immediately prepared a sample for me to try. Get it, it's really flavorful and not too spicy. The eggplant was the best part. It is served cold and in a sweet red pepper sauce that makes it rich with a creamy texture. The chicken was tender but the falafel balls fell short. They were oddly crispy and course ground. The pitas come in an enclosed box, then you rip off the perforated top to use the box as a holder. The baklava was fresh and crispy just like it should be. The only downside is the service was a little slow; be prepared to be patient in line.
The food here is fresh and delicious. It caters to vegetarians, and to meat-atarians like me. It's a simple choice between falafel and chicken. Then you can customize it like crazy with other filling options and sauces. I can be picky, but this place is easy, and relatively healthy.
Very nice fresh ingredients. You tell them which items you want in your bowl. The chicken shawarma was alright. The olives and (strangely) the hummus were too salty - way, way too salty. There is some eggplant ragout that I thought was baba ganoush but it was sweet - tasty but unexpected. I feel like you have to probably try this place a couple times to get the combination that works for you. For instance, I made the mistake of getting couscous and tabouleah because I thought tabouleah was with bulgar but this appeared to be small couscous (?) Next time I'll try the falafel on the pita.
We loved their platter. Tasty, healthy options ,value for money and can feed 5 to 6 person. Dont forget to ask/grab their chilli sauce/pickle as much u can 🤤 ,will be on the table in small togo boxes(forgot the exact name)
Love the eggplant, hummus and the pita bread. The falafel a bit dry buuut excellent food. Nice portions! Definitely worth to try, specially if you a vegetarian and/or vegan.
Flavourful Greek/Mediterranean fast food in Chipotle ordering style. The base price has increased by $2 over the last two years. Bit confused if this for quick lunch restaurant styled value. Hence the 4 Star.
I ordered the family pita meal using Doordash Pickup online. It was a fantastic decision! Ordering and pickup was easy. The staff was friendly. The food was delicious!! We had the half-and-half option of shawarma chicken and falafel, plus red cabbage, cucumber & tomato salad, roasted red peppers, mixed greens tzatziki, hummus, and Israeli cous cous. Literally everything was great! I brought leftovers for lunch the next day and it was as delicious as the first time!! I cook most nights but definitely keeping this as a favorite for those days when I just want takeout!
Fast-casual dining. Pet friendly. Very much like Chipotle with a Mediterranean twist. Stand in line and order your food. Fountain drink is a new experience, unlike typical coke and pepper.
This place is more like chipotle style bring your own bowl or pita. Excellent selections of meat and veggies to choose from. Their spicy sauce is absolutely amazing with their creamy hummus. You can also top it up with some egg plants that adds a bit of charred flavor. I absolutely love their pita compared to bowl. Although their bowl can take large portions, their pita had a right balance in their way it was stuffed. I wish their baklava could take more syrup and hold their pastry sheet together.
Chipotle style Mediterranean food place, portions were decent with enough protein. Bowls are the way to go when hungry. Decent amount of seating and food tasted great. Wish to see more of them popping up soon.
Had the half n half bowl with a little of everything. It was great with a creamy sauce, then a spicy sauce and leaving me with an impression of a salad. The flavors were unusual but not too strong and the primary ingredients seem to suggest a vegetarian diet. It almost convinces me with its unusual variety that a veggie diet is possible.
Enjoyed the food everything is really good. Good service. Nice employees. Always plenty of employees working during busy hours. Only thing i would change is th fries they tasted pretty terrible like they had been sitting under the heating lamp forever.
I love this place!! They positively pile on the food if you get the bowl. It's enough for two people with healthy appetites. Delicious and mostly healthy. Good place to go if you want to eat more veggies and legumes and less meat without giving up good taste. Although the chicken is very yummy. The green sauce is too spicy for me, but love the white garlic sauce. Also of note is the roasted eggplant and red peppers. Worth the extra cost for red peppers. Only complaint..how about a coat of white paint or light colored paint in the dining room, very dark and dreary. Otherwise, amazing!!
Good food.. fresh and healthy. Very pricey. Am not sure if they increased prices in recent past. 11 dollars for bowl is very expensive for me. The service was good. Unlike chipotle they give fresh and complete bowl of food. I know the bowl size is less compared to Chipotle. Apart from pricey, food was good. I will wait for some coupons before my next visit..
I came here with some friends after driving back from Yosemite, and it was great! There was only outdoor seating due to covid, good enough for us (though the sun was a bit in our face due to no shade). I got a bowl with pretty much everything in it aside from couscous, and it was delicious! I love the eggplant, and it was a lot of food. I mixed my bowl together, and it was fresh and tasty. It was around $12 post-tax, and I really enjoyed it!
The staff was very friendly and the food was tasty. Clear explanations of options and how to build a meal weren't offered by employees (this was my first time ordering), so I just got everything and it was really good. As far as chains go, this is a healthier one with plenty of flavor.
Like a chipotle style Mediterranean food place. I ordered the chicken shawarma salad. I opted for feta which is 89 cents extra but the serving size is small. Overall the food was decent, not very flavorful but it is healthier compared to other options.
I love this place. I can get healthy food without sacrificing taste! All the food is tasty and good. It's a bit confusing as to how it all works at first and the staff aren't always as helpful as they could be but they certainly respond well when asked. I think it might be more difficult for them when there is a line and speed is important. This is not a complaint on the staff. I've been in at night when there is no line and they proactively take care of you. I don't mind the $10ish price for the falafel bowl that I get as I feel like I'm paying for healthy food. I will now be a fairly regular customer for lunch.
While I love normally coming here recently cause the portions are large , I got a bowl where a bunch of my chicken had chunks of bones or cartilage in it. I had to keep on spitting out all the hard bits. Please check your chicken before serving it.
Ordered a couple of pitas and some falafel to go, they were out of pita so they changed my order to bowls. Both we good and made to order, missing pita aside. The falafel was good too. They gave me a free baclava for my trouble. Since I ordered to go, I wasn't there long but the place is pretty sparse on the inside. Nothing terrible, just rather plain.
Their stuffed pita was really good, especially with the hot sauce. It's definitely better than the bowl, as the pita bread really complements the rest of the food. I found the bowl a bit too salty without the bread. The restaurant is quite spacious, with plenty of high chairs. I'm not sure how busy this place gets, but it was fairly quiet when I visited. The staff was very accommodating, which added to the positive experience.
Food was okay and service was good. The place was a ghost town and the silence was unnerving. Would not come back here because of the vibes.
There's nice zing to the name. So we tried it today. They have both nonveg (shawarmas) and veg options. Food quantity and portion size is good. Salads n couscus good too. U can customize spice levels as spicy sauce can be served if requested. Ambience is nice. A very pretty little outdoor space for lunch in sun as well as indoor sitting available. Only 2 cons I registered: 1) falafels were a bit oily and small in size than usual 2) the lady server was like a unwelcoming, unsmiling and almost like an angry school teacher.... It felt as if we were being scolded and unwelcome. I wouldn't like to tip her... I think the owner has spent a good amount in making the restaurant n food but hasn't paid any attention to the human interaction of while serving food...
Food was good. But very limited quantity of chicken provided. So we felt we did not even eat the chicken. Increasing the quantity of the chicken per bowl would be great for next time.
My Star Scale: 1 Star = Do not recommend 2 Star = Do not recommend but there were positive aspects of the experience. 3 Star = Would recommend 4 Star = Would recommend ++service OR ++food OR ++ ambiance 5 Star = Would recommend ++service AND ++ food AND ++ambiance Needed to grab a quick lunch out in Pleasanton and found this place conviniently right off the 580. When I walked in I was surprised to see it completely empty. They have a decent size dining area and can probably fit 40-50 people. Questioning in my mind if I made a good decision, however they did have a high rating on Yelp so I was thinking that this could go either way. Menu is really basic (great for gluten free) and you have two options really. #1, is a build your own stuffed pita, #2 is a bowl option). I went with the chicken shwarma bowl. Ingredients were very fresh and the flavor was really really good. Very satisfied. Prices were ok too. All in all it wasn't your jaw dropping restaurant but it also wasn't trying to be and I was totally ok with that. Would recommend if looking for a quick bite on the go.
Formerly generous portion size with bowl, but varies considerably by server & has been much smaller recently. Falafels are excellent, and again, quantity varies day by day. Tables frequently not wiped clean. Otherwise, cleanliness is above average (floors, counters, bathroom). Food is healthy, fresh, tasty. Side of pita bread was fresh & soft. Have sat outside in nicer weather. Update: They've added tips to the credit card screen on their pos & the choices are 15,18,or 20% which is ridiculous considering this is fast casual food, no table service, they're putting a spoonful of ingredients into a cardboard bowl, self-service drinks. I understand a tip jar on the counter, but expecting a tip of $3-5 on 2 lunch entries when guests carry their own food, bus their tables, etc is not cool. It's extremely awkward to pay with credit & be asked to "complete" the sale by touching one of 3 pre-programmed tip amounts to be added to my credit card. I overheard guests expressing the same feelings - that they don't want to select a tip amount, but it feels forced on them given the new set up. We won't go back anymore - if we're going to tip 18-20%, we'll choose a full service restaurant! PS My son is a server at a full service restaurant & even he thought this new system was awkward & unreasonable as the employees are not waiting tables, bussing, refilling drinks, etc.!
We ordered the platter for our gf group. The food was good except the Hummus and Sauce were bitter for us. Rest tasted good. Service was good. We were trying to call to order but no one picked up the call.
A good place for a quick meditation byte. Healthy food options such as tahini, spicy cabbage and khous-khous. Smaller falafel bites and great spicy garlic sauce. Refreshing and group-friendly sitting area. A variety of small quantities available as a side dish. Good amount of parking spots with free parking.
Very dim light near the food counter which I didn't like, very dull vibes because of light i think. Now about the food, the hot sauce is good, we ordered a vegetarian falafel bowl with some pita bread. I wish they also had brown bread. Hummus was not great, and couscous had old oil flavor and also falafel. Overall I didn't like it much as compared to Oren's hummus and also falafel stop. I wish they did not touch the food with vegetarian spoons. If you have different spoons for each item but while preparing the bowl or any other item if u bring the spoon in contact with what is already in the bowl how does it make a difference. When a vegetarian want his food it should be in zero contact with non veg. The server was newbie i think he was also not aware of the ingredients of many items.
My family and I have been enjoying Gotta Eatta Pita for years. The food has always been fresh, delicious, and a favorite with our kids—a win for everyone. However, we have noticed that the price of a bowl has creeped up from from $10.95 to $16.99 while offering less protein (not including the cost of pita and the now seemingly mandatory protein upgrade). I understand that inflation impacts businesses, from wages and food costs to supplies and rent—but this feels significant, especially as the value has decreased. Unfortunately, we've decided to explore other local options in Pleasanton. That said, we truly appreciate the many delicious meals and parties we've catered and want to thank you for the wonderful experience over the years.
When do people have the urge to write a review? When the service or quality is extremely bad or consistent positive experience which makes people feel good to write a review. Let me start with a positive note. I have been eating at this place for some time going back to the time when their PITA sandwich used to be $9+ to now $13+. Make a note of this, during weekdays, they have fresh falafel and tasty Falafel pita sandwich. Tl;DR - Make sure their counter space is clean where they cut the PITA bread and ask the folks to change their gloves, ask if their falafel is fresh or not and watch how clean the open trays with vegetables look like before you eat PITA based or you are pretty much consuming a paid laxative for the day to sit in the bathroom :) **BE AWARE** - If you are eating PITA based sandwiches, then be careful with untrained or attitude filled employees who don't care to change their gloves. When you remind them you change the gloves, they give a look back at you. As usual I went there yesterday, Dec 10th, 2023 weekend without knowing that their PITA falafel will become a free laxative for the day with bad quality falafel and messy counter space filled with food debris and they cut your PITA on top of it and may hold with dirty gloves. I had stomach pain after eating their Falafel PITA sandwich. I am not a clean freak but at the same time, using the same Nitrile gloves worn for several hours or looks sloppy enough to touch the PITA bread which we will actually eat is not fair. I am not sure if food safety department insist them to change gloves before making PITA based sandwiches and even if they do, I am not sure the business insist, train their weekend employess and one asian lady who works in weekdays to change gloves for every PITA based sandwich they make, where they need to touch the PITA bread using their hand without sleeves and PITA being food which can be consumed. During weekdays, I guess they may have trained employees especially the man who always treat customers with respect, dignity irrespective of their color and race. He also changes the gloves.
This place started out really good. But recently we've been noticing some issues; food seems stale, falafels look and taste like they are 2 day old and refried, pita falls apart like what happens to 1 week old bread. Servers are getting stingy. It's sad because their food used to be really good, and has a healthy fast food feel to it. Hopefully the owners see this and take some corrective steps.
I’ve been going to this store since it opened and will not be returning again. New hires are clueless and managers do not seem to care in the least if you have an issue. I’ve known Middle Eastern cooking for over 30 years. The falafels were overcooked marbles and even when I asked the service person if I could wait for another batch (because there were only 4 dried out rocks left), I heard the cook refuse. I don’t know if they’re struggling or don’t care about customers anymore? Prices have risen considerably also with numerous charges for items that were previously included ($1 for bread, .75 for a tablespoon of cheese, peppers, etc.). $15 for one bowl to go is ridiculous given the current economy so, although I’ve liked you in the past, goodbye!
I tried the vegetarian bowl, extremely salty. Couldn’t eat a bite. They need to lower the sodium to less than 1/3 of what they add now
I went in looking at the 1000+ reviews of this place. The falafel bowl was average at best. Quite overpriced for food that doesn't taste great. Would recommend looking around for some other mediterranean place.
The food was decent, but not good enough that I would go back. Doesn't seem like authentic Mediterranean Food. And it's a little pricey.
I went to this restaurant based on other people's comments, but I didn't enjoy my meal. My order was half and half. I don't think it's a good idea to put all the menu items on top of each other in one dish. The amount of shawarma was very, very little and the falafel was not similar to the real falafel. A lot of dill was added to the falafel, which had a bitter taste. The experience was not pleasant
Update : They frequently mess up togo orders. They miss sauces and items we have paid for..! Must try Mediterranean cuisine. They serve a generous portion. Value for the money.
It was the worst meal I have ever had… Trust me when I say don’t ever go there
This place was good when it first opened. Last couple times have been hit or miss in terms of food quality and service. On our latest visit, there was only one other customer and three employees, but somehow they missed our online order until after I arrived, and then they somehow managed to make the order wrong. I'm sad to say we probably will not be coming back.
Never order ahead of time, or do a take away..... We recently dined at this place. The food was amazingly tasty and fresh pita bread. We just loved It. The week after, we decided to get it delivered through Uber eats, n guess What, the bread was really old, it just didn’t feel like what we had the first time. Looks like they serve old bread if you order through these apps. We were highly disappointed 😔 hope they don’t do that ever again. I don’t think I’d go back after just what happened.
Once upon a pita… this place used to be amazing — generous portions, great taste, and no complaints. But lately, it’s been sliding downhill faster than a greased-up meatball. Today, though, it hit rock bottom. As a lifelong vegetarian, I was horrified to witness a tragic case of cross-contamination: the falafel container was cozied up way too close to the chicken, and I kid you not — chicken juices were dripping onto the poor falafels like some kind of poultry horror movie. Falafel deserves better. I deserve better. This place has officially earned a spot on my Never-Again-Ever-No-Matter-What list. Rest in pita, Gotta Etta Pita.
The places charges 20 dollars for a bowl with some pita bread. They have only two protein options and not much variety. The chicken was good but all of the other option were cold and bland. I would recommend going to chipotle instead, they have cheaper bowls, same portions, more variety, and tastier options
Quality and service have definitely changed the past few months here. I use to love going here! 1)food- I ordered a falafel salad bowl and found the salad was spoiled. See image attached 2) service- poor sanitation. I am very understanding of many restaurants being understaff and I believe this is an issue at this location, but it was unacceptable to see the person making our food wear the same gloves to touch the register. Instead of using tongs for the falafels, he used his hands to grab it for my bowl. I saw that the salad wasn’t fresh and had to toss out the bowl. Sadly, I will not be coming back to this location.
