I walked in and went to Viv and she immediately apologized and got me a remade drink within seconds! I wasn’t even late to work. Thank you so much Viv!
I am a regular and love coming to this location. They know what drink I enjoy most, they even ensure it's done proper for me when U send my employees to pick up coffee for us! They always have a positive attitude thats what sets them apart from other Starbucks
This Starbucks branch have the most awesome baristas.. One of them is Jason He always makes me the best drinks and recommendations. He is the best barista ever! So kind and always have the friendliness in him. Kudos for Jason!!
I have always have been to this Starbucks and the drinks they make are great. The baristas are all friendly no matter how busy they are. I would recommend this one for cal poly students rather than the one over by the 57 fwy or 71.
Newly open starbucks around this area, they close early at 9pm though. It's fresh new look and style, makes you want to chill and have a cup of coffee. Outdoor seating are also available.
I love starbucks i like how the posibility are endless there but they are pricey for coffe but just do it spend the money it is worth it you shold totolaly get a grande frapacino of white bean and ad to cupps of dragon fruit .so pretty and good.

The people here are really nice, however, they do not give free water unless you buy something, and you can not come here unless you buy something. Just wanted to save somebody from making a trip here so they don't have to waste their time. So if you're thirsty for water after work or you need to charge your phone inside, tough luck.
No stars for food because I don't eat there. I do work there almost every day. Tables are 99% clean unless someone just left, and a team member hasn't gone out at that second. I listen, the only complaints I've heard is a customer saying I wanted that hot or cold. And explain they didn't say that up front. Which they give a free one anyway make it over and apologize. The other complaints are when they're not made on a phone order or such, and the customer realizes they sent it to a different store. These people behind the counter are amazing when it gets so busy that I don't even understand how they can function. I think they do an excellent job.
I don’t usually go to Starbucks but I’m glad I went to this one. The barista Peter was super nice and helpful and made my drink just how I like it. Will definitely be coming back

This is easily my favorite Starbucks location, but it isn't without its shortcomings. This Starbucks has it all: an attentive, cheerful staff, speedy wifi, and...oh wait...there's no seats? The only downfall of this location is its seating availability. It isn't doing itself any favors by offering few chairs and tables to start with, but its proximity to two major universities, while a blessing, is also a curse. Most Starbucks locations have a steady flow of people coming and going. However, this location is crammed with college students for extended periods of time, leaving me to enjoy my overpriced (although I happily pay) cup of coffee standing up. Outdoor seating is offered, but the wifi's reach is less than desirable. Overall, this is a great location! Despite its one handicap of poor seating offerings, I'll keep coming back for those early-morning caffeine jump-starts and my late-night study cram sessions; if I can find a place to sit, that is...
Finally! A Starbucks of a decent size close to home. Since it's been opened only since Monday, not much people know about it. Let's hope it stays that way! Hahaha.. Inside, there's about 4 tables, along with seating in a community table and bar. There's also 3 armchairs inside as well. Outside, there's three tables. Drive thru as well! And, on top of that, nice and friendly staff! :)
I'm glad they finally opened this location. Great service most of time. However, I stopped by there this morning (Saturday) just after 5am, hoping they would be open but they weren't. No hours sign is posted on the door and the barrista, a person with a mohawk, just stared at me when I asked (nicely) through the door what time they open. Imho, that was kind of rude. I found out at another Starbucks (where I'm at now, and they opened at 4:30am) that the opening time is 5:30am. Oh well. Such is life.

Super nice staff and the environment was nice and quiet, although the quality of the frap and pastries I received were not like other locations I've been to. Pastries were a bit dry and not as fresh as they usually are. My frap tasted like watered down mocha. Maybe I just went at a bad time? Not sure. First time going to this location.
The serving is not as good enough as before. I asked light ice but it’s still a lot.and they are really slow when I asked a cup of water.
Friendly baristas work here who always greet you with a smile and work very hard to get your drinks out quickly and to your liking. There are plenty of places to sit either at a bar, at private two seat tables, an assistive service table, and five outdoor tables. The wifi is good and there are plenty of outlets inside the store at the bar so bring your electrics fully charged if you don't want to rub elbows with fellow patrons.
Well staffed and the orders are made quickly. They haven't had the ingredients for the caramel apple spice for over 2 months which is very disappointing.
Hmmm tricky one this. Coffee the same as usual but I waited over half an hour to get my order. No apology, just apparently they gey so many app orders. Not sure really

They never get my order right. I get charge for venti when I order tall and no recipts are provided. I don't hv time to fix there mistakes I always leave unhappy

They gave me a small credit on my account, but guess what... I'm not buying any merch from them, and I won't be buying much product from that store, either. Very poor help. I asked 1i7iil4 a frapp...& guess what? 2 of the workers didnt know wanted! Really. Then my Name was never called & my Frapp was just sitting on the count god only knows 4 how long !
I purchased a mobile order and asked to use the restroom, they said it’s only for customers chilling inside. I said I’m a customer I literally had the receipt in my app. I’m a paying customer, that’s ridiculous I don’t get it .

Not pleasant!! I waited about 30 minutes, people came after me who placed their order at the register, received their order before me. All I had was ice tea. When I got home. I saw that they charged me wrong. I was too tired to go back there and let them know. Not happy one bit!
we came in to grab a quick drink on a saturday afternoon. we were improperly greeted, not even a 'hello'. we sat down on one table and it was dirty, we tried another table and it was missing the chairs. we opted to leave instead to find out that our drinks were watered down and incorrect. we probably won't be coming back due to this poor experience
Went there for a large hot tea . Store was clean , but you should not work in a place that charges so much for drinks and makes so much money and then talk about the benefits of socialism. I decided at that point that your business dont need my business. I got back in my car and drove across the street to McDonald's. . I just wanted hot tea . Not a lecture from from someone still in mom's house . They have no idea what true socialism is . And I hope they Never have to find out .
Horrible service asked for a remake and the barista Peter made me feel offended and not welcomed by remarking of why I didn’t like his drink also asked me to peel off the sticker then asked for the drink back looking discussed. Starbucks do better. Never coming back again. Also if this isn’t redemption from this barista I don’t know what else is made sure my drink was filled with ice so I had two sips of my drink.

I didn’t think much of it at all until I moved aside and noticed the customer after me was greeted with enthusiasm and respect. When my drinks were ready I smiled and thanked the same cashier only to be stared at blankly and watched closely as I left, which actually managed to make me feel awkward. Wish I hadn’t tipped 25% after all.
Closes earlier than 7:30pm on Sundays. Got there at 7:10pm and was told there are closed.

Servers are courteous at this Starbucks location but its coffee often tastes so light that makes us feel as if drinking plain water. We believe that what has caused this was probably that the store staff did not replenish the machine with fresh coffee beans as often as required. As a result, the coffee from the machine is over-diluted. We feel that the store staff should have strictly followed the professional procedure for coffee-brewing so that customers are not shortchanged. In the meantime, the store supervisor should have sample-tasted the coffee made from the brewers from time to time to monitor and ensure its quality. We have already made the store clerks aware of this issue a while ago, but the quality of coffee remains the same -- as light as water. We feel that measures of rectification are urgently needed from Starbucks central management so that consumers' interest is not compromised.

Denied restroom and a cup of water because we didn’t order anything YET? That’s just ridiculous and who’s going to want to order after that. Girls are rude and dismissive!!
Ordered a pistachio latte, but what I received tasted more like a very sweet black coffee. The drink was dark in color with almost no milk presence, and the sweetness felt artificial, likely from flavored syrup rather than real pistachio paste or a proper pistachio base. I was expecting a creamy, nutty latte with a light green tone, but this didn’t match that profile. Might be a recipe or communication issue, but it wasn’t what a pistachio latte is usually known for.
Disappointing service. When I picked up my coffee, it looked as if it had been tampered with. I politely asked about it, but instead of explaining, the staff member shook my cup so violently that coffee splashed all over the table and the cup itself. This aggressive behavior was completely unnecessary and made me very uncomfortable. A simple explanation or a gentle swirl would have sufficed. I will not be returning.
