Double double was delicious...2 patties, fresh lettuce and tomato with plenty of sauce, melted cheese, and grilled onions. Also ordered a large ice water for a quarter. I was in pig heaven!

This one been here forever . Yea there another newer location in walnut/city of Industry that's been open a decade or 2. This one the traffic still a thing but typically they get it right . Once I accidentally left my debit here and they kept it for me then we got back and they gave it plus gave me gift card which was unexpected and really kind . I was so thankful I didn't notice till I was trying to buy groceries at Walmart and the last I'd seen it was in n out. I also like in n out has x-large drink cups now. Idk how long they've had them but I love big drinks lol. Last time I got double extra toasted and yes an x large diet coke 😀

I have been eating at in & out since I was a young child. It’s quite a nostalgic place for my family and I. It has always been one of the only fast food places that I know will have great customer service as well as quality food. I’m giving a 2 star review only because I was shocked by my experience yesterday evening at the diamond bar location. My family and I walked up to the window to order take out. The ordering process was great, kind young kid took our order, however, what surprised me and compelled me to leave a 2 STAR review was Because When our order was ready, one of the female employees put the bag of fries on the counter to complete the order, the bag tipped over on the front counter and the fries spilled out of the bag onto the counter, she then grabbed the fries with her hand off the counter and threw them back in the bag. I thought for sure she was going to toss the bag in the trash and get me a new order but NOPE, the male kid just handed me over the bag. I was so shocked, I was actually speechless. I think what through me off the most was that I did NOT expect this from IN&OUT. The company holds their employees to a higher standard than all other fast food places. I’m only writing this review In hopes that leadership can make sure to continue to hold this franchise to a higher standard and not let this type of service continue. In and out is the only fast food place left that is constant in their customer service and food quality.

We love in-n-out, but this is by far the worst location in the area. The employees always seem bothered with your presence and always interrupt while ordering. This more often than not results in receiving an incorrect order. We always have to double-check our food before we leave because they've gone as far as forgetting to put some of our order in the bag. We avoid this location at all costs even though we live within 7 minutes of it.

I think I order a Coke and not a ice water??? “Amazing” work for Fernando! Place an order very “carefully” Totally mass up the order and don’t even care what customer said, self services for customer payment just like the nearby Shell did Lmao. Place one combo and single order takes 30+ min. Highly not recommend! Please give them a training before your employee services people In&out, it make customer fells racism!

I was surprised by my experience today. I understand that mistakes can happen, but my order was misunderstood and the receipt was split into two, which was already confusing. More concerning was that a donation was added to my bill without my consent or any prior explanation, apparently to make the change even. The issue is not the amount, but the principle. Adding a donation without explicit customer authorization raises serious consumer-rights concerns and is not an acceptable business practice. Donations must always be clearly disclosed and strictly optional. Additionally, I specifically requested no salt on my French fries, yet I was served fries that were not fresh and were salted regardless. I also found it uncomfortable that staff members were carrying beverage containers through the ordering counter area, interrupting customers mid-order and forcing them to step aside. This reflects poor operational flow and customer consideration. Overall, this experience felt disorganized and lacked transparency. I hope management reviews these practices to ensure clearer communication and respect for customer consent.

Last night around 5:30 PM, I declined the donation at the drive-thru line, yet I was still charged for it. I only noticed after reviewing my receipt once I left. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed
