I ordered a double-double, fries, and a drink. Food and service was good and overall I just really love In-N-Out

Service is always excellent and the food has always been consistent. Parking and the drive thru can get packed as this is a very small establishment.

Edward front walk up (cashier ) Was friendly he did a good job greeting customers. As well for the employee taking orders outside he was a tall Male black hair offer us refills and in between customers he would turn around and clean if needed . Restrooms were clean as well in patio. Food was warm. With a good cold drink. Even thought they were busy they did a good job! I came at 1.06pm on a Tuesday Thank you 😁👌

Long lines but SO worth it!!! This is NOT a dine in place. Just a drive through. But I realized that they also have a walk-though window on the other side of where all the cars come in from! I never knew! You can park where the cars all drive in and you'll a few cement covered, but open air seats and surrounding the round tables.

In n Out Burger is truly the California burger. The beef is never frozen and everything is fresh. The menu consists of burgers, fries, sofas and shakes. That's it. And they do it right. You get your burger made just how you like it with from one to four patties! Lettuce, tomato, onions raw or grilled, spread, chopped chilies and pickles are available upon request. Fries are freshly cut and fried. The taste of the burgers and fries at In n Out have a are like no other. One of the best things about In n Out is you can get food until 1am and 1:30 am Friday and Saturdays. This particular restaurant has a drive thru with 2 lanes and 2 walk up windows. There are a couple of outdoor tables but most people get their food to go. Try their shakes ! You won't be disappointed

The drive thru line was way too long. I would suggest getting out of the car & order at the window. There were 3 guys in front of me, got my order in 7 min which isn't bad considering. Food was excellent! What more can I say!? Keeping it simple & no food changes, service was super,! This is why they are #1 always!!

There is something to be said about the old, traditional In-N-Out locations. A tiny 10'×30' business that houses 7-10 employees all engaged in serving your ideal tastes in how you want your burger and fries. Even though this location is mainly a drive-thru, walk-up service is given the same priority. Parking is limited to about 15 cars maximum between dedicated parking in front, in back, and street parking, but you can always seem to manage to get a space if you choose to dine in. Yes, you may prefer to drive-thru, but if you want to order and sit on a nice day with the covered and uncovered benches, you'll never be disappointed. It will be a sad day when the last of these original locations is gone. For now, enjoy the best burger and fries the way they were originally intended.

Great burgers! This location is outdoor or in the car dining with no inside dining room. The left lane always seems faster than the right lane. And they don't push extra sales that often like asking if you'd like a drink with your order.

The food was great especially for the speed and price. Their burgers are huge and juicy with the great freshness from the lettuce. Their fries are good with a good crisp and the salt. Their milkshake was fantastic and it was so creamy and good. Overall this is a great restaurant and definitely recommend coming here to dine in.

I love In-N-Out...I love the Double Double Animal Style with onions and light fries.....here in Southern California were so lucky to have such a nice friendly and clean In-N-Out's up and down the beautiful California state. I have never in my life had any issues at In-N-Out...it's consistently the best fast food ever. Other States are just drooling to get this franchise in their area... Eat and enjoy the food and explore the "Secret Menu" it's worth the time.

I think these smaller walk-ups offer a bit better customer service than the larger eat-in restaurants. As this place is no exception, the food is why we all go there. The service that comes out of the small space was great. And the overall tempo and attitude from entering the drive-thru until we parked and ate was pure So-Cal. Goodbye crossed palm trees, until we meet again.

I so much prefer the old style In-N-Outs. You know, the ones with no interiors… drive through only with a few tables outside. This location is one of the originals and it has not changed since I can remember in the early 80s. There is one pro tip for this location though.. The parking lot is actually in what looks to be the gas station next door. This area is actually owned by In-N-Out not the gas station. Park there walk up and avoid the lines during peak drive through hours.

Been coming here for 20 years, it's a classic in n out location. Only drive thru and orders at the window. The only negative thing about this location is there's no indoor seating when it gets cold outside. The staff is always friendly and they've never messed up my order no matter how large. The burgers are best, taste fresh and the animal style fries are the way to go. Their regular fries get soggy it you don't eat them warm

The workers here are always very thorough and know what they're doing. They also give off that we love what were doing vibe and are very welcoming and patient. The food quality is something else, though. And it is great. I love the shakes, but I don't know if it's just me but I found that after they've sat for a while they don't taste as good. Other than that the food is great and their hamburger selection is priceless. You can expect some traffic.

All in n out stores serve great food and have outstanding service but the store on goldensprings in Diamond bar makes the best double doubles. I think tey toast their buns a little longer which gives it a nice light crunch.

Used to not be a big fan of in n out But after living here awhile and comparing to other fast food. I can say that their burger are fresh and tasty , also the fries. I like the cheese fries too, not the animal fries. Also like their shakes a lot, its a real shake, not like smoothie.

Nothing beats In-N-Out! When you got the urge for that double double with cheese this spot will get you in and out. The service is efficient and friendly. My wife and I shared fries animal style, not really my favorite. My burger was perfect. We sat in the seating area here very nice, very clean.

I've have a pretty great experience. This is a drive thru only unlike most In N Outs and -1 star because the wait time is a bit longer than again the other In N Outs I've tried but their burgers taste the same like others. If you've never tried In N Out it's very good especially their burgers. And they give you a lot of fries for an especially low price and they almost NEVER mess up or forget any orders unlike McDonald's or the other fast food chains

In n out is always good but this small in n out stand cannot handle the flow of so many cars. It takes so long for one order. My family likes the buns because it's more crispy. I think it's more crispy because they accidentally leave it on the grill for longer because the kitchen is so small. They really need to be more efficient or try to somehow stop this influx during peak hours. Still delicious though.

The food here is very addictive. We love going to in and out and have had little to no problems. There's usually a line going into the road for good reason. That said, the wait is usually less than 10 to 15 minutes. The employees are focused and constantly moving to fulfill orders. I would give them a 5 star rating if it weren't for how small this location is.

This one been here forever . Yea there another newer location in walnut/city of Industry that's been open a decade or 2. This one the traffic still a thing but typically they get it right . Once I accidentally left my debit here and they kept it for me then we got back and they gave it plus gave me gift card which was unexpected and really kind . I was so thankful I didn't notice till I was trying to buy groceries at Walmart and the last I'd seen it was in n out. I also like in n out has x-large drink cups now. I’ve been here twice. Food of course is awesome. Drive thru service needs some work. It moves but for the location it’s in, it’s too slow. Especially for days they are busy. Only location so far I’ve gone to that lacks. It’s close to the corner of a busy intersection which doesn’t help with getting in and out safely.

It’s decent food and it’s very cheap, IF you can actually get close enough to place an order. It’s so insanely busy that you have to go at an obscure time to avoid long lines. Frankly The Habit and Five Guys have much better food if you don’t mind their horrible prices and long wait times. I would recommend In-N-Out any time you pass by and there happens to not be a huge line of cars blocking traffic. If you get lucky like that, it’s totally worth it. Otherwise you’re better off going somewhere else and getting your food much faster.

Very slow double line. Took 10+ minutes to get food after ordering. Staff asked if we wanted ketchup or spread, after answering yes for both, handed all sauces to us instead of putting it in a bag of any kind like they normally would. Overall just not a good experience at this location.

I have been eating at in & out since I was a young child. It’s quite a nostalgic place for my family and I. It has always been one of the only fast food places that I know will have great customer service as well as quality food. I’m giving a 2 star review only because I was shocked by my experience yesterday evening at the diamond bar location. My family and I walked up to the window to order take out. The ordering process was great, kind young kid took our order, however, what surprised me and compelled me to leave a 2 STAR review was Because When our order was ready, one of the female employees put the bag of fries on the counter to complete the order, the bag tipped over on the front counter and the fries spilled out of the bag onto the counter, she then grabbed the fries with her hand off the counter and threw them back in the bag. I thought for sure she was going to toss the bag in the trash and get me a new order but NOPE, the male kid just handed me over the bag. I was so shocked, I was actually speechless. I think what through me off the most was that I did NOT expect this from IN&OUT. The company holds their employees to a higher standard than all other fast food places. I’m only writing this review In hopes that leadership can make sure to continue to hold this franchise to a higher standard and not let this type of service continue. In and out is the only fast food place left that is constant in their customer service and food quality.

I had got in n out with my family last night and I just got a cheeseburger with animal style fries. I had got food poisoning. The burger I had looked a little on the grey side but I didn’t notice until I was already pretty much finished with it. After I ate it 30 minutes later I ran to the bathroom and had diarrhea. Then fell asleep and woke up 2 hours later to run to the bathroom again to have more diarrhea then I was vomiting as well. Horrible experience when my family usually always goes there. I’m hoping that this food poisoning won’t last too long.

We love in-n-out, but this is by far the worst location in the area. The employees always seem bothered with your presence and always interrupt while ordering. This more often than not results in receiving an incorrect order. We always have to double-check our food before we leave because they've gone as far as forgetting to put some of our order in the bag. We avoid this location at all costs even though we live within 7 minutes of it.

I was surprised by my experience today. I understand that mistakes can happen, but my order was misunderstood and the receipt was split into two, which was already confusing. More concerning was that a donation was added to my bill without my consent or any prior explanation, apparently to make the change even. The issue is not the amount, but the principle. Adding a donation without explicit customer authorization raises serious consumer-rights concerns and is not an acceptable business practice. Donations must always be clearly disclosed and strictly optional. Additionally, I specifically requested no salt on my French fries, yet I was served fries that were not fresh and were salted regardless. I also found it uncomfortable that staff members were carrying beverage containers through the ordering counter area, interrupting customers mid-order and forcing them to step aside. This reflects poor operational flow and customer consideration. Overall, this experience felt disorganized and lacked transparency. I hope management reviews these practices to ensure clearer communication and respect for customer consent.

Last night around 5:30 PM, I declined the donation at the drive-thru line, yet I was still charged for it. I only noticed after reviewing my receipt once I left. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed
