Every time I order the pizza comes super fast and is nice and hot. My order is always right as well. They close at 1am and I placed an online order at 12:52, I was expecting a phone call that they couldn’t fulfill my order because of the time, but ten minutes later my pizza was at the door hot and fresh! Drivers are very nice and friendly as well. I always order from them. Thank you Dominos!!!
Domino's has served my dinners with family and friends for 20 years. Their food is always freshly made and seasoned just right. The crew is fast and friendly. They always make coming in for pickup fun! Maybe they are just this good or I am just predictable...but I can walk in and they know what to make for me. They even remind me when I have forgotten my son's dessert of molten chocolate cake. Thanks Domino's
Great service! There was pretty much no wait to pickup my order. I was worried at first when I walked in thinking there's going to be at least a 5 to 7 min wait because the staff at the counter was on the phone taking an order. But a very smart-looking energetic lady from the back saw me and quickly walked to the front and helped me with my order.
This store is really turning things around. A few weeks ago they got my order wrong (wrong sauce, very late delivery), and the manager called me to apologize and offer me store credit. All of my orders since have been hot, perfect, and on time. Would recommend.
I’ve been here many times and it is usually great. They make the food quickly and accurately. However I have only ever carried out from this location, never ordered delivery so can’t speak to that part of their service.
Simon is the most spectacular driver. Always makes our evening when he shows up pizza in hand and a smile on his face. We (my roommate and I) would like to send our most sincere apologies for our consistently late orders. Only too late in the evening do we finally realize that our bellies are aching for the delicious satisfaction and delight that only a Simon-hand-delivered pizza can offer our pour souls. Food always gets to my house scorching hot! And I love hot hot pie...it’s always made to order. Delivery peeps are always super nice! And pizza is always made perfect really. Light butter crispy edge with soft dough like center but not smushy. Well done guys!

So Thankful for Lorenzo and Angel and everyone at Dominoes in DB. Hardwork and sacrifice is never not noticed at this trouble era forward. Love the cleanliness. Pizza are very well prepared and made everytime.

I placed my order on line.i went to go pick it up and they had no record of it. So now I'm waiting another twenty minutes. So if you order on line make sure you get a confirmation number before you go pick it up. As far as the pizza goes it's always delicious. I'm just annoyed maybe it was my fault anyhow. Plus it was a cool promo buy one get one free.

Ordered bread twist and another customer came in after me & ordered 2 pizzas & bread sticks he got his order first. I was sitting in my car waiting, in front of the Domino's, walked in to asked if my order was ready I was told I had to leave out because there was someone else inside! I get it, but all I ordered was bread twist so I should have received my order first! The lady was very nasty when telling me I had to go out side they will bring it to the door! I'm a professional, a school principal, I don't treat my students the way they treated me! They need to take some etiquette classes! I will NEVER ORDER FROM THAT DOMINO'S PIZZA AGAIN!
Liked the fact we got a good deal on our pizza for our company luncheon. Hate the fact they showed up 40mins late after I specifically asked for a 12:15 delivery time. They were very quick to take our company payment in the morning though. -_-
Workers are usually friendly but the food quality is just subpar, pizza was cold on pick up and i live very very close, ordered boneless chicken and received what i would call a small sad looking amount of popcorn chicken.
I order from this place all the time. And every time they don’t give me the right amount of cheese. I order extra cheese every time. And every time they give me light or regular cheese. It’s really annoying. It doesn’t make any sense. How can you screw this up so consistently? I order it, they charge me extra for it, why can’t they just give me it?! SMH. Also, sometimes they have huge air bubbles in the dough.
Rude and down right hostile delivery driver. Some older dude in a silver Honda all busted up and such. Gotten him a couple times and everytime has a nasty attitude and always likes to start arguments up to the point of near physical altercations. I don't know what kind of screenings they do to hire their employees, but they need to do better.
Horrible service. Waited over after and a half. They're 5 mins away from my house. Called to check the status and the guy that answered said sorry he just got to work and there's nothing he can do. Wouldn't even call the driver to check on it. When the driver did get here tried to say he didn't have enough change and waited as if he deserved a bigger tip, then finally went to his car an pulled out enough change. Pizza was cold. The service really sucks. Really bad service. I ordered 6 pizzas 3 hours ahead of pickup time to make it easier for them and they still forgot and had me wait 40mins inside the store. Please replace the manager and have the personnel trained again.
Harmonie is a cheat. The curbside was not on time. She time stamped before the order came out. When I confronted her about it she ignored me and went inside. Since I'm a peaceful guy, I didn't go inside and cause a scene. Not only should I get a free pizza, this one should be free also. Maybe Harmonie should get a job doing something a little more simple.
Horrible customer service. The staff called me after i placed my online order and told me that they were really busy and that it was going to take an hour for delivery which I said was fine. Once an hour went by i called the store to check on the status and the manager was very rude saying that they had around 20 deliveries and were really busy and there was nothing she could do. If i would have known that the pizza was going to take over an hour i would have ordered from somewhere else. In total it took about 2 hours to get my pizza and the customer service from the employees was horrendous and they offered no compensation or apology for the inconvenience.
I wouldn't five 1 star if there were zero!!!! Took 1 hour and 14 min. with my order to deliver. It was sitting in the store dor 30 min. after it was cooked! Promised to remake it and deliver itwhen I called to check, NEVER DID! Old, dried, smushed pasta in breadbowl came. Dried and cold pizza came! WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN
Pizza quality seems to be getting worse by the week. I keep going back because about one-in-three pizzas are excellent with the other two being okay to good. But the one I got yesterday was just awful. I am done with Domino's.
Know this! I like Domino's Pizza I always have, with that being said last night I ordered from Domino's and that shit sucked!!! Lil Cesars was better. That is all I have to say
After ordering my food I was told it'd be delivered between 30 and 45 minutes. An hour has passed and still no food. Called and all they said was it's on its way. No apology or explanation. Looks like I'll be finding a new pizza place from now on. My advice: stick to pizza hit or papa johns
I intened to leave a 5 star rating but, I am in disbelief of how they could mess up my order not once but twice.How is that possible I understand now why this location has 3 star rating. I can never bring myself to oder from this location again. I still love Domino's, but will never utilize this location again. It could just be the time and day but I would say this is the worst customer service I have received from any food place thus far! Messed up my pizza. So rude. No apology of any kind. Had to wait for a fresh one. My other pizza got cold. Don't eat here. I'd give zero stars if I could.
I had done an order online to be delivered. It took a while to arrive and when it did there were four boxes (two pizza boxes and two smaller boxes) which confused me because I only ordered two large pizzas. I open the boxes and realized I received the wrong order. I call dominos and tell them this and they said it is going to be about 20-25 mins for my right order to arrive and to give the order that was incorrect to the delivery person. I did not want to wait any longer for two pizzas so I decided to go and return the incorrect order and pick up my original order myself. When I received my correct order I asked if I could be refunded for the delivery fee and they told me the best they could do without the manager there is to give store credit which would mean something...if I wanted to come back to this dominos after this experience.
I placed an on line order for delivery. The pizza was scheduled to arrive in 15-25 minutes later. The tracker showed the driver was "pulling up" at about the 25 minute mark. I waited and waited and then all of a sudden it changed to "delivered". Unfortunately, it wasn't delivered to me! I called the store and they said the driver left it "out front". Nope, no pizza on my doorstep. Then they couldn't get a hold of the driver. All that to say I am done! I have been a long term customer but no more! Why is the driver not able to call the customer if they can't find the location? And if they call the store then why doesn't the store call the customer? There is no excuse! Horrible customer service.
This Dominos is definitely the worst one ever , they are so cheap with the tomato sauce and cheese. I've ordered several times and they always disappoint me , so they always end up giving me a credit. I think I've gotten about 20 free pizza's here , JUST GET IT RIGHT THE 1ST TIME AND YOU WON'T BE LOSING MONEY.
last time I ordered my pizza 🍕 extra cheese 🧀 like always they pearly put cheese If i ordered like normal is will be have more cheese. this time I went to the store ordered my pizza extra cheese I saw her making my pizza I asked her with very nice way to add more cheese because they didn't make it this good she told me you need to pay more 🙃 I already paid for extra cheese so do your jop right .I speak with the Manger Janina spoke to me in a bad way and she did nothing they want me to pay more and is not about money I pay for my extra cheese and I leaved tip more than price even for the extra cheese so so bad

I called the number again and Brandon (if I remember correctly) who was in the store looked at his screen and said "Oh, now I received your call". He still couldn't find the order and said I could order if I still wanted. He quoted a different and almost double the price of my original order and refused to adjust the price. I left without ordering. About 2 weeks later I place an online order for 2 med pizzas, jalapeños/pineapple on one, and mushrooms/onions on the other. When my husband brought it home , there was only pineapple on one and hardly any mushrooms/onions on the other. I have included pics for reference. I filed a complaint both times online, but I don't really think they care about customers. They respond with a reference number and that's it. This is a horrible store with really bad customer service and food.

When I told them this, she didn’t apologize but ignored me. This has happened once before too. Also, I ordered a 12-topping pizza, but the pizza had only 4 toppings on it.
I placed my order through the app for the loaded tots. When I arrived my order was ready. When I got home and opened the boxes, the tots were burned and tasted burned. We tried to remove the edges but it didn't help. It was gross. What business burns the food and packages it for pick up? Not a good business practice. A waste of money and time. Will not order again.

After waiting for about 10 minutes, I saw my order not processing but they are processing my order. I went up to them and asked if they are processing my order. They say they are under staff and very busy. After waiting for half an hour, they told me my order has been cancelled and they will have to remake my order. They keep coming up with excuses of something has happened and they couldn’t make my pizza. It’s been 1 hour and I am still waiting for my order. I understand that it can be busy, but this is an extremely horrible experience. I only order one pizza and that should never take longer than one hour… they make me wait all this time and they still giving me attitude of how busy they are… They even made my order wrong this is beyond pathetic

Mushrooms were placed haphazardly on less than half of pizza. When I brought these things up to the staff they were argumentative and not helpful.
Pick up a ready pizza. Wait for ten minutes! Nobody greeting us. Every person here got attitude. Very rude. And the pizza was undercooked soft like a pancake. 15 years customer never come back.

I ordered a pizza online at 5:30 PM, with a pickup time of 22-33 minutes. I arrived at 6:00 PM, and the staff told me it would be ready in five minutes. However, I didn’t get my order until 7:00 PM. Every time I asked, they kept saying “just a few more minutes.” To make matters worse, when I tried to check if my pizza was even in the oven, someone claiming to be the manager refused to come out and instead rudely asked if I wanted a refund. When I raised my voice slightly so she could hear me, she accused me of “yelling” instead of actually addressing the issue. Terrible service, complete disregard for customers, and no accountability. Would not recommend.
Kristen has horrible customer service!! She needs to be retrained or get a different job! Yelling at your customers is crazy! Remember you have a job because of your customers. Pizza arrived late and cold. I will be contacting management and corporate to file a complaint.
We placed an order early morning for 11am pick up and when we went in they didn’t even have our order. The 2 employees didn’t even acknowledge us when we walked in. After waiting some time I asked what the status was and the reply was “ we are very busy and it’s gonna be a while” I tried to explain we places the order early morning for 11am pickup because it’s for a school event but they said “yeah it’s only 2 of us and we are very busy” terrible service. Will never order from here. We’ll order from Brea which is so much faster and great service.
Ordered a pizza online and waited an hour for the pizza tracker to show as delivered after waiting 30 minutes from it leaving the store. They called the wrong phone number on the account (there are 2) and they didn't bother knocking or calling the second number, so they wrote it off as "wrong address". This was after tipping before delivery, and they would've just redelivered the pizzas (cold) because they didn't want to contact the driver, and they were just going to wait for them to return to the store. The (female) manager that handled this was extremely rude and had an attitude the entire conversation. I would never order anything from this location and I would rather drive to other locations than deal with incompetence and people who don't even have basic common sense to even just knock on the door.
Nothing. Bad experience... service seemed ok at first.. but they failed as a restaurant.. depending on AI online n phone orders just to screw it all up. Im highly disappointed. I rarely am. No offer to fix anything.. I got stuck with a burnt crust.. dried up. N overly cooked meats. I was so disgusted with the no-can-do attitude halfway into the actual purchase.. that i preferred to take a leave with whatever was in the box. They could have fixed the pizza.. the price & ... the size of the pizza is ordered over the AI service. They sold me a small when I clearly ordered a medium. N the special offer was not honored with the AI mix up. All that could have been humanly fixed... I'd be writing a better review rather. I highly suggest to that crew.. Get it together. Bad service, bad pizza.. Bad price.. n AI is not to blame.
No go place for me now !! Today I ordered a speciality pizza with two extra toppings on top of my 60 redemptions point . And they screwed my order when my kids opened the pizza box it was a regular cheese pizza with just two toppings that I ordered for extra . I called and the guy checked my order and said oh yes we were supposed to make speciality veggie pizza . I said to him I want to return the pizza and he said he can give me store credit . I asked him is it going to be for speciality pizza ? He said no he cannot give me credit for my redemptions point and can only give my store credit of $7 that I paid for extra toppings in addition to my points . So I asked him than how can I get back my redemptions points he said I have to talk to someone through dominos app . He was constantly giving me same answer and I was surprised to hear that he is the manager .at the end I asked him if I can come to return the pizza and can he make my order the way I ordered in the beginning . He said ok I can make it in 35 to 45 min . I went to pick up and he said that I was complaining to me that” I was yelling on phone as if he is a baby “. I still can’t believe he is A Manager !! No responsibility taken by manager of what he put me through with my kids !!! He handed mother pizza as if he is giving me a big favour or charity .
