EMT here. Came up to their drive through window after hours, the gentleman working the window said they were closed but later came out and gave me a free burger. He stated he saw the ambulance and realized that I was working and wanted to show appreciation. Super nice of him to go out of his way like that, I wish I got his name.

Don’t know who was manning the drive through 11/26 at 9 pm. But their positive and friendly attitude was very appreciated. Was having a shitty day and night and dropped by for a milkshake to make myself feel better and their attitude helped lift me up a little.

Not lighting fast service for a late evening at the counter -- but oh my the burgers were HOT and very fresh. Welcomed the wait for a couple of well prepared burgers. Very good experience. Coupon made even better. Been awhile since I've been to Jack - very satisfied.

I've been coming to this location for years and have never had a problem. I always go inside instead of the drive thru and they take my order quickly. they have been known to take a little time but everything is always served hot and correct. it's also the only direct fast food within a 2/3 block radius

Still very reasonably priced Services decent of all the fast food joints I would recommend Jack in the box.

Food was what you would expect from Jack. The service from the drive-thru attendant, Jesus, as well as the lady who came out to give me my order was excellent.

I hate sticky floors... And like everywhere was sticky. Why?!? Other than that, it's fine. Egg roll is good and tacos aren't bad. But as I have gotten older, the fried stuff doesn't always agree with my stomach 😵 That's all I got.

Stopped by here Friday. The restaurant was clean. Don't come to this Jack in the box unless you like paying more than any other Jack in the box. This one for whatever reason is more expensive than even the one down the street. Better service? No. Same food? Yes. Open 24 hours like 99% of Jack in the box? No. They didn't even accept cards when I went. Cash only. It's like this Jack in the box thinks they're in an airport or something and can charge the same obscene prices they do and operate on a different set of policies than everywhere else. Seriously just drive down the street two minutes to go to a real Jack.

usually no issues but today just disgusted me so much.i ordered jumbo jack with cheese and 2 tacos . initially I was going to let it go but I just couldn't! first of all how do you run out of American cheese or cheese slices to the extent you put shredded cheese instead . it looked like worms on top just nasty and messy and the presentation was a hot mess. it also didn't taste the greatest and I definitely complained to Postmates and got refunded . if you're out of cheese slices put swiss or another one or tell the driver don't just go rogue and shredded cheese is good too but it doesn't fit with this type of burger imo. Also cheese slices are on the majority of your items so I bet the worker was just too lazy too go get it out the fridge or whatever. I wouldn't have minded had the whole thing not looked like a 2 year old put it together . proceed with caution when eating here!

Ordered through Uber Eats and received the wrong burger. It supposed to be a smash burger but it was just a burger w/ regular bun.

I am never one to write a review but it's just so upsetting that almost every time we order for delivery they always forget to pack something.

The fries are okay but the burgers are pretty good. The service is always annoyed and they mess up your order all the time. There is a young Asian boy who has a bad attitude. I rarely give out one star reviews but this place goes over the edge. Edit: they reviewed me but they copied and pasted that same customer review thing to a lot of the one stars.

I would have to say drive thru service is terrible. Husband and ordered sour dough jack, large root beer, (was entered as large coke, that was corrected at the window0) The problem is I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. I thought something was amiss by the price of $2.99, then it was corrected to $4.99. Got home to find two breaded fried chicken on a bun. Not what I ordered. Called JACK IN THE BOX to say did not get what I ordered and I am not eating this.

I was with my Lyft driver so we made a pit stop to grab some food, I was patient but two patient my driver noticed how long it was taking, I felt bad cuz it literally took approximately 25 to 30 minutes to have our food served to us. I did not appreciate the behavior of the employees who actually stood at the register with a customer and their phones out at the register, I wanted was to get some food but I did see the cars going through and receiving their food it wasn't quite sure why the food was delayed for walking in for service. So it was a very bad experience therefore the food didn't even satisfy or help the system left me hungry

Went there at 530pm and was the only car in the drive through and ordered a kids bag. Waited over 15 minutes for them to bring it to my car after being asked to pull forward. Then went back the next day at 11pm and was the only car there again. I still waited for 10 minutes just to order and was told they did not have tacos. Super slow service in the drive through in the handful of times I have been there.

I have managed fast food and retail.. took me 20 min to order a combo and then another 10 min to get it. Only 4 cars in line.. this is horrible.. You companies wanna charge more but still give inexcusable service. Never go to that Jack in the box again.. Work on your speed of service. ZERO STARS 😠

No one at front counter, had to drive through. I ordered #4 should be $7.59 I was charged $10.59.?. I went inside to get a $3.00 PLUS!! tax refund and the correct meal (wrong food) . No one new how to do a refund, called 2 shift managers. She finally agreed to give me a refund of (get this?) $1.40 because she said there's tax on it? That's over 50% tax pluss I already paid tax of 9.5% and that would be over 60% total tax. That I paid and should have been refunded the tax not charged more tax W.T.F.??? Pluss when I did finally get the correct food it looked like they stepped on the burger? And there was something wet on the frys!! I through the whole thing out... don't go to this location!!! They should close it. And by the way when I asked why where they charging me tax again all of a sudden none of them spoke English..

The dining room says they’re open til 10, showed up around 6pm and was rudely told they were closed inside and to go through the drive through. Luckily In n out was down the street and got better customer service and food.

Worst experience ever! My family & I, wanted to get something different for dinner. We never go to Jack in the Box, but the location we went to they were rude. The food at Jack, has changed since I last been to a Jack in the Box. The burgers gotten smaller, the food didn't taste the way it used to, and overall bad experience. I don't think I'll ever go back to a Jack in the Box, and if I do it'll most certainly won't be the one in Diamond Bar, off Diamond Bar Blvd & Grand Ave.

Arrived at 12:30am on a Friday night and at the drive through a woman’s voice said they were closed (when the posted hours show they are open until 1:00pm). When we were told they were closed my husband calmly replied “it’s ok we’ll let them know.” To which the woman said “well what was it that you wanted?” So suddenly they weren’t so closed, but at that point we were not about to order anything.

I've been here a couple of times working in the area, doesn't seem very clean. When I walk in the dining room my shoes were sticking to the floor the two times I've been here. I don't think they clean. food was okay for Jack in the Box. there was a couple of homeless with big trash bags of their stuff enjoying some free soda. would not recommend this place.

This is the 5th time they've screwed up my order. The drive thru screen is broken. The person working the drive thru missed one of the meals this visit even though we said we wanted 2 of a combo 5 times. The debit card machine was not working and didn't bother to inform us until 20 minutes later. All of our food was cold by the time we got home (less than 5 minutes away).

I was here on a weekend due to a local event so I decided to make a quick stop and get something to eat before heading out to our event. I was so embarrassed. The “team lead” who's name tag said “Ramona” was SUPER RUDE. I completely agree with all the negative comments I've read on here. I attend many Food & Beverage events. And I was truly embarrassed by her attitude, especially in front of a few Restaurant Critics. Someone in headquarters needs to be notified as I was reading complaints beings about her as far as last year and her work ethic is worse. So unprofessional.

Ordered a jumbo jack with cheese and instead I get a jumbo jack with a mountain of lettuce and tomato with no cheese! That tiny puck of beef with all the veggies looked terrible. Literally threw it in the trash with all my sides. Way to ruin an appetite. Will not go back. Keep my 10 bucks could care less about the money.

The drive thru lane was extremely slow. There wasn’t much cars in line just the employees were slow. It took me more than 10 minutes to place my order when there was only 2 cars in front of me.

I was 1 of 2 cars in line. Ordered an extreme sausage and a biscuit sausage. Paid waited 30 minutes after paying for food effectively my whole lunch break for a munchies box just filled with regular fries. And a taco. I want my 12 bucks back.. what a dumpster fire 🔥

Food looked like it was prepared in a rush - all sloppy. It’s took us literally 27 mins to get thru the drive thru for me and my family. Save your self some time and head out to McDonalds or Habit which is on the other side of Diamond Bar.

No restroom. No one at the front. Ordered via the kiosk. Waited half an hour. Still no food. I'm leaving and never coming back here ever again.

Usually I get great service and great food, but not today I asked to add extra cheese to my sourdough scrambler sandwich and extra bacon well done and even though I paid for extras I got no extra cheese and the bacon was not well done and almost completely pure fat and had to throw away sandwich after 2 bites! I did not go back in restaurant to get a new and correct sandwich but was running late and there was a couple of aggressive homeless beggers at the door! Terrible experience today 😢

This place sucks you can go in there and wait 10 minutes. You can go in there and break a machine. You can go in there and do anything. The staff don’t care because I don’t know what they’re doing. It looks like there’s nobody working there.
