Not to happy with inside dining. Take out is much better...it's crazy tho bc only when the employees feel like it they'll make the shakes but for the most part they ALWAYS say "SORRY OUR MACHINE IS DOWN RIGHT NOW" FOR a fast food place open all night the shake machine is alwwaaayyyys down.... 😡

Restaurant was very clean with an open feel to it. Floor layout was different than other locations, but it was well suited. Cashier and staff were very helpful and my food came out right the first time (a big thumbs up for that). This location also had a Freestyle drink dispenser, A++! Clean bathrooms to boot.

I honestly believe the staff put in great efforts for their customers here for the night shift. The food was decent, but my fries however seemed not warm but that's ok everything else was great.

The cashier was so nice it was late and i couldn't find my card so i pulled forward to look 4 my card. He said ill be right here just come around drive through again. So i did he opens the window says you found it. Where was it? I laughed He what's so funny I said it was in my bra He looks at me With this wired look & I say i whipped it off. Don’t know who was manning the drive through 11/26 at 9 pm. But their positive and friendly attitude was very appreciated. Was having a shitty day and night and dropped by for a milkshake to make myself feel better and their attitude helped lift me up a little.

EMT here. Came up to their drive through window after hours, the gentleman working the window said they were closed but later came out and gave me a free burger. He stated he saw the ambulance and realized that I was working and wanted to show appreciation. Super nice of him to go out of his way like that, I wish I got his name.

I've been coming to this location for years and have never had a problem. I always go inside instead of the drive thru and they take my order quickly. they have been known to take a little time but everything is always served hot and correct. it's also the only direct fast food within a 2/3 block radius

Order only two identical buttery jack burgers and still got one of my burgers wrong.... The three stars is for the taste of the buttery jack.

It's a fast food joint. But the people are nice and the food is delicious, later you wish you ate something more healthy.

Tacos are greasy and if you let them sit for a while are not worth eating. The ultimate cheeseburger and the buttery jacks are yummy but a little expensive.

Don't do walk-in ordering. No one mans the cash register at the front. They are busy helping drive-thru customers and can't see the cash register. Twice I had to yell for help. They should put a bell at the register.

I hate sticky floors... And like everywhere was sticky. Why?!? Other than that, it's fine. Egg roll is good and tacos aren't bad. But as I have gotten older, the fried stuff doesn't always agree with my stomach 😵 That's all I got.

I eat frequently at jack in the box, however, today my tacos were the worst. That's what happens when you try to cook fast the quality suffers.

Munchie craving, checking for what's open, and can't dine in. This place either needs to hire more people or better quality hires. Two munchies meals for home and a burger. Didn't get it in the meal box, and got less fries than I've ever seen for a Munchie Meal. Getting food had a wait; drive-thru person had me move forward to get my order brought to me. guessing this was to stop the timer on people in the drive thru. If you need or have to visit Jack in the future, I'd recommend going to another one even if it's farther away. Won't be visiting this one in the near future

Don't come to this Jack in the box unless you like paying more than any other Jack in the box. This one for whatever reason is more expensive than even the one down the street. Better service? No. Same food? Yes. Open 24 hours like 99% of Jack in the box? No. They didn't even accept cards when I went. Cash only. It's like this Jack in the box thinks they're in an airport or something and can charge the same obscene prices they do and operate on a different set of policies than everywhere else. Seriously just drive down the street two minutes to go to a real Jack.

I wouldn't have minded had the whole thing not looked like a 2 year old put it together . proceed with caution when eating here!

Asked for a plain jumbo jack no bun. Got a lettuce wrapped with everything on it. And over 20 minutes in drive thru with only two cars ahead of me.

Avoid this Jack at all costs. Just go to the one nearby on Golden Springs. This one always messes up your order. The staff hides in the back if you go inside. Their shake machine is always "down". They've been "out of" apple slices for kids meals for 2 years! Recently they were closed with no reason or explanation. Just shut down at night for some reason. The manager is a nitwit.

My brother and I came at 8pm to order inside but the doors were locked and the door/online says 10pm for inside so we went to go eat at the subway next door instead.

I lived in Diamond Bar for at least 15 years and this Jack in the Box used to have good food but over time I noticed the food began to not taste as well as it used to. Today was definitely the worst Jack in the Box food I ever tasted which caused me to write my first negative review. I ordered value fries and a Jr bacon cheese burger. The value fries were cold and tasted like they were reheated from the prior day and the buns were dry like they had been out in the open for a while. After, eating my meal I felt ripped off. But remember every cook is different. However, I suggest you eat at another Jack in the Box.

came here a little bit ago their was one care ahead and we payed on the app they told us to pull up ahead and we can get our food their and we waited i believe 15 or maybe even 20+ minutes to get our food we ordered 6 tacos and not only did we have to wake 15+ mins with only one car ahead the food i got was cold this is unexpectable

The fries are okay but the burgers are pretty good. The service is always annoyed and they mess up your order all the time. There is a young Asian boy who has a bad attitude. I rarely give out one star reviews but this place goes over the edge. Edit: they reviewed me but they copied and pasted that same customer review thing to a lot of the one stars.

I would have to say drive thru service is terrible. Husband and ordered sour dough jack, large root beer, (was entered as large coke, that was corrected at the window0) The problem is I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. I thought something was amiss by the price of $2.99, then it was corrected to $4.99. Got home to find two breaded fried chicken on a bun. Not what I ordered. Called JACK IN THE BOX to say did not get what I ordered and I am not eating this.

I was with my Lyft driver so we made a pit stop to grab some food, I was patient but two patient my driver noticed how long it was taking, I felt bad cuz it literally took approximately 25 to 30 minutes to have our food served to us. I did not appreciate the behavior of the employees who actually stood at the register with a customer and their phones out at the register, I wanted was to get some food but I did see the cars going through and receiving their food it wasn't quite sure why the food was delayed for walking in for service. So it was a very bad experience therefore the food didn't even satisfy or help the system left me hungry

Went there at 530pm and was the only car in the drive through and ordered a kids bag. Waited over 15 minutes for them to bring it to my car after being asked to pull forward. Then went back the next day at 11pm and was the only car there again. I still waited for 10 minutes just to order and was told they did not have tacos. Super slow service in the drive through in the handful of times I have been there.

No one at front counter, had to drive through. I ordered #4 should be $7.59 I was charged $10.59.?. I went inside to get a $3.00 PLUS!! tax refund and the correct meal (wrong food) . No one new how to do a refund, called 2 shift managers. She finally agreed to give me a refund of (get this?) $1.40 because she said there's tax on it? That's over 50% tax pluss I already paid tax of 9.5% and that would be over 60% total tax. That I paid and should have been refunded the tax not charged more tax W.T.F.??? Pluss when I did finally get the correct food it looked like they stepped on the burger? And there was something wet on the frys!! I through the whole thing out... don't go to this location!!! They should close it. And by the way when I asked why where they charging me tax again all of a sudden none of them spoke English..

The food at Jack, has changed since I last been to a Jack in the Box. The burgers gotten smaller, the food didn't taste the way it used to, and overall bad experience. I don't think I'll ever go back to a Jack in the Box, and if I do it'll most certainly won't be the one in Diamond Bar, off Diamond Bar Blvd & Grand Ave.

Arrived at 12:30am on a Friday night and at the drive through a woman’s voice said they were closed (when the posted hours show they are open until 1:00pm). When we were told they were closed my husband calmly replied “it’s ok we’ll let them know.” To which the woman said “well what was it that you wanted?” So suddenly they weren’t so closed, but at that point we were not about to order anything.

I've been here a couple of times working in the area, doesn't seem very clean. When I walk in the dining room my shoes were sticking to the floor the two times I've been here. I don't think they clean. food was okay for Jack in the Box. there was a couple of homeless with big trash bags of their stuff enjoying some free soda. would not recommend this place.

This is the 5th time they've screwed up my order. The drive thru screen is broken. The person working the drive thru missed one of the meals this visit even though we said we wanted 2 of a combo 5 times. The debit card machine was not working and didn't bother to inform us until 20 minutes later. All of our food was cold by the time we got home (less than 5 minutes away).

I was here on a weekend due to a local event so I decided to make a quick stop and get something to eat before heading out to our event. I was so embarrassed. The “team lead” who's name tag said “Ramona” was SUPER RUDE. I completely agree with all the negative comments I've read on here. I attend many Food & Beverage events. And I was truly embarrassed by her attitude, especially in front of a few Restaurant Critics. Food looked like it was prepared in a rush - all sloppy. It’s took us literally 27 mins to get thru the drive thru for me and my family. Save your self some time and head out to McDonalds or Habit which is on the other side of Diamond Bar.

Usually I get great service and great food, but not today I asked to add extra cheese to my sourdough scrambler sandwich and extra bacon well done and even though I paid for extras I got no extra cheese and the bacon was not well done and almost completely pure fat and had to throw away sandwich after 2 bites! I did not go back in restaurant to get a new and correct sandwich but was running late and there was a couple of aggressive homeless beggers at the door! Terrible experience today 😢
