My go-to subway. The staff are always nice when I come in. Unfortunately they don't accept coupons when I went in Jan 2022, and I'm not sure if they will continue to do this.
Highly recommend this Subway location. The lady in the morning makes good sandwiches. Bread is soft and vegetables are fresh . Quality and consistency.

Food was good but workers are inexperienced and stingy. Cucumbers sitting there with frost on it. Other than that tastes like any other subway. Not too bad

The people here are nice, and I enjoy going. But today omg, a piece of cucumber fell on the floor, the guy goes down to pick it up and throw it into the trash. Then continues to make my sandwich after touching the floor 😱 without changing gloves. I think that should be a big Nono. I didn’t wanna say anything, but now not sure I want to eat my sandwich. 10 second rule?
Good flow, but the cashier girl I believe was new and trying to get orders rung and the owner kept stressing her out in front of customers . I felt bad for her becuase she was trying her best. Treat your employees better and if you need to repremend an employee dont do it in front of customers its a little u professional and demeaning to the employee.

These were all online orders and we had no way of knowing they were wrong until we got home with them. Ordered 2 of the promotional Tuna BLT sandwich. Used the 2 sandwiches for 11.99 coupon. Ended up being charged 1.50 extra per sandwich for bacon add on. We didnt order Tuna with bacon add on. We bought the sandwich promoted as Tuna BLT. Wasted $3 thinking I was only spending 11.99 plus tax. Scam promotion by the business. Tuna BLT isnt a Tuna sandwich with add ons. It's an individual sandwich with no add ins. Bait and switch. Leaving review on Facebook, Yelp, and google.
This young lady working at this subway, had a rude attitude towards us. Today, when we went to get subway, we ordered online. We saw the person in front of us was done with her order, and we saw her making the next order on a receipt, I asked her politely if that order was ours twice, but she ignored us. On the third time I asked, she said, in a rudely manner, “I don’t know? You can have a seat.” I asked her if the order had tuna in it, and she said yes. I asked her if she could toast it, but she said, “No you have to order that on the app, and it would be extra money.” She could’ve told me in a polite tone, because maybe I didn’t see it. After, I thought that either way, whether it was extra money or not, she could’ve toasted it and I would pay extra money for it like she listed. I thought they recently changed the policy, that toasting the bread would cost extra money. The last time when I went to this same subway, I put a note, if I could have the bread toasted, she didn’t even do it. Therefore, after my order, I went home. I checked on my Subway app to see if the policy changed because apparently toasting bread costs more money now. I checked it, and it was the same cost, it wasn’t even extra money. Overall, this young lady working here was rude and didn’t talk in a polite tone.
This place feel dirty and the food that got heated for is barely warm enough and the service is a mess overall experience is not great and I will not come back for more.
Two women are so rude. Not nice .. I came into the store with happy feelings. I'm asking if I want to order the sandwich with the coupon. $19 for 3 foot long and the woman said it's only for right scren menu (6inch) then I said other stores let me use this coupon with footlong menu . And another woman worker answer me with very not nice. YOU CAN JUST GO TO THE OTHERS STORE CAN GIVE YOU THAT OFFER. but finally after argue with them they let me use the coupon. . but ridiculous. The tuna sandwich they gave with very little and thin the tuna... I hope headquarter of Subway could do investigate and check the camera store what conversation of us
I walked into the establishment with a smile, ready to place my order, but I was met with scowls from the two women working there. Despite being the only customer present, I was ignored for an uncomfortably long time. Eventually, I approached the register and took out my card, hoping to finally be acknowledged. When I was asked what I wanted, I requested a breakfast sausage and egg sandwich, only to be informed that they didn't have sausage. I then inquired about their available options, and they mentioned steak and bacon. Opting for steak, I proceeded to pay, the employee handling my transaction abruptly walked away, leaving me standing there in need of my receipt. Due to recent knee injuries, I was experiencing discomfort and urgently needed to sit down. After mustering the courage to request my receipt, it was finally provided, though I felt it should have been given to me immediately after payment. The overall atmosphere felt off, with the sandwich maker repeatedly asking the cashier what I wanted on my sandwich, as if she couldn't directly communicate with me. Furthermore, I couldn't help but notice the stark difference in treatment when a white Latino customer entered. Both employees warmly greeted and engaged with them, while I felt neglected and dismissed. This experience left me questioning whether my skin color influenced the poor treatment I received. Regardless of the reason, such behavior is unacceptable. I expect better customer service and inclusivity from any establishment. If this issue isn't addressed and rectified, I will not be returning to this location.
Paid for a sandwich left with nothing. I ordered a sandwich through the app and came in to pick it up and get back to work. I stood around the pick up rack for 15 minutes and nothing showed up. I asked about my sandwich and was told someone else must have taken it. So they were going to make another. Then they made a different sandwich, nothing like my order. I was out of time and had to get back to work for a call. I left. I contacted subway later to get a refund and they said the store manager would get back to me. The store is not responding so my family and I will not be going back to any subway again. There are 2 other sandwich shops nearby who treat customers well. Subway did not. It's been over a month now and no resolution. Goodbye subway. Edit: it's been a couple more weeks and no attempt to contact me. Shows you how much they don't care. Beginning of September and still no contract after getting told the store would get in touch with me a week or so ago. No follow up from corporate either. Plenty of other sandwich shops around.

The address is 155 S Diamond Bar Blvd Unit F, Diamond Bar, CA 91765 I work and night so on my way to work about 8:45 pm I pulled into the parking lot and the store was complete dark as if they had been closed for awhile. The store hours posted and online says they open at 8:00 am and close at9:00 pm. The next on Thursday 3/16/23 I went by earlier at 8:30 pm the lights were on and I walked into the store and the team member said, "I'm sorry but we are closed" I said the door is open and your sign says you close a 9:00 pm and it's only 8:s0. She said "My manager said that we can close at 8:00 pm as she was making a sandwich. I as if you are close, you're making a sandwich. She said, "I'm making a sandwich for myself. I asked for the corporate number and she said, "You can go online!" I will never visit this location again.
