For healthier fast food its not as bad as some people make it out to be given their negativity bias. The meats could be bit juicier and better seasoned but they also got to do all the sides which are very consistent in taste.
Amber helped out my father and I today and we were both so pleased with her great customer service…she is so kind and patient…but yet is still quick and efficient. I haven’t been to this store enough to comment on it as a whole but the food was great when we went and the environment was clean and comforting. Again….amber…you are the best. I hope your management sees this and gives you the recognition you deserve.
Steak has a lot fat chewy pieces in it. And no one clean the table. We have to do it ourselves. But over all its OK. Salad are acceptable.

Made the mistake of coming in 12:00 luch hr the staff was saying well here they come 7 people at the same time and point out poeple. Then, one of the cashiers told the cook to hold on on things. Then, the manager told the staff that was in charge of the salsa and guacamole to hold on they were going to fast. Mind you, there are a lot of us that go for our lunch time. Then, the manager decides that they have to restart the system. I was on shock and asked her why I couldn't pay she just said it's out of our control. I asked her for the name of the manager on site, and she said Jennifer you can take a business card. It supost to be a Burrito Bowl with everything.
I notice they seem to serve me less portion compared to when someone else ordered the same thing. Even when I ask for me they only give me a few more pieces of meat.
After few time here,very disappointing No 🥑 somtimes Only cash today and no tortillas I ordered with the moible apps And i have no idea why they dont make it right away in the front and have to make it in the back. There is no line And it takes really slow Everything just dont make sense Bad experience ----- Bowl so good With guacamole And cheese
Mary was amazing but the manager was so disrespectful to both her and us the consumer and it barely during the start of the day (they open at 10:30 i got there at 10:35). She firstly referred to her as "that girl come here. I dont know your name" when Mary clearly has a name and then when we were asked to order the manager told me rudely to just "say what I want" although I was telling her but because she didnt want to listen she instead blamed it on me the customer..even if i didnt knew what i wanted she shouldnt have spoken to me that way. Especially as a manager. Horrible person. Needs to check herself before coming to work. Mary we ♡ you find yourself a better employer one who doesn't think because shes a manager she can speak to people like that. Hopefully next time we go the manger really understands not everyone is out to get her. Spoke to customer service about both of them. The food was a good as chiptole gets she sure was mad but she surely did cook lol.
Update May 15-24 They ask me send a email their CS it’s now 2 months no response at all Disappointing Experience I recently visited this Chipotle and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The cleanliness was extremely poor, with garbage strewn around the premises. The food preparation area was extremely dirty, which made me question the overall hygiene of the establishment. It was hair in our salad and when we mentioned employee's they laugh about it The food was mixed together in a haphazard manner, which was a complete disappointment. It was evident that no care went into the preparation. Furthermore, it was only 9 pm and most of the food options were already unavailable, which was a major letdown. In addition to the poor food quality and cleanliness, the service was also subpar. The staff seemed uninterested and unresponsive. Overall, I had a bad experience at this Chipotle and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a quality dining experience. The management should seriously consider improving their cleanliness and food quality standards, as well as their overall customer service.
Been going to this Chipotle about 30 times already always been good, but this time they left the avocado husk inside my burrito. Don’t see how this can not be ignored to place in a customer’s food. The meat I ordered was wrong as well it was beef instead of chicken, when I took that second bite I knew something was off, for both texture and flavor😅
The worst service I've ever had at any chipotle. I'm still in shock. Already contacted corporate via their website. I went in for dinner with my family this evening and ordered myself a quesadilla as always and told sorry you can't order them anymore only online. I asked why and was told it was due to a tick-tock trend. I said ok I'll order it online. While I ordered my families food I ordered myself my quesadilla and paid for it. When I showed them the order I asked if I could have it made right away as it was a 15 minute wait. I was told no. I asked why it's slow and I already paid. She said no again because the back will make it and I just have to wait. I patiently waited while my family ate their food. Once my order was ready it was just thrown on the counter without telling me it was ready. I got my food and was disappointed to get a burnt quesadilla. The over all lack of customer service, the attitude and now bad food was truly upsetting. I do except a call or email about this.
Absolutely disgusted after going here. First of all they were out of almost everything, which I understand however their attitudes were incredibly rude. When I asked for corn there was practically none that the employee dumped the entire bucket of corn causing all the juice and liquid to go into my bowl. Rude service, horrible quality.
This is by far the worst chipotle I have ever been too. My family and I have tried multiple times hoping that it was a bad day and every time we have been disappointed. Customer service is barely there. The kids at the line don’t look you in the eye and don’t move as quick as most other locations do. The food is always subpar. Luke warm food at best. Overly fatty meat, brown lettuce. The chips we got were extremely stale. Definitely from at least a day or more prior. It doesn’t matter if it’s right when it opens or mid-day. Their standards are seriously lacking and management is doing a poor job of quality control. We frequent many other chipotle locations and only have poor experiences here.
I love Chipotle, but do not come to this location. The service is terrible. Most of the time, they are short on many ingredients and never try to refill. Today, I ordered a chicken burrito and got charged for the steak burrito. The manager just stood next to the cashier chatting. The cashier has his mind floating in the air or somewhere else. The incorrect amount was erased at the moment I told them. However, the 2nd attempt of charge was still wrong, and they are not happy when customers try to talk to them. Very bad experience. No wonder the feedback of this particular store is low. Guys, watch out if you are about to visit Chipotle like I do. Pick another shop!
This is the absolute worst Chipotle locatoon I have ever been to. I don't know why I ever give them another chance, it always disappoints. The food is always cold and prepared with awful portion sizes, missing ingredients, and served in the wrong containers. The restaurant is dirty with food and scraps of napkins and utensils and old customer receipts littered all over. The napkins are always empty, soda fountain is missing flavors, spoons and forks are strewn around the counter. There is music blasting from the back that is full of obscene language, which I personally don't mind but I am sure families going in to dine would rather their children don't have to listen to that while eating their meal. This location is poorly managed and the quality of their product is evident every time I went in. And this isn't a new issue - this has been going on for years.
I had an absolutely awful experience at Chipotle, and I feel compelled to share it. I went to support a fundraiser for Make-A-Wish, only to be met with poor service, tiny portions, and an overall rushed feeling — despite the fact that there was no one behind me in line. But the real problem was the employee named Alissa. She was beyond rude. Not only did she make the entire interaction uncomfortable, but she flat-out refused to apply the proceeds from my purchase to the Make-A-Wish fundraiser. Instead of explaining things politely, Alissa kept interrupting me and arguing back and forth, and even walked away while I was trying to discuss the fundraiser with her. It’s beyond disappointing to think that someone would act this way during an event meant to benefit sick children. She had the ability to void our purchase and properly apply it to the fundraiser, but chose not to. It’s honestly shameful. I’ve never had such a terrible experience at a restaurant, and I will definitely think twice before returning to Chipotle after this. My food quality was horrible as well. Please see image of all the fat from my food. I received a tiny portion of edible meat to eat.
