I have a bad day today and when i get my breakfast in your store,Dierdre change my mood. Shes very patient waiting for my order and very welcoming. She even suggest what food for take out. her customer service is above and beyond.

Never had a issue at this one,I have, one other McDonald's I bought a burger only to discover oops, no meat just bun, not tasty at all, other time ordered fries they were warm except a few of them decided they would skip the fryer sand sneak in with rest of cooked ones, they were frozen solid, that ain't healthy

The employees at this location look like they are mostly students since it is near colleges. I love this location at night when there are not many people in line. We got in a large group so we can give the person working something to do. I enjoy the iced coffee and the fries as well as a hot fudge sundae.

My family and I had a great time. We were there for a fundraising event for Collegewood Elementary and the crowd was very lively. The teachers were serving and the McDonald's staff were all great. All in all, food is always good. Would've been nice if this location had a McPlay Place. Maybe that's what they're planning for that large piece of vacant land behind it. 😁

The deluxe breakfast still a favorite of mine throughout the years. The eggs are cooked without any burned flavor, the hotcakes butter and syrup are a good combination, the hashbrown is crispy, the sausage and bacon are really good and finally, the biscuit is in my view, is the best biscuit within the fast food business. The coffee is good, but the orange juice is not, just OK. but the whole deluxe breakfast makes come back every time.

It's a McDonald's. There's not much to really review here, but it seems as though the staff is pretty friendly and they're able to get orders out pretty quickly. I tend to get "parked" on the side at this McDonald's a lot with a couple others I noticed, but that's really the only thing that's different from every other McDonald's I've been to.

Delicious, cheap and fast, make sure to use the app for the best deals. You want a menu hack though? Go go Farmer Boy's down the street, their breakfast burrito is always available and much better than the hashbrown+sandwich

This is my occasional morning stop en route the my office. I am an unashamed fan of McDonalds coffee, it is great in the mornings 😋 As such I always use the drive through and though it is not perfect, it is efficient enough at 5:30am to get through without too much delay. Every once I a while, they give me someone else's order, or put sugar into my coffee despite asking for creamer only, but it is ok since they are always busy and try very hard to do a great job. Overall a positive experience.

Ordered the double quarter pounder w/bacon surprisingly the food was good plump juicy flavorful all condiments were fresh. I was expecting it to be dry stale and flat burgers like its always disappointed me in the past this McDonald's location has a great drive thru clerk, cook, cashier & runner. My only negative comment is my sauces were not in the bag but with the amount of service that I received I can understand people are busy and I could Overlook a few sauces missing the next time I'm in this area I'm going to stop by again. Well worth it, ask for fresh nuggets you get fresh nuggets, other places you ask & you receive stale food & they wonder why we never returned.

-tried the pull apart donut for the first time. it’s mean to mimic donut holes, but the texture and flavor is just a little off. -tried the spicy nuggets today and they were a nice surprise! definitely would pick these over the original. -was given a vanilla latte bc it was an extra which i thought was super nice of them. the color is really pale, but it was surprisingly good. obviously is sweetened, but the coffee flavor was stronger than the color made me think it would be.

This McDonald's is about on par with any other McDonald's you might go to, as far as the food is concerned. Staff friendliness is about average. Cleanliness of the interior, I would say is somewhat below average from what is in the area. The drive through experience is typically an efficient experience. This is typically the go-to McDonald's for my family and I, when we are looking for something quick.

I was out running errands this morning and stopped for a quick bite. The little sausage burrito was okay, but my coffee was lukewarm. I think I'll try another location next time.

Ordered on mobile and went to store. I don't think they have people trained to take online order. Person didn't know what to do and pass us to another person at the line and just rang up our order. Then when I got the food which was a buttermilk chicken. It was over cooked rubbery and stringy. Guess just wasn't a good day.

Apparently sometime after 8pm, they "close the register" and no longer take cash. It was the only time I haven't used the app, because I knew cash isn't an option. In this economy, sometimes all one can do is scrap up some cash. And McDonald's might be the only thing one can afford for a family of 6! Closing the register can only cost this location more money. Not that it matters to a multi-billion dollar company...

Food was as expected, but service was very slow - this McDonald's was way understaffed. Atmosphere was terrible . A group of ten, sreaming and talking very loudly, drinking from their own vacuum bottles, with only a few McDonald's items on the table, dominated one-half the dining room for an extended period of time, driving others to the other half. Management should do a better job. No wonder sales are down.

Honestly, I'm never expecting much from a McDonald's, it's a fast food corporation. But out of every McDonald's I've ever been to, this one has consistently been the worst every time I've gone to it. Worst McDonald’s I have experienced. I came in this morning and nobody lined up. The cashier told me to use the self-service panel to order. I asked “I have to?” and she said yes while I was the only one ordering. Used the panel, follow the instruction and pick up a number stand thinking someone will delivery my order to my table. The POS didn’t print me a receipt. Waited at the table for a while and nobody sent the meal. Then heard cashier calling numbers. I hesitated for a sec cause’ I didn’t have the receipt and number. Not many people any way. I asked the female cashier and she said I need to pick up the order myself. Don’t know what the purpose those number stands were there for. All of non-sense. First time here and the last time.

At around 1240 am the lady gave me an impression that she does not want to help me with my order. She never gave eye contact, she was never nice, and it took her a very long time to ask me for my order. Why is this so common in restaurants these days. She is why many people suffer from depression!

i asked for one bbq sauce. they told me they charge for all sauces since the beginning of the year. asked for nuts with my hot fudge sundae, they told me the discontinued the nuts 2 years ago. i have gotten bbq at other mcdonald’s location with no issue recently this year. i know this specific mcdonalds had nuts for the sundae at least a year ago.

Nuggets are cold, dry and had been cooked a million times. Fish sandwiches had stale bread not bouncy or fresh and fish was also stale and dry like it's been sitting under heat lamp all day. Food is never fresh here. Spoke to manager each time and got food replaced but who wants to keep going back to get it!? Shouldn't it be fresh the first time? I've also had them forget to put items I've bought and they don't put enough tartar sauce on the bun. It's literally a center smudge and the rest of the bun is dry. I live about two mins from this location. 2/3 times my order is wrong. The service is lazy and the night crew is very rude. There is this one girl who clearly doesn’t care about their job. Management let’s their staff get away with murder. From the moment I pull up there is a rude greeting and a rush then to be asked to park every time. Or maybe it’s bad ownership. There is no sense of urgency. I just ordered two double cheese burgers alone and was asked to park out front. I waited 11mins then came inside only to see my bag was ready just not walked out yet. Leadership needs to do a better job really. Staffing is awful. No one cares about service. I’d be happy to wait if service was good. Or at least smile from time to time. It feels like I’m incoviencing the staff every time I come for a regular cheese burger.

Was there Sunday 2/27/22 at about 5pm. Had to deal with the rudest, least professional fast food restaurant manager. He provided horrible service and when we said to him that we were going to call his corporate to complain about him, he refused to give us his name and ordered the people who worked with him to not give us our food and then he called the police! We waited to get our food because we had already paid more than $50 for it.. The police came and talked to him and had him give us our food. If it wasn’t for the police, that guy wouldn’t have given us our food.! It was unbelievable! The police had to be there for us to get the food that we had already paid for! I am still shocked by the guy’s behavior! Horrible experience.. to go through such emotional distress for a McDonald’s dinner. And to add insult to the injury. we couldn’t even eat the food when we finally received it because it was cold and saggy! So we threw it in the trash!

Went today to enjoy a meal and instead i left with no meal and someone’s attitude, the worker named ‘hailey’ which i hope is her real name ignored me and laughed when i tried asking for another worker to help me. i’ve never been treated like this at this mcdonald’s but i will be going somewhere else now. Awful quality of service. I asked for sweet and sour sauce in the drive thru, and there was no sauce in the bag when I drove off. Nuggets without sauce is unacceptable, especially when I ask specifically for sauce. I placed trust in the servers to provide me with sauce, and it seems that the McDonalds in this location have betrayed my trust. Unacceptable.

My husband and I were extremely hungry at 3:18AM (we work night shift hours at a local business). We had arrived at the drive thru window to order and there was what looked like only one lady working inside. We were extremely polite and wanted to order three mckchickens with one side of fries-not very complicated. I cannot fathom how absolutely rude the woman was towards us. She refused to make the food and told us they are serving breakfast at 3AM now. She blatantly lied because breakfast isn't served until later, it wasn't our first run to the drive thru during these hours! I am sure it was pure racism because my husband has an accent. My husband politely said "thank you you, even though it is 3AM" and she shut the window in his face. It was the worst experience we could go through. It is 2020, what is wrong with people? I ordered through the McDonald’s App and gave drive thru girl my code, apparently she doesn’t know that you give out a code with a mobile order. When I show her my code on my phone she asks, I thought you had a mobile order. Yes that’s the code! She gave me an attitude as if she was doing me a favor and getting my items for free. I went inside to get this resolved young lady who helped had a great customer service. Showed her my email I received since I wasn’t able to retrieve my code anymore.

Came in at 8:30pm on Friday 8/2/24 with my husband and 9 yr old daughter for ice cream cones and coffee. If McDonalds closes the dinning area at 9 PM, at least have your employees give a 15 minute warning before closing. It is rude and terrible customer service telling paying customers "Sorry, but you have to leave like now. We are now closed". Employees need to be trained on customer service and etiquette. Wh rush paying customers, when the drive thru is open until 11 PM. Employees should be grateful they have employment. Further more, Employees in other establishments wait a few minutes for customers to finish. FYI- The employee brought out his food and sat eating in the dining area.

Only giving them 1 star because your drive thru menus are always broken. In reality it's about a 3-4 star as the service is always quick and generally accurate. NEVER GO HERE!! Hot coffee spilled on my hand during the exchange ( yes I never had the coffee in my possession)due to the lid not being on. Order around 1pm yesterday and it took 20minutes to get my order. I probably would not have gotten my order if I didn't say anything. I went up to the pick up shelf and the girl on shift with highlights wearing the safety vest gave some attitude when I asked about my order. I was going to say something else, but she turned around before I could say anything else. It wasn't until then did they start working on my order. I saw my order just sitting there and when they were assembling it they are working SLOWLY. Like the girl was getting my items one by one and walking back and forth instead of just holding the box and adding the items. The nuggets were basically cold, fries were whatever, and the sweet tea was warm. I did say light ice, but it was basically nonexistent. 10/10 don't recommend this location.

Although Google advertises that the restaurant’s drive through is open 24 hours, the actual drive hours are DIFFERENT than what is advertised on Google. I kept coming here only to find out that the drive through was CLOSED.

So bought lunch right when it changed over to 11am on Sunday March 1st 2026. When my food go here about only 20 minutes. My fries were completely cold and shriveled. Soagy too. So how does fries that were made probably about 10 minutes before 11 be so disgusting. They should have been still way more fresh than that. My Mcdoubles were so salty and I couldn't even finish them. My shake was so watery. What's going on at this location. I knew I should have tapped on diamond bar McDonald's on Golden Springs and Brea Canyon on Uber Eats. I never get anything awful from that location. I only chose walnut because I live in Walnut and I was trying to give the business to your location. Sorry I won't be buying from you no longer.

Most employees are wonderful. But one is very rude. They lost my online order and he would not acknowledge my confirmation. He was so rude I had to leave. Without my food order.

Mobile app is WASTING time at this place. We ordered through mobile app. select “pick up from counter” and paid. got an order number. Drive all the way there. Wait 10mins. Didn’t see the order come out. Ask the counter, said this number need to be picked up from drive through. Actually drive through window is right behind this persons. Wait in line at drive through for another 10 mins. Said the order was canceled because nobody show up. Check my credit card it was charged. This is a chaos place at Grand. Will never go again.
