I’ve been to a couple of other Lollicup locations and the boba drinks were ok, so I wasn’t expecting much when friends wanted to go to this location. I’m writing this review bec this lollicup location pleasantly surprised me! The drinks we ordered were soooo good and the server, Alex, provided top notch service. I thought Lollicup is Lollicup, but no, it depends and this one is a great one!

There are much more better tea bar or boba bars out there, but this place will satisfy. Place is a bit run down and needs some cleaning and renovations

Zero customer service. No greeting upon entry. It reeked in the shop. Looks like everyone hates their job. I didn’t even known my order was ready since the guy who made it mumbled something making zero eye contact.

I walked into this establishment this afternoon curious if their "Green apple green tea" was as delicious as the one across the street. Unfortunately when I walked in I encountered a very annoyed looking young lady who was in the process of devouring a plate of fish. Under the weight of her "what are you doing here?" scowl, I hesitantly asked how much the tea was. Her response was trite at best because upon returning to purchase the beverage she refused eye contact and took a painstakingly long 15 minutes to produce a concoction that tastes like kitchen cleanser. I'm serious, I took one sip and spit it out! I'm getting sick right now, and I have frozen the drink to pass to the authorities because I sincerely suspect foul play.

If you like hole in the wall boba joint with mediocre flavoring, rude staff, $5 minimum charges, and restrictive specials, this is the place for you. There were also signs everywhere stating only 15 minute parking, no public restrooms, and daily specials that were so old they were sun faded.

Lollicup generally has good drinks and food so 5 stars for that. But I’ve been to this specific location 4 different times and EACH time, it’s been the SLOWEST service everrrr! And they were all different employees. I would only suggest coming here if you have all the time in the world and have no where to go. Your drinks/food will come out at in at least >20mins. Plus one employee got my order wrong, I believe because he was wearing AirPods and didn’t hear my order correctly. Lack of professionalism in this location. I generally like lollicup in all other locations, but this one particularly lacks the umph to provide good service, unfortunately.

Lollicup generally has good drinks and food so 5 stars for that. But I’ve been to this specific location 4 different times and EACH time, it’s been the SLOWEST service everrrr! And they were all different employees. I would only suggest coming here if you have all the time in the world and have no where to go. Your drinks/food will come out at in at least >20mins. Plus one employee got my order wrong, I believe because he was wearing AirPods and didn’t hear my order correctly. Lack of professionalism in this location. I ordered a few drinks. My Matcha drink had hardly any Matcha. Basically overcharged me for slush and ice. Tasted like water, cheap on ingredients. The girl didn't even tell me the first time i went to put my phone number in for possible discounts. Today as well i was not encouraged to put in my number. My last time going was today. The one at West Covina mall is the opposite. Plentiful on ingredients. That's the one to go to. I will not go here again.

It was literally dead-silent inside, as the cashier-girl with a horrible attitude impatiently took your order. I wonder how fresh the tea/food is if they blatantly show how much they don't care, as soon as you walk in the door. I can't speak on the food, because we didn't have any, but the tea was terrible. I feel like they stole $20 from me.

The owner & staff behaved nasty and condescending. It was my first time going here and it’ll be the last because there’s better places to go than Lollicup.

I’m very disappointed with this boba tea shop. They keep changing staff, and some of them don’t even know how to make certain drinks. It’s obvious that they haven’t been properly trained before starting the job. On top of that, the staff doesn’t follow the 'first come, first served' principle. People who ordered after me were getting their drinks before I even got mine. The manager was just sitting nearby, watching all of this happen. Is this really the kind of place worth visiting?

Lolicup manager has the communication skills of a toddler. Dont recommend.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I said I wanted a large cup like 3 times but they still gave me a small cup while charging me the price of a large cup. Jeez

I don’t know if ownership changed. The boba drinks I bought years ago from this location was very good, maybe in 2006. Now they are awful the boba was over cooked and mushy. I won’t be going back I rather drive to Rowland Heights or Chino Hills and get good quality boba

I don’t know if ownership changed. The boba drinks I bought years ago from this location was very good, maybe in 2006. Now they are awful the boba was over cooked and mushy. I won’t be going back I rather drive to Rowland Heights or Chino Hills and get good quality boba
