Came in close to closing time and when we were about to head out due to items being gone. They insisted they’d make us whatever we wanted fresh. Totally blew us away. Amazing service.

It’s a Panda Express. What are you expecting? They’ve got Orange Chicken and all your favorite American-Chinese food. Don’t get me wrong, I love Chinese take out. With Panda you know it hasn’t been sitting under the heat lamp for hours, the chow mein is cooked well, and the service is great!

Panda Express has good quality Chinese Food. I definitely recommend their bigger plate option if you are really hungry. Their food has the right balance of taste and seems healthier than other Chinese restaurants.

We went for dinner. They were busy (mostly takeout it seemed.) The food was very fresh and they quickly replaced items that were running low. We were served very quickly. It took longer to check out because of all the people there to pick up to go orders. We got the large plate with 2 entrees. I got the mushroom chicken and chicken with green beans as my entrees. I'm trying to lose weight, and these items were marked as healthier. I got the mixed green vegetables as my side. I appreciated this healthier option. My husband got double chicken teriyaki for his 2 entrees. He got half chow mein and half rice for his side. He says that their chicken teriyaki is very good. We prefer to eat there rather than take it out. My only complaint is that it was really hard to find a table where we could just relax and eat without lots of noise from the kitchen and people walking in and out and all around us.

I see a lot of negative reviews here and not meaning to jump on the bandwagon because I find their food very pleasant and their portions more than generous. But what took me aback was their promotion for a free entree once you complete their survey. I went with a friend and used their coupon and got a free entree but when my friend got back home and tried to get her coupon from the new receipt it was immediately declined from some reason. I don’t know if they marked the new receipt as invalid because I got my free entree and we were together or something else. But either way I found it to be cheap and completely devoid of any customer care or satisfaction. I’ll be going back there but with a bitter feeling in my heart.

They were ok. I just wanted a bowl of their beef and broccoli without the rice and they would not give it to me. I had to pick out one of those side order boxes that don't seem to be as much as the bowl. The place was very nice and clean. The staff was working as fast as they could to help serve all of us customers.

Panda express is non authentic chinese food that tastes good to the American palette. The flavor profile of sweet and spicy is constant throughout all of their dishes. Shrimp isn't fresh since its more expensive and no one wants to buy it. Fried rice seems like they put one whole egg in a wok full of fried rice. Its also very loose and unflavorful which makes the other stronger dishes taste even stronger. Its an occasional thing I get but I don't really want to get it to often. You can definitely get better chinese food at an actual authentic place. But if you want something cheap and for that price just go here. The staff is friendly but they do need to clean the tables. 4 stars.

Always order the Terryaki chicken and NEVER have gotten the sauce that goes with it. We have made notes and even called the driver but the restaurant always fails to complete the order, terrible management and training.

Food was very spicy, which it normally is not. Had a really hard time getting order right in the drive-thru. Asked for teriyaki sauce at the window but got chili instead. There was no line in the drive-thru so there was no reason to rush at the window. This location needs to work on accuracy not speed.

I was concerrned the way the foods are shown open for customers to choose, even if the staff wear masks. They speak through thin masks to get the food right below their face. I would recommend they cover the foods except for scooping up after customers picked what they wanted. I won't go back until they implement it.

American-Chinese chain with large servings for cheap prices. This location is still operating for drive through and takeout. We ordered from here on a Saturday for pickup online while they were having the $20 Family Feast (2 sides and 3 entrees). We still had to wait ~5 min when we got there since the food wasn’t ready for the time we set but it’s not a big deal. We got the chow mein and fried rice (because we’re unhealthy) but they do have a vegetables option. For the entrees we got the kung pao chicken, honey walnut shrimp (extra cost, and mushroom chicken. The food is salty but it’s plentiful and cheap. You definitely get your money’s worth. I think paying extra for the honey walnut shrimp was worth it, as the shrimp was still crunchy and I enjoyed the glazed walnuts that were mixed in. However, my sister found a hair in the fried rice, so cleanliness may be an issue.

It seems like the quality and service gets worse by the day. Once again, they messed up my order. The tiny boxes weren't sealed correctly. I lost my entrees in my bag. The serving size was smaller.I took a picture but having issues posting it.My veggies were ice cold.They don't answer their phones and they fail to correct their order. They are rude.

This place the worst for messing up your order. I constantly have to check my food before leaving the drive-thru. The one time I didn't, my son's meal wasn't even close to what we ordered. The food is decent, but it isn't worth having to check your order before leaving. That literally is their job!

I ordered food here through the drive-thru on November 8th around 8:30 pm. By the time I got home and opened my plate I was disappointed in what I had received. I ordered double orange chicken with fried rice and the portions to what I got made me feel like I was scammed. (Originally I wanted mushroom chicken and orange chicken, but the workers said they were out of the mushroom chicken). Anyways, when Ive been to panda in the past I’ve always known it for having decent portions. This was not the case with my order as the entrees were barely filled up with tiny pieces. Not to mention the fried rice I received was rice with 90% carrots, 5 peas, 1 piece of onion, and a scrap of egg. Since then I contacted customer support about the and they said they would issue me a refund but, I mentioned that I had entered the receipt number in the inquiry and had lost the receipt since then. They offered me a code instead, and I agreed. Its been over 12 days since then and I have not received a code and support had stopped replying to me. I opened another inquiry about this 3 days ago with an image of my bank statement showing that I had ate there and no response either. After this experience, I don’t recommend eating at Panda. They clearly don’t take care of their guests.

During my recent visit to Panda Express, I encountered some frustrating issues with my online order. Despite waiting for over 20 minutes for my order, it seemed like the staff was not paying attention to why my order was delayed. I felt like they could have done more to investigate and solve the issue, instead of just telling me that they were busy. I believe that online pickup should help to save time, not waste it. Unfortunately, the staff did not seem to prioritize my order and it felt like they were not paying attention to my needs. I hope that Panda Express will take a more proactive approach to customer service and problem-solving, especially when it comes to fulfilling online orders.

The staff was rude and the serving size for our 2 entrees was terrible. Not even exaggerating, for the beef and broccoli, they gave us 1 piece of beef and 2 broccolis. 😤super upset. That is no dinner. Terrible experience. My bf literally had to go make himself more dinner after I got us these. I felt bad. Go to a different Panda Express but trust me, not this one!!!

For the second time ive been refused service at the drive thru because my 20 dollar bill was not shiny and new enough for them. Every other retailer would have accepted that bill, nothing wrong with it, just a normally worn bill you get everyday in change. Apparently american legal tender is not good enough for the panda. Went thru the drive thru, took 30 minutes! Then they forgot a plate of food. Called and spoke with Fernando and he says he doesn't work there so I can't get a refund from him. Went the next day to speak to the stinky manager, who was to scared to tell me her name, and refused to refund me my money before calling the cops on me. Worst experience ever. Definitely will be calling corporate about this one. I want my money back!!

Food was fine. Customer service of the drive server, Jaelene V, was terrible. She was RUDE when I asked for 15 chili sauces. We ordered for 6 people. She said she wouldn’t count them and closed the drive through window on us. No one was behind us. It was 6pm they close at 8. She was dismissive and disrespectful.This treatment alone is worth not returning.

Management F- Food C+ Over all : go somewhere else. Management is horrible if they run out of something as simple as soy sauce. Fried Rice is dry and flavor less. When you order one item that's exactly what you get, half the serving of a two item purchase. Staff is mostly college kids trying their best but like "kids" they don't listen to your order and they get razzled when you correct them.

There was a promotion for the online ordering and it stated if we placed the order the end of that night, the order would be placed. When we placed the order the panda was already closing so it made us place it for the next day, which was fine. We got our order confirmation and everything and even the morning OF got confirmation of our orders sent to us again so we were good to go. We drive all the way to the location and not even a friendly welcome or anything the lady was rude and just started saying they didn't put in our order because they're not going to honor it so if we would've came in yesterday fine but "since it is today, it's too bad." She was extremely rude and what irritates me is that I came all the way here with an infant which is a hassle, and they couldn't contact us back earlier letting us know that? The order was placed yesterday so they had ALL DAY to let us know, absolutely ridiculous that I wasted our lunch time coming all this way for this rude nonsense. Apparently at the other panda's they WERE honoring it anyways and not being extremely rude about it all. Every time I come to this panda they are rude, and when I go through the drive thru they ALWAYS forget something so I have to make the trip and come back. This was the last straw. UPDATE: we contacted corporate and the promotion is valid until 4 PM TODAY so why is it that this is the only one that is lying about it being only yesterday? Extremely annoyed at this Panda Express, if I would've known I would've ordered from ANOTHER store. Ridiculous.

This Panda Express location has the worst portion generosity out of most in the 626 area. I sometimes give this location a second, third, or more chances due to convenience. Every single time I am disappointed. I have to drive an additional 10 minutes to get an appropriate amount of food if I want Panda, but I often find myself buying from other franchises. Avoid at all costs.

I made it half way through my lunch when someone from the staff started yelling are any of these your cars? They have to be moved or they will be hit by the drive through customers. My car was parked up against the building. I didn't want to park in McDonald's parking spaces. Not sure why management insisted on directing the drive through patrons into parked cars. So I moved my car and tossed what remained of my food. Rude people. And who does that anyway? If you can't park there, cone it off before the lunch rush.

I ordered a large teriyaki chicken and what I received was dried chicken in a box. I called and ask where the Teriyaki sauce was since I paid for teriyaki chicken and no pkg of teriyaki sauce was included. The dimwitt I spoke with said there's a shortage and I would need to specify which I did. Did not know I had to specify teriyaki sauce when I order teriyaki chicken. Then she said I should just call the place to make sure I get teriyaki sauce wth!! I hate this place and the idiots they have working for them. I've been to many Panda expresses over the years and this was absolutely the worst one that I've ever been to number one the chairs with metal legs on the tile floor make the worst screeching sound like a person scraping their nails down a blackboard multiplied times 10, second there was so much noise coming out of the kitchen of banging of pots and pans and walks or whatever that you couldn't comfortably carry on a conversation without a banging going on and not being able to hear the person that you were talking to, third they were out of the sweet sour sauce Now how can a store which is owned by the family let their inventory get so low that they can run out of their sweet sour sauce when you get down to one box or one case then put in orders for more everything's computerized so you should be knowing when to order your stuff so you never run out totally ridiculous. My friend lives in Chino Hills for 4 years and that never gone to this Panda Express before and said she would never return and never tell anybody that she knows to go to that one because it's so noisy in there with this scraping chairs in the noise coming out of the kitchen area It's ridiculous I've lived in San Dimas for 9 years and gone to the San Dimas Panda Express and never experienced this kind of noise before I suggest you get rid of the noisy chairs and put in some booths and get some chairs with wooden feet so they don't scrape on the tile and make a loud noise It's ridiculous!

I ordered delivery. I got the delivery but upon opening the container there was a portion of a fortune cookie wrapper in my food. I’ve been trying to call the store but no one answers even though it’s only 7:30 and they are open until 9:30. This is unacceptable for serving food.

Wanted to order special side which surprised me doesn't have in a pre dominate Asian Community. Orange chicken, Sesame chicken has no taste as all Pandas are pretty consistent. Requested teriyaki chicken to be cut smaller was just big pieces put in the box. Requested cut smaller cause my 2 young kids, it didn't happen. Only positive service of this Panda was Drive Thru lady, spoke nicely and clearly

This place used to be so good but they have been going downhill for awhile now but their prices keep going up. Last night ordered Kung Pao Chicken bowl and I have never seen it look like this-no red peppers, zucchini was mushy , rice undercooked and the color of it looks like throw up. This place used to be so good but they have been going downhill for awhile now but their prices keep going up. Last night ordered Kung Pao Chicken bowl and I have never seen it look like this-no red peppers, zucchini was mushy , rice undercooked and the color of it looks like throw up. Tried calling them twice today at 12 pm and of course no answer.

Review: Date of visit: November 26, 2025 Order pickup time: 5:00 PM I waited at the pickup counter for 20 minutes for my online order. I first gave my order name to a Spanish-speaking male employee (about 165 cm tall). He said my order was not there — without even turning around to check the counter behind him. After receiving the Ready pickup text message at 5:00 PM, I asked again to another employee wearing a black shirt, and he also made zero effort to check. The worst part? I could see my order sitting right behind them the whole time. I asked because it was literally there. By the time I finally received my food, the steam had soaked through the bag and containers, making the meal and paper bag wet and soggy. If online pickup orders are not going to be checked or respected, why even offer this option? Don’t give customers choices your employees refuse to support. This was one of the worst pickup experiences ever. No communication, no checking, no care. Just unacceptable.

I don’t appreciate The speaker lady hitting on my boyfriend and when we asked for no meat because I am vegetarian I got double the meat. I just found this experience unpleasant like the way my food was prepared.. the lady was probably too distracted to make sure my order was correct. Nasty girls who can’t do their job properly.

Another case of false business hours. They do not close at 10 pm. If you wanna get food, show up at 9.

This restaurant has many young and motivated employees who work hard. However, their attitudes have changed noticeably since the restaurant first opened — they’ve become more passive, unmotivated, and inefficient. There seems to be an older woman, likely a long-time staff member or manager, who appears to have a strong influence on the newer wait staff. From what I’ve observed over the past three years living here, she knows exactly when to act diligent and when to be indifferent or even arrogant. Unfortunately, her behavior seems to be affecting the team’s overall morale and work ethic. I sincerely hope the management takes action regarding this issue. It’s disappointing to see such a negative influence impacting what was once an energetic and cheerful team.
