Come here often for thousand island fries. The lady who works for drive-through always welcome customer with big smile. That makes me to visit here more often.

Honestly out of all the wienerschnitzels i have been to this one really stood out to me, upon ordering at the speaker the cashier sounded like he was having a great day he was so friendly and polite i can feel his energy they the speaker.. when I got to the window he just looked like a nice fellow it felt good to see a man work fast food and not act like he hates his job, people like me notice these things and i wish most cashier's were like him. my food was so fresh and perfect this was honestly one of the best drive thru experiences i ever had. This place is very clean and well maintained. The cashier Alondra is a very nice and polite lady. She has a very warm smile on her face all the time. She greets every customer she meets. We are all very impressed with her service.

We have always loved Wienerschnitzel since we were kids. Our parents use to take us to one of the original restaurants on peck road in El Monte around 60 years ago. I met my brother David for lunch today. We have both been big fans of your Diamond Bar restaurant since it opened about 40 years ago. The employees are very friendly, hard working and keep there restaurant incredibly clean. My brother has more pictures of your store than his own family 📷 🤣 Always Great food. The young man who took my order seemed like he was a new employee and wasn't familiar with working as a cashier with a head set on while getting your order correctly before , He started to enter the list of food items into the register . I don't know exactly why he misunderstood me two times in a row and got my order incorrect and incomplete twice. I repeated it a third time, and he finally got the correct amount of food items.. i didn't even order any drinks or order anything complicated. It was 2 orders of large French fries and chili cheese dogs for 4 people. Each person gets 2 chili cheese dogs each. 4 x 2 =6 chili cheese dogs all together. (Simple math) The guy taking the order seemed as if this was his first time working in fast food. I didn't give him a hard time. I was very patient with him. The food quality was great. The food was warm and fresh . The taste of the ingredients used to prepare the food was excellent! I never had a problem with the accuracy of my order when I dine in at this location.

I took my father in law there. It is just as I remembered. The menu has expanded. I enjoyed the service but did not get any food. The prices are on the high side.

Friendly people and accommodated my request to toast the bread on a pastrami sandwich. Only flaw was that both my order and the order ahead of me took long enough that we both shifted into park to wait. Allow a little extra time if swinging by.

I have always been a fan of Der Wienerschnitzel. My only complaint is that they serve breakfast (and it is pretty good) but most locations don't open early, so it is really difficult to enjoy their breakfast.

first of all I'm a bit harsh on the reading because well to be honest I'm not a big fan of wienerschnitzel but my wife is she tends to go to this one a lotI tend to just pick up food for her sometimes I'll get something but it's not really the place I'd like to go to but overall it's never gotten me sick everything tastes okay not really my thing but for the ones that it is good for you this would probably be OK spot.

It's a wienerschnitzel, not a whole lot going on, BUT the workers are really cool. Food came out faster than mcdonalds and the employees are really cool

I don't know why but they need to update the inside sit down area. Not only at this location but others. But maybe try it out at some just becuase I don't think they make enough to even to re design the inside sitting area. The prices are more than other fast food places and for the price you would think the quality would be some what better. Why do I still go here? Well the chilli cheese fries are always the best but the hot dogs, hamburgers all have gone down in quality. Maybe if they lowered the prices by at least a dollar or two it would bring in more people.

My first fast food encounter as a kid was wienerschnitzel chili cheese fries. My cousin took me. I love fries and I love chili cheese so only fitting I would love the two together. Love this location. Spacious and convenient and near where I live.

Owing to a very happy early childhood filled with many loving memories, I will occasionally drop into my local Wienerschnitzel and treat myself to the best quick meal deal in town: 2 of their world class, honey battered, crispy corn dogs and a small fries for only $4. The family that runs this Wienerschnitzel deserves commendation for the improvements they've made to this once aging building- They've freshly painted the exterior and sniffed up the interior. The service is very efficient!!

This establishment has been here since I can remember, it was called Der Wienerschnitzel back then. So much has changed since then even the menu ,a lot of new items. They even combined with Tastee Freeze. I’ve tried everything in the old menu and as for the new menu and all the items, I’ve tried a few and what I have tried I’ve liked, the chili cheese dogs with onions, Polish dogs, mustard dogs, which was my brothers favorite chili cheese fries, cheeseburgers, hamburgers they even have a veggie dog for you vegetarian‘s. The youngsters that work the fast food are sure hard workers. This place is no exception,they’re kind and courteous. After ordering our food we sat down at the big dining area they have and our food was brought to us at no time. They also have outside dining to enjoy your meal. They have so much promotions going on for a few dollars you can receive a lot of food. You can also order cans of their famous chili to take home, which we’ve done more than a few times. The parking lot is huge with handicap stalls at the front entrance .I recommend this place if you want to save some money, have a fast meal and meet kind and courteous employees.Don’t forget the icecream.

I was just here with a coworker and he ordered something simple and we waited for a cool minute.

Went thru drive thru where I heard employee telling another employee she wanted to slap him then another employee said not to say that in front of the customer, think they may need a little schooling on what's appropriate in the work place

Food is great, as expected but expect to have to repeat your order at least a few times. Drive thru takes forever but staff try to serve smaller orders by walking it to you in line.

I love weinerdude and travel past other fast food joints to eat there. Today I was craving it and made a special trip there. I'm in a hotel and have no access to utensils. I atr my corndog and chili cheese dogs no problem. They were delicious, then I open the chili cheese fries and there's no fork. I look through the bag and nothing! Maybe God doesn't want me to overeat? Or maybe the indian lady behind the counter doesn't know how to do her job. I think she's the boss, she was shaking her head at an employees performance even emptying my bag and verifying the order was correct I didn't get a fork.

I did not appreciate the fact they mop the floors when people are eating in the room. First it is not safe to walk on and second it is not good when you are eating to smell. And the girl that moped the floor then served a new customer in the middle of moping and did Not wash..I may never go back to this location.

The hot dogs are "magic" no matter what dog you prefer, always cooked to order. And the fries? Let's just say "The Goden Arches" no longer own title of best fries. If I have a complaint, it cost, Wienerschnitzel is a bit expensive.

It's ok, I wished they where more consistent on their food. But that will not stop me of eating here since it's a more nostalgic than the food.

Chili tastes recycled , Well chili taste just as recycled as it did a year ago . The restaurant was pretty clean. The restrooms are clean . The employees are friendly. But the chili needs help . It's a little too liquidy, it reminds me of a baby diaper. The buns are good . The dogs are good , ( a little smaller ), but good . The fries are almost always good. But the chili needs help . It taste like the story of the original recipe for sourdough bread. They have a very large batch of the first patened sourdough in a vault and every now and then they take a pinch of that original dough to make a new batch . Makes you wonder if they just keep adding new cans of chili to the originally burnt batch ?

The food is amazing and most of the staff seemed to work hard and be super friendly, but the woman that served us was extremely aggressive. We ordered some desserts - two Freezees, an Old Fashioned Hot Fudge Sundae, and a Mini Hot Fudge Sundae - and when we got the Mini Sundae the fudge was as cold as the ice cream and there was no whipped cream or cherry (something that the person who got it said that it has always had those two things every other time they ordered it) and so we politely explained that we wanted 'hot' fudge and the other toppings and the woman got more aggressive, saying "Well I can heat it up. I can get you a new one and heat it up" in an extremely annoyed voice. We said thank you and she brought the other desserts (realizing that the cherry for the old fashioned sundae had no actual cherry, it was just the stem). She brought us a red debit card and handed it to us saying "I believe this is yours" then left. It wasn't ours. We had used a blue credit card. When she brought back a new mini sundae, this time with hot fudge not cold fudge, there was still no whipped cream or cherry. We took it, said thank you, gave her back the other person's debit card (Je Don F. Carter, I hope you found your debit card), wished her a good day, and left. If we had never been to Wienerschnitzel before this visit we probably wouldn't have come back. Luckily, we know that the service isn't usually like that.

Great customer service, but for the amount of money everyone is paying for fast food and considering the pay rate increase, i feel the food should be fresh not cold as i got it, and presented is a fine tuned customer service which i did receive. I am under the impression this is a management issue to give the customer what is left on the warmer and not drop fresh mini corn dogs. The debit card reader didn't work, so this management needs to take care of its equipment.

I was pretty disappointed when we stopped in to eat about a week ago or so! We bought our daughter the Mac and cheese and to my surprise it comes with barely any Mac and cheese?!?! There’s so little for almost $5! And the picture they use to advertise it is WAY OFF! I’ll never buy Mac and cheese from here again! All I wanted was a Pepsi, but they wouldn't give it to me (hehe).. because they're NOT 24hrs!!! Don't know the true hrs as there's no sigh, so just submitted new hrs of 9AM-12AM (please verify), the hrs of most Wienerschnitzel locations! BTW, don't know if stores & fast food places aren't keeping their hrs updated here or if Google isn't updating the hrs, but I'm getting tired of navigating to places that say they are open only to find out they're closed. A real waste of time & gas money.. I'm sure I've personally doubled the rate of pollution by accident, thanks to poor quality control. Someone's dropping the ball regarding business hrs on Google Maps!! 🤔 Please 🛇 waste my ⛽💰!

What happened? I ordered the 2 Chili Dog meal [fries & drink]. I asked to upgrade to chili fries. Last thing i said was "N0 Cheese on anything. N0 Cheese" "$17.+ please" ...⁉️ That's the price for the 2 chili CHEESE dogs + the chilli fries ADDED ON TOP of the fries that come w/the meal. I ordered.... whuat⁉️ Maybe it was my fault. My lack of communication skills. [Spanglish] . Whatever the case, I'll come back NEXT summer. I moved 3yrs ago, [location near my house; another near work] I was feeling nostalgic and thought to drop by. Lesson learned.

There was a total meth head that worked here for about 8 months. She's been rude to me and my friends, like, not at the same time. She's been rude to me personally and rude to my friends on other occasions. She yelled at my mom too. And today there was a young chi ck who was a total ray of sunshine was so nasty when we asked for ranch. "This one time we'll give it to you for free, but you actually need to pay for it next time." Okay? Put that on your menu or don't be w pizza faced beach. All the other women are great. We would gladly pay for ranches if it says it on the menu. Rolling your eyes under those owl glasses isn't subtle, babe.

Yeah i think ill pass on this place in the future. Stopped in real quick for a snack. My daughter and I ordered fries and decided to dine in. A few minutes pass and they bring our order to the table. Open up my little box and its freakin half empty. I take one bite into my fries and im already at the bottom. $4 for less fries than a small McDonald's. I didn't go up and give them a hard time because I wasn't in the mood to be arguing with the old ladies running the place. But some old dude came in from the drive through while i was there. complaining about his order not having enough chili. So anyways... I'm okay I'll just keep on driving next time and stop at the Wendy's off the next exit.

Bought dipped cone, and asked them to cover the rim do it didn't melt all over, a friend bought a shake, asked for it to be extra thick-even paid more. Cone wasn't dipped to the edge as requested and shake was runny. Should have taken both back for a refund.

I visited this place yesterday around lunch time. For being the only person waiting in line for my order it took them almost 10mins to take my actual order. Not happy with this at all.

I went to the store about 15 minutes after they were supposed to be opened and a male employee came out and was fixing the door and I asked if they were open and he said “barley” and then He asked what I would want , I wanted a shake and he said flat out no so we left

I try to order in the drive-thru. The girl was really rude today. Then she tried to rush me. So I cancelled my order and told her I'm not eating there. We just went through the drive through last night and ordered for myself and my son. This wasn't our first time going there, but it will be our last. The man at the drive through had always gave me that "hard to explain Jeffrey Dhamer" feeling that I could never quite explain. It was just really odd and creepy gave me red flags. But anyhow, we made small talk before we got our food. As I was driving off onto the freeway. My son had taken out his hot dog to eat it, but when he opened it, the smell was etrocious! It smelled like they cooked the hot dog with a burnt tire with smell of gasoline! It filled the car, I had to stop and throw it away. I have no idea what the hell is going on in that store, but something bad is going on. Be careful of that place!
