1st time ever at Jimmy John's today. I ordered the Vito Italian submarine sandwich. I also bought some Jalapeno kettle chips. They were both delicious 👍. Friendly service and quick service. I phoned my order to go. The fresh baked French bread was perfect. I was very happy with my lunch 😁

Good food, but make sure you have plenty of water. Food is very salty.

First time trying JJ. Two sizes and I had the smaller size because I’m dainty like that. I was a bit disappointed in the meat. Although a large selection of sandwiches, the regular roast beef is just meat no cheese. Not sure what that is all about. Bread was bland, meat a bit salty and flavor very mildly. Veggies were ok but lettuce was finely shredded which removes a crunch. Although they did off cucumbers which is a bonus for me I was disappointed in my sandwich. PS, not hot sandwiches available

Service was great. Everyone is friendly and ordering is easy. The only thing I was unhappy with was that I paid for avocado and this was what I got. It made me laugh honestly and I still ate my delicious sandwich but maybe put enough to taste of customers are paying extra for it. :)

Service was great. Everyone is friendly and ordering is easy. The only thing I was unhappy with was that I paid for avocado and this was what I got. It made me laugh honestly and I still ate my delicious sandwich but maybe put enough to taste of customers are paying extra for it. :)

The woman on the cash register is unprofessional and disrespectful to not only her staff members but the customers. She did not wear work attire and her hair was a mess. She was pointing at customers and staff. In addition to telling her staff that she would fire them if they didn’t work faster and bossed them around.

Terrible sandwich. Ordered the ultimate porker and got nothing but salty old bacon. Asked for avocado on top and didn't receive it. Worker told me the avocado was the thin green spread between the meats. Couldn't even see it. Napkins weren't even available. Had to ask for them behind the counter. Will never eat here again. And to top it off paid 15 bucks for all of it.

I had driven over 15 minutes craving their food as I am pregnant. I don’t see anything funny of them cheating their company of customers and trying to close earlier. Their sandwiches are not fresh as some people have said. Fresh means they cut the meat right in front of you like Jersey Mike's. Don't even get me started on their hard as concrete bread. Terrible.

I can make every single thing on the menu at home cheaper, better and probably even faster... I dont get places like this one... Not a single cooked sandwich, all coldcuts.... I go out to eat because i want something I cant just whip up myself in 30 seconds... Total waste of money!

They get ZERO stars because first of all they did not bring my pickle with my sandwich, 2nd I asked for extra bacon on my BLT and it was only two pieces of damn bacon so really all I tasted was a damn LT because there wasn't any damn bacon on it and my last gripe is that I'm pissed because had I known, I would not have given the damn delivery boy a $4 tip. He would have gotten ZERO $$$$$ too. JIMMY JOHN'S....YOU SUCK!!!!!!!! I HAD TO GIVE THE IDIOTS 1 START IN ORDER TO POST, AIN'T THAT SOME BS

Very disappointed with this location! I have visited the Glendora store on 2 occasions. This was a first time visit for my husband and son. Not a good experience. Taste like a plain dry sandwich because they hardly put any mayo. Very skimpy on the extra ingredients you add. Pretty bad when you cant taste vinegar and oil or spicy peppers. At no time do they tell you that they charge an extra $1 for wheat bread. $32 for 3 sandwiches, 2 bags of chips, and 2 drinks. Don't waste your time or money at this location.

Just got a beach club from there and I bit my sandwich and I literally had to spit it out something went bad whatever they put in here, I will never go here again I’m very disappointed . I don’t recommend
