You would expect the typical from a fast food chain. However, this El Pollo Loco has a nicest service I have had from fast food chains as well as the majority of restaurants. This is not just once but every single time I come here they have a small on their face and are doing their best to get the best service.

This is a great Pollo Loco, very clean, the service was extremely fast, the assistant Melissa was professional, through and the manager Eddie was also top on his game. Great job, I will be stopping by often on way home from work.

Today was extra nice. I felt like a guest at a friend's house. The staff welcomed my son and I as soon as we came in. A manager was standing at the Christmas tree with a customer talking Bout the ornaments. Sometime during our meal, one of the staff offered us some essential meal goodies.

Can’t really describe it but I like this location. Well kept and clean. Good service. Ac is nice and cool and food is great. Tried another EPL and their chicken bowl had bones in there and ruined my appetite for EPL for a month. Did have a tiny bone in the chicken bowl so zonked a star for food but wasn’t aa offensive as the one I tried at the other location Also the only business that has managed to remain for more than 15 years. Glad it’s still here.

The restaurant was spotless, the staff was welcoming, and the serving size was perfect. It was such a pleasant experience, and I’d be happy to return. Thanks Axel for helping me

I haven't been at this location for a while. And I'm happy to report that the interior has been upgraded and is very modern. The food is good and fairly priced, and the staff is very responsive in caring.When they wait on you and deliver your order.

Service is always great here! We usually go at night and Edward is always so nice and starts a conversation. Always get our order right and give the correct amount of salsa! Food is cooked perfectly! Definitely our fav El pollo loco!

Super friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere. The chicken was crispy and juicy. Salsas are definitely worth a try! Food was served straight to our table within 5-10 minutes after ordering. The staff was so helpful in picking out deals and coupons. I highly recommend this place. The prices are low, and just a great establishment overall.

The first thing you notice when you walk in is the atmosphere and the friendly smiles and welcomes you receive from the staff.Every time I visit this El Pollo Loco, I am impressed by the quality and freshness of the food. The chicken is always juicy and flavorful, and the sides are delicious, especially the creamy mashed potatoes. The portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get. The staff at El Pollo Loco is always friendly and efficient, they provided excellent customer service. Whether you dine in or take your food to go, you can expect a consistently great experience. I highly recommend this specific El Pollo Loco to anyone. It's definitely one of my favorite go-to places. Great job too everyone :)

This place is incredibly diverse. Food is fresh and clean. The tables are always wiped down and top tier. Bathrooms smell fantastic. Definitely recommend to all types of people whether you have kids, elderly, large family groups or just by yourself.

Love this place. Best El Pollo Loco I've ever been to. I don't live very close to this place, but it is always worth the drive. Always friendly. Always clean. These people seem to take pride in their food. Always organized. I love going in the afternoon because the afternoon cooks are top tier.

Their tacos are great. I usually get of them, and so are cheacken breast pieces. I also love Spanish rice. They have curbside right now which makes things easy and safe.

Pretty solid place to eat if you don't know what to get. The service is quick and the meals come out quicker. We waited about 5-10 minutes for a family set to come out. Their unlimited salsa bar is great to stay for. The taste is what you expect from a fast-food style place: cheap and good. It isn't great, but it will get your stomach satisfied.

Worst in the chain I've found yet. Franchisee "cheats" on size of chickens...comes out overcooked and dry-as-bone nasty ( see pics of tiny wishbone and wing.) Wing was skin over bone...so they threw on another. I guess they thought two un- eatable wings was better than one un-eatable wing. Da! Salty to the max...didn't really even taste like Polo Loco's recipe. Mac and cheese was watered down soup. Very disappointing! No Jalipanios! Asian peppers instead. On my top 10 Worst restaurant list.

i ordered a large chips with quacamole. the price was $4.when i saw my receipt ,i was over charged $4.99 . this is illegal!!! i have my receicpt to prove it.And i have picture of $4.00 price . the cashier changed the price to $4.99 right in front of me as i took a picture in my phone.And when my order was ready. my quacamole was half filled. i asked and the server that gave me the food,she gave me an attitute and said that they serve it half filled,it is not acceptable. i am spending my hard earn money and i just wan ted to eat my favorite chicken in peace .Oh no!, i got the worst customer service ever!!.el pollo loco needs to make it right with my visit. watch for !!!,over charging in your receipt. whole staff is greeting you as you walk in the store. but over charging&not giving enough of your food. Dont be fulled!!! they have awards for 2015&2016 displayed in the salsa bar. their customer service sucks!!! the awards is going over their whole staff heads!!! the whole staff needs a serious retraining.i am not returning or recommending this location to anyone. i go to el pollo loco every friday with my friends. this location just treated me&my 2 friends badly!! we usually go to grand ave&valley bl. but they are remodeling for 2 weeks. we have been going to walnut location for 2 months, every friday.

This location apparently closes 30 minutes before their posted closing time and when one employee welcomes you the other tells you they’re closed and no longer serving by 9:30pm. Very unprofessional and deceiving. Either change your posted hours of operation or hire workers that actually want to work.

This place is very dirty and the food is not hot enough it is cold and bland and burnt and the staff is not good at all and the overall experience is very bad and I will not come back for more.
