Having grown up dining at Lisabella’s every chance we got, I couldn’t help but to rave about this place to my newlywed husband over the last 3 years! Well we got married over the last weekend, and our first stop HAD TO BE Lisabella’s for a romantic dinner! NEVER FAILS TO IMPRESS! My husband and I absolutely loved the mermaid soup, the pancetta shrimp, and our main entrees! (Sunlight pasta, and Red Snapper!) The owners all the way down to the front of house staff are AMAZING! Such friendly and warm vibes here! We will be back ASAP!
The food is superb. We had the NY strip - topped with roasted tomatoes, feta cheese, perfectly done med rare. And the grouper. And asparagus was perfect, and I’m not a big fan of the green stuff. Roosevelt’s is the only other restaurant on the island that has this quality. Been here dozens of times, and it’s always good. Rode our bikes and had a perfect evening.
Delicious food and great atmosphere when visiting. I recommend the mermaid soup and airline chicken. The pasta and crab cakes I also tried was delicious. Our large group sat inside, call ahead to reserve. Additional outside seating with live band and clean wheelchair accessible restroom.
We absolutely enjoyed our anniversary dinner here last night. We live in Corpus and called around 12;30 to make dinner reservations. I received a call back promptly and was told they only had reservations at the bar available. We had our 10 year old daughter with us and they said it was fine and more of a family friendly environment. We started with the goat cheese dip and the mermaid soup which were both delicious. My husband ordered the steak and I ordered the scallops. Both were heavenly. I especially enjoyed the shrimp on his plate. Amazing flavor, and the scallops were huge. The only downside was that their oral children’s menu didn’t have anything my daughter likes, so we just ordered her garlic bread. Looking forward to going back again soon!
We used to come here quite frequently. This was our first time back to Port A since Harvey and the reviews had me a lil worried but we had a Great meal with great service, steak came out overdone and Jessica immediately came runnin with a plate to take away the steak so that we could still eat the other parts together . Steak was quick to come back and was perfect on refire. 0 complaints on food or service as Jessica was quick and personable.
It was so enjoyable to dine instead of the usual and plentiful restaurants locally to eat at. The tables were spaced well, the greeter was welcoming, the menu was straight forward and the special was well described. I had the special, and wanted to lick the plate! The environment is well appointed, and tastefully appointed, not over done on the beach vibe! Recommend reservation.
Had a mini Spring Break getaway at Cinnamon Shore. Had a chance to dine at Lisabellas and service from Kirsten B. Everything was fantastic! Garlic Bread and Mermaid soup app Red Snapper Scallops Kids Pasta and Cheeseburgers Not sure how much we will make it to C-Shore but this place is def a must try!
When you're staying at Cinnamon Shore for a relaxing getaway, this restaurant is a must for dinner. Their menu is primarily seafood, with some steak and quail thrown in as well. Recommendations: Get the crab cake for an appetizer. It's got tons of crab in it and is served with a delicious beurre blanc sauce. For your meal, get either the Red Snapper or the Filet. I've also heard that the Seafood Enchiladas are good as well. Our chocolate cake for dessert wasn't all that special. So maybe skip dessert here. Pro Tip: You'll want to make a reservation. Because of social distancing, a reservation is required to get a table - especially on Tuesday and Thursday evenings when there is a live band playing.
🌴☀️Best food! The oysters are a great way to start off your meal! The crisp top of the oyster shell added a another type of flavor. I ordered the sunlight pasta for my entree and it was so yummy! I loved the tomatoes and pancetta on the pasta. I also added shrimp to my pasta which was so good with the pasta! Beachy vibe to the restaurant which I loved!! The artwork really enhanced my meal. So many different entrees. 🌴☀️
CALL AHEAD, MAKE RESERVATIONS. we did not because we didn't know. The ferry ride across didn't take long, no cost. Easy to get to restaurant, jus follow your GPS. Beautiful setting. Here some pics of the view outside the restaurant.
This place had AMAZING food! Elevated flavors with that classic fresh seafood that you may be craving. I highly recommend the mermaid soup, exquisite! For dinner, we had scallops and the seafood enchiladas ...it was all amazing. So very good! My scallops were the biggest I've ever seen, and they melted in my mouth! I'll be remember this meal for a long time! 💙👌
I called today at 11:00 a.m. to make a reservation and left a message. They called me back within 20 minutes to confirm the reservation. We arrived early and they seated us right away. We tried the mermaid soup which was delicious, the scallops and the macadamia nut crusted snapper and all three dishes were heavenly and amazing. Our waitress was very nice, very knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. She answered several of our questions about Port Aransas and cinnamon shores. I am gluten-free due to a wheat allergy and the waitress was very good about notating that on the order, and letting the kitchen staff know. Overall we were very impressed with the restaurant the service and the food. Also they are freedom and face friendly! Update: hubby and I had our wedding reception there in April 2021 and they made our day so special! They made a special order of gluten free crab cakes for us, and the pastry chef made the BEST wedding cake I've ever tasted! It was moist and delicious and decorated beautifully!
Went here with my wife for our anniversary and absolutely loved it. Giani was our waiter and he treated us like family. Food was fantastic. Fun atmosphere. We will be back.

Lisabellas is the best restaurant on the island. The chef knows exactly what he’s doing. He comes to check on the table and how the food is. The wait staff is fantastic. The vibes are on point. Do yourself a favor and come here, you won’t be disappointed.
Personally, this was one of the best dinners I’ve ever eaten in my 47 years. Fish was second to none, loved the salad and dessert too! Would prefer rice over pasta and potatoes personally for a starch. The carrot cake icing is more vanilla than cheesy and there are no nuts (yay). The chocolate cake is very dark and yummy. I’ll be back!!!!!

Celebrated a birthday here this past weekend. The food, service and atmosphere were great! Best meal we had on the island.
Kids, It's time we had a little talk. I understand seeing accomplished folks drinking and carrying on like money is an endless summer can be a source of envy. You'll get there, your enrolled in a great school and believe it or not you might make these boomers look like chumps some day. But for now you need to buckle down and tighten the belt. Making reservations at a $100 bottle place like this isn't going to impress your date. Pick up a guitar and learn how to sing! That will get you into bed as quick as any show of "class" you think spending money you got from your folks might accomplish. Listen to me! If that foolery does interest her.....run!

The reason I'm even giving the 3 stars is because the goat cheese was just so good. Otherwise, the main entrees were horribly overpriced and terrible. The service was delayed and guy working the bar was rude and overwhelmed even during off peak hours. The garlic bread was delicious but my filet was not. Not sure what all the buzz is about

Been here a few times with my husband and loved it! Wanted to bring my teenage daughter and her older sister for 17th birthday. Got there right as they opened and asked the hostess if she could snap a quick pic of me and my girls. She was a young girl about my daughters’ age. She said no and she was way too busy. She wasn’t busy……There was hardly anyone there yet and it would not have inconvenienced her at all. Super awkward for my daughters and set the stage for a weird experience. Just frustrated because it was a special night and would have only taken a second. Food was great as always and our server was also amazing. Will come back but unimpressed with the teenage hostess.

We had a really disappointing experience at LisaBella’s. The staff refused to split our tab, and our server was incredibly rude throughout the night. To make matters worse, two of our friends got severe food poisoning from the shrimp they ate here. We expected way better service and food safety from a place with such good reviews and for the price. Definitely would not recommend.
Did not get to visit. They were closed for private event. No notice. Nothing on the website. This was during Port A Restaurant Week. We were really looking forward to trying this place. Very disappointed.

Way overpriced and poor service, and food was only ok. $50 for a plate of 3 small scallops and 4 green beans. The portions were small - like that of a children’s menu. The service in general was terrible even for a summer time wait staff. Items were ordered and charged to tab but never delivered. Entrees were brought for some, but others had to wait 10-15 more minutes. In addition, the management support for the staff was none. A manager never came by our table to see how we were doing and we had a party of 20. Unreal. Even if no other options, avoid at all cost!
