Absolutely hands down the best Pizza time after time. Hoping soon they will start offering either crustless Pizza or Fathead Pizza for those who are on either low carb or low carb high fat diets. This Domino's is consistent and their delivery drivers are always friendly and fast. No complaints from me!

Ordered 3 custom pizzas around 3:30 pm on 9/30/25, I used the app. They were made exceptionally well, and tasted delicious. I was pleasantly surprised. I do hope they keep the pizza maker, consistency is key. If i knew knew the pizza would always be so well made, I would order more often.

Update: today we placed two orders for lunch for all my guys...after the ice storm and all the difficult things going on they did a fantastic job! This store is great, fresh and the best Domino's in y area. I drive out of the way to pick up my order from this store. The Groves store manager sucks,and never get my order right and threats me as if it is y fault they can't cut my pizza right.

I ordered my pizza on 3/21/2025 at 8:38 p.m. and my first order was completely wrong. I ordered a medium 12" stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni, banana peppers, and Italian sausage. They gave me a regular hand tossed crust with jalapeno peppers, onions, mushrooms, ham, olives, and a provolone cheese. I didn't order any of that. However, my thin crust pizza was what I ordered with BBQ sauce, chicken, cheddar cheese, and provolone cheese. But my father didn't like the first pizza at all because he is allergic to onions and mushrooms. So the first pizza was a waste.

they dont care what the online information says. it doesnt matter that your order was placed 44 minutes earlier. the online doesnt know that they are busy. which i can understand, but CJ said they get customers all the time that are upset over the delivery. but they dont pick up the phone to call and tell anyone they are running late. so, not happy right now with this dominoes. and they dont care i got your response, but no link to give email

This suppose to be chicken with bbq sauce I purchased the 2 medium pizzas one topping and it came with garlic bites and cinnamon sticks the pizza u can’t taste the bbq sauce at all it’s dry and the garlic bites doughy John always mess up not a happy customer

This Domino’s experience was unacceptable. A group of friends and I placed an order for delivery. After nearly two hours, I called to check on the order and was met with a voicemail stating that the store was closed. I then contacted the call center to seek assistance, but was routed back to the store, where I again received the same closed voicemail. I decided to drive to the location, which was in fact open, with staff inside actively preparing orders. It took approximately five minutes for a team member to greet and assist me, which I initially attributed to them being busy. Once the order was located, the team member explained that it had been passed over by drivers and was still sitting on the heat rack. I was offered a refund, but was told that two of the four wing items we ordered could not be provided because management did not permit it. This was confusing, as the missing items could not be resold and would ultimately become waste. I informed my friends of the situation, and we agreed this was not a sufficient resolution. When I attempted to further address the issue, another team member intervened and was unprofessional throughout the interaction, displaying a short and dismissive attitude. She eventually walked away, and the original team member returned to continue assisting me. During that conversation, the second team member made comments in the background such as, “I don’t see what the problem is,” “we’re busy,” and “yes, I’m talking about you.” She also stated that she had just gotten out of jail, implying a willingness to engage in a physical altercation. At no point did I raise my voice or attempt to escalate the situation, yet she continued to raise her voice and speak in a hostile manner. Nothing about this experience was acceptable. My order being overlooked, being offered a refund I did not request while still not receiving my complete order, and a team member making threats all fall far below any reasonable customer service standard. I plan to contact the general manager in the morning. I would hope upper management agrees this experience does not align with the company’s expected customer standards. If no action is taken after this report, it would indicate a lack of concern from management, which is deeply troubling. Upon inspection of the food, we discovered that one of the items was overcooked, none of the sauces or condiments we requested were included, and due to the length of time the order sat, the entire order was cold.

Worst service I've ever had. Asked for a manager and the person that gave the bad service lied and said he was the manager. When I finally did get to talk to a manager, he told me he was sorry, but he had terrible employees and there was nothing he could do about it. I felt pretty bad for the guy actually. Follow up: Because of my bad review, I was offered a coupon for one three topping pizza for $8. Just goes to show how little they value your business.

This time completely different problem. The food this time tasted as though it had no seasoning at all? I have ordered this more than 100 times from here over the years. It has never tasted this bad? I don't know if you have new cooks but something is off please fix before people order somewhere else. I use to enjoy you guys. Not to mention how the price of almost everything on menu is higher. This is the third time we order from this location every time the exact order Pepperoni Mushroom, Pepperoni Sausage, and Extravaganza NO SAUSAGE! yet every time they put sausage the first and second time we let it go and just picked the sausage out, we decided to give it another try yesterday and again our order was made wrong. The second time we got two Pepperoni Sausage and the Extravaganza pizza no sausage again wrong order. We arent from here so we kept going to this location but just found a closer one to home. We will not be ordering from this location again as they will disregard what you order. Our order has been taken down correctly but once it gets to the kitchen what we order isnt taken account for.

Had the front doors locked. Every employee avoided making eye contact to recognize I am standing there. After having paid online for my order and waiting infront of the locked doors for 10 minutes I called to see if they would let me in or give me my food. An African American gentleman with dreads answered the phone (I'm assuming he was either manager or in charge of the counter) I asked him if they could let me in or hand me the food through the door and he just hung up on me without saying anything. He proceeded to walk to the door asked for my name. He then walked to the back and all the coworkers made their way to behind the counter. They conversated for a few more minutes before handing me my food that had been sitting on the pending orders... During the night time the service is beyond horrible

They do not listen to what you want when you order a pizza. They put what ever they want to put on the pizza. And that's why i give them one star they need to start listening to the customer and what the customer want, not what the employees want. I will not recommend anyone to eat at this Domino's.

Worst service ever. Was hung up on several times by the manager. He didn't care this was the 3rd time in a row they messed up. I will never recommend this establishment to anyone. There's a lot better businesses to order from in this town.

It was a simple ordered I placed on line to pick up after work on my way home. When I arrived I see 7 employees standing around chitchating in the kitchen/ office area and my order was no where to be found. UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE FOR THIS KIND OF MISTAKE WHEN I SPECIFICALLY ORDERED 3 HOURS SO THEY HAVE PLENTY OF TIME TO MAKE IT. THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE A ONE STAR, AND THIS IS A SECOND TIME THEY'VE MADE THIS MISTAKES AT THIS SAME LOCATION IN PORT ARTHUR TX.

Worst service ever. Called up there to order pizza about 8 and they said it'll take 4 hours to deliver pizza...another time called at 10 and they said they were closed even when the site they were open. Also every time i try ordering extra or double toping we never get it. We have report this business to the Better Business Burea still have not heard a response back from the restaurant. I Will not order a pizza here again. PROBLEM SOLVED!

Got wrong order, nothing got fixed except “we closed already” like that’s viable.. talked to some employees later and nothing could be fixed. The pizza was undercooked in the center and the order was mostly someone elses.

The Domino’s on Memorial use any reason they want to close early! It says they are open until 1:00am Saturday night, at 11:30 I called and the guy says they are closed because of COVID! I asked then why are you there and he Hung Uo On Me!!!! They are The Worst🙄!!!

I usually go to the nederland dominos, because they are close to me and never give me any problem. So one day I was in Port Arthur seeing a friend and I call this dominos to place a PICK-UP ORDER. I told the guy on the phone that I learn in nederland so it was different getting it over here. He then stop me and said well we don't deliver to nederland and I said I know that? He then said well then you can't get anything and I told him but I'm going to PICK IT UP. After that he hung up the phone and so I kept trying to call back but they wouldn't answer and when I call for my friends phone the same guy answer and when I started talking hung up again. I never was able to get my phone and now whenever I call their my phone and my friends phone are blocked. So next time your hungry DONT GO TO THIS DOMINOS.

Horrible customer service. Curbside is not efficient, each time ordering you have to go inside no matter how long you wait in the parking lot with your blinkers on. I asked to speak to a manager and spoke to Stacy who was unconcerned, insensitive, and indifferent. She said they were behind, backed up, blah blah blah. No empathy, no let me check on ur order, nothing but excuses and her walking away. I am a supervisor at a retail store, I definitely know about how busy the day can get. Being empathetic, staying positive, and being human is how you survive the day and provide exceptional customer service. Obviously this experience at Domino's fell significantly short of that. Save your money or try Pizza Hut is my advice.

I ordered a pizza for lunch an hour ahead of time and it didn't arrive by lunch. When I called they said they were waiting on a driver to get back and drop it off. By then my lunch break would be over so I told them to cancel my order. The woman immediately hung up on me. Will not be ordering from them again. Horrible customer service. Unprofessional.

I like to order from Domino's once a month maybe once every other month and I live in Port Acres but now they don't deliver out here, they're 1.7 miles farther than Papa John's in Nederland, but Papa John's in Nederland will deliver to us, just because a 1.7 miles Domino's will not deliver to Port Acres this makes no sense at all and they're both a 10 minute drive I checked the map. 7 miles is not that far of a drive to deliver a pizza. I guess my money ain't good enough or anyone else in Port Acres thank you. Don't believe me order online. 6/3/24 I'm an unlucky person that has a very hard time to get rides anywhere especially to your store to do a carry out which makes it almost impossible and if you suggest for me to use doordash or whatever I don't trust them people because there's a lot of negativity that I hear about them. It doesn't matter how long it takes you to get the food to me and time shouldn't be a problem if a customer is okay with getting there food a little later. It sounds to me that Domino's App only wants to deliver around small areas to where they don't have to drive as far when so they can meet their quota time just like other businesses. Thank you for your time and hopefully one year if I'm out and about, maybe I can stop by your store and finally get me a pizza or more since I can't get them to deliver. My opinion Domino's Pizza tastes better than Papa John's. I did notice one thing on the Domino's app is that you can put your Domino's store address in and have will deliver it to your car which is parked in your Domino's parking lot and they still charge you a delivery fee

Went to place an order and although the door displayed business hours, they decided to close a little over an hour early. If you own this business and read this review, check on your business. I saw 2 more cars being turned away. When I pulled up the employees laughed and acted like they didn’t see me. I knocked and they said they were closed. I pointed at the business hours displayed on the door and left to Pizza Hut down the street. These people you hire to run your businesses can make you or break you.

Well I've been using this store for years, even when it was on the other side of the street. I when there yesterday, made my order at 2:59pm. Got my order at 3:45pm. An this was take out. My order was wrong ,and was cold when I got home. I stay around 7 blocks from this new store. When I had them to deliver, their great. And I tip the driver great too. But yesterday, thumbs down. I pointed at the business hours displayed on the door and left to Pizza Hut down the street. These people you hire to run your businesses can make you or break you.

I ordered a pizza for lunch an hour ahead of time and it didn't arrive by lunch. When I called they said they were waiting on a driver to get back and drop it off. By then my lunch break would be over so I told them to cancel my order. The woman immediately hung up on me. Will not be ordering from them again. Horrible customer service. Unprofessional.

Horrible customer service. Curbside is not efficient, each time ordering you have to go inside no matter how long you wait in the parking lot with your blinkers on. I asked to speak to a manager and spoke to Stacy who was unconcerned, insensitive, and indifferent. She said they were behind, backed up, blah blah blah. No empathy, no let me check on ur order, nothing but excuses and her walking away. I am a supervisor at a retail store, I definitely know about how busy the day can get. Being empathetic, staying positive, and being human is how you survive the day and provide exceptional customer service. Obviously this experience at Domino's fell significantly short of that. Save your money or try Pizza Hut is my advice.

Well I've been using this store for years, even when it was on the other side of the street. I when there yesterday, made my order at 2:59pm. Got my order at 3:45pm. An this was take out. My order was wrong ,and was cold when I got home. I stay around 7 blocks from this new store. When I had them to deliver, their great. And I tip the driver great too. But yesterday, thumbs down. Sorry.

I like to order from Domino's once a month maybe once every other month and I live in Port Acres but now they don't deliver out here, they're 1.7 miles farther than Papa John's in Nederland, but Papa John's in Nederland will deliver to us, just because a 1.7 miles Domino's will not deliver to Port Acres this makes no sense at all and they're both a 10 minute drive I checked the map. 7 miles is not that far of a drive to deliver a pizza. I guess my money ain't good enough or anyone else in Port Acres thank you. Don't believe me order online. 6/3/24 I'm an unlucky person that has a very hard time to get rides anywhere especially to your store to do a carry out which makes it almost impossible and if you suggest for me to use doordash or whatever I don't trust them people because there's a lot of negativity that I hear about them. It doesn't matter how long it takes you to get the food to me and time shouldn't be a problem if a customer is okay with getting there food a little later. It sounds to me that Domino's App only wants to deliver around small areas to where they don't have to drive as far when so they can meet their quota time just like other businesses. Thank you for your time and hopefully one year if I'm out and about, maybe I can stop by your store and finally get me a pizza or more since I can't get them to deliver. My opinion Domino's Pizza tastes better than Papa John's. I did notice one thing on the Domino's app is that you can put your Domino's store address in and have will deliver it to your car which is parked in your Domino's parking lot and they still charge you a delivery fee
