The food here is consistently excellent. The staff and the management are always checking up on you making sure you’re happy with everything else going on in your mail. The drinks are never empty because the waiter always make sure that they stay full. I’ve never eaten here and been dissatisfied. The owner is doing an excellent job keeping up the entire place me and my family love it. it’s my little girl favorite restaurant.

We we a group of adults and were seated next to a family of 2 loud children.kicking our adjoining booth continually.I think host should have sat us elsewhere.families with kids should be seated next to other families with kids.

we had lunch here today (Mother’s Day) and it was AMAZING! I haven’t been to Texas Roadhouse in years, and it was everything I wanted and more. The music was great, wait time was minimal, and food was excellent. Our server, Dan, was very polite, funny, and quick. He made sure we had everything we needed and then some, and definitely made it a pleasant time. 1000% would recommend, and would ask for Dan!

Sometimes you just want to belly up at a bar and have a great meal. If that's what you're looking for then this is the perfect place. The steaks are the best here. I have never returned a steak here. I love it when I get exactly what I order and how I can wanted it. My 14oz New York Ribeye - Medium Rare was seasoned to perfection. Ribeyes are known for their flavor. When the fat just renders down something about that steak just absorbs that flavor. Broccoli was tender and with a hint of butter it was so delicious. Get the sweet potato with cinnamon butter. Or if you want to go over the top get it with marshmallows. OMG. I have a huge sweet tooth but It's like the perfect dessert. I wouldn't get anything else. This is my favorite meal in this place. If you sit at the bar, Natalie & Terra were prompt and great host.

Have eaten here on multiple occasions. The food is always delicious. The only draw back is there is usually a good wait time. Of course this isn’t the restaurants fault they are just very popular.

This is one of my favorite restaurants 😋 All steaks and complements are really delicious, my favorite is baked potato with sour cream, butter and cheese. The staff is really friendly and helpfully. My little tip, don’t forget to join in the waitlist before to come the restaurant.

We had a group of 6, 3 kids and 3 adults. Our bill was so cheap only $115!! The food is great and the waiter was awesome! I added my group to the waitlist on the restaurant's app and only waited 5 minutes! Our food took a little while but it was so worth the wait. Everything was fresh and perfect!

Two tables side by side. Kids table got food 40 minutes b4 adult table. Adult table food was cold and not fully cooked. No waiters fault but we watched 3 different tables that was seated 30 minutes after us ,get food ate and they left while we still waited for food. Manager came and asked how to please us. Offered to comp. children's food, but did not I asked if I could use my senior discount and was told it would be applied,but was not.we drove a extra 20 miles to eat at that one in Port Arthur,because the one in Beaumont could not accommodate, a party of 16 at once.

I want to leave this review with the main focus being on cultural sensitivity. A portion of my family is catholic or Hindu and because of that reason this month ends up being lent for us. I asked for a really small spoon of Mac and cheese to just try and see if we would like it. The server tried to make it happen for us but the cook said no, the manager then stopped by what we had asked for. I am really appreciative to the manager Ashlynn for taking a minute to help us, listen, and respect our culture. With me also being the manager of a local restaurant I am aware of how comps and voids work and did not want to have to affect the company’s profits. We did end up ordering a full size Mac and cheese after we tasted it. Also, big shout out to our server, I believe her name is Bailey for being familiar with the menu and products in it. My husband almost ordered something with beef broth in it (he doesn’t eat any beef product for religious reasons), as soon as I asked she quickly explained it was an ingredient and waited for him to decide what else he wanted to eat. Everything was cooked to perfection and we will of course be returning!

Manager Abby greeted us personally and provided a welcome kit that made us feel right at home—a total 'first' for us at this chain. It’s clear that Abby and her team care about their guests. Came to eat today during lunch. Steak was juicy and delicious, cooked exactly how we wanted it. Server was attentive, quick and professional. And like all other TRH I've been at, if not too busy the manager will come and check if everything is okay which is a nice gesture from the company.

It was my first time visiting Texas Roadhouse, I was able to join the wait list online which really helped because they were pack. Our wait wasn't too long and the atmosphere was amazing. The restaurant was huge inside and had televisions 📺 all over making it easy to eat and enjoy sports. They also had great music 🎶 playing. My servers were excellent and the food was superb. The bread was fresh and the butter was spectacular. I definitely recommend experiencing the great wonders of Texas roadhouse. I also saw alot of kids enjoying meals as well. So bring the whole family and try Texas Roadhouse.

I took off a star because after we received our food we did not see our Waitr again until he brought us the check. Drink refills would have been nice. Aside from that it was delicious as always. I got the small sirloin, baked potato and salad. Charlie got the burger.

My experience at Texas Roadhouse was fantastic. The starter menu was quite nice, especially their fresh bread, which I have to highlight. Have been here so many times and have yet to review this place. They never disappoint me on their service or the food. I picked a gigantic 30oz ribeye cooked to medium and it was definitely on point. The flavor was literally perfect and those shrimp on top set the whole meal to the next level. Honestly could not finish my meal and our server Bridget was flawless. This place remains on our regular rotation.

This is one of the favorite places to eat a steak which the bone in ribeye is my choice of steak. But you have to try the beef tips they are a hidden jem if you ask me.

I really enjoyed all the dishes I ordered along with my colleague. Start from the dinner rolls, fried pickles, chicken salad , brownie all were in good taste and the service as well is so good.

One of my favorite places to eat their food is always good along with the service and good atmosphere the employees do line dancing sometimes it's fun and entertaining good mixed drinks love the Kenny coolers my steak was tender and juicy love the bread with the butter they serve.

This Texas Roadhouse is exactly what you’d expect if you’ve been to one before. It maintains the same quality and atmosphere as other locations I’ve visited. The food is consistently good, and the service is friendly. Parking can be a challenge, especially on busy nights, and you might end up parking in the Walmart lot nearby. The bathrooms could use some attention—they’re a bit worn and not as clean as they could be.

Even when the kitchen confused our order for another guest order. She came to the table and kept us in the loop. She did an amazing job under those circumstances. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The manger She came to the table and apologized for what happened. At that point I took the opportunity to tell her what an amazing job Kayla did. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had the 8oz salmon, steak fries, and mashed potatoes. Got full really fast. ⭐⭐ The Kitchen Food was great Guest that came in after us that was in our area ate and departed before us. It took an hour for us to receive our food.

First time to ever go to a Texas Roadhouse. Would not dine in based on inhouse staff, but would definitely order to-go again. Based on entry, friendliness was lacking and professionalism. When you walk in and see employees more busy socializing then to acknowledge you when you first walk in, generally not a good sign. The gentleman that took my to-go order was more friendly and professional. The food, was made promptly, packaged in a manner that it wouldn't get soggy or smashed, and it tasted quite amazing. 10/10 for the kitchen staff/chefs. Definitely worth visiting for the food.

This was my first time at a Texas Roadhouse restaurant. We picked it over the Salt grass because of their website. They really showed their menu options better. Our meal was excellent. Tasty. Perfect steak and I am picky about my steak. Service was excellent. Our waitress was being trained, her trainer was very attentive and picked up on things missed. But I had to dock a star for the insane loudness of the music. I love music and am still young enough to appreciate some volume but that volume is annoying for a restaurant. We had to repeat ourselves to the waitress numerous times, talking at our table consisted of "what did you say?" and then silence as it was just easier. I'd go again and hope its not always like that. The food quality gives you that.

This restaurant was absolutely filthy. The bus boy dropped his rag on the dirty floor and then used it to wipe off the table. There was trash ALL OVER the restaurant from the door to the table to the restroom. The restroom floor had water puddled throughout. Also, the server areas are in the walkway, and they were all congegrated there, making it difficult to get to the restroom and the door. We will not visit this location again.

I tried a combo sirloin with the chicken and my husband got the sirloin. I don't expect everything perfect but I sure expected more. Our food except for the baked potato came out cold. Service sucked. The guy with the other 2-3 tables turned his really quick and seemed more attentive to his customers. Our server did not attend to our needs well at all. She was more worried about her other than us. Food was nasty without seasoning. Chicken was small. Not too impressed this time around especially cold food and rarely seeing the server.

Food was good and packaged well for curbside. The only problem we had was with the online application would not let me add my credit card for payment. Husband had to explain to the hostess that the online service wasn't working. Hostess couldn't figure it out either. Had to place order with hostess which made our wait longer .

Service was a little slow, showed up around 4 and there were plenty of tables empty and it took about 20 minutes to sit us down, once we sat down drinks and appetizers came quick but our food took more than 30 minutes and people who were sat after us had eaten and were leaving. Once the food was finally brought, mines was undercooked and I was missing a side, only reason I gave 3 stars was because she quickly took it back to get cooked and brought out my side. It’s always a hit or miss here.

My family loves Texas Roadhouse, this one should be stripped of the name. Food came out cold after taking sooo long to be served and two plates had wrong sides. I had to ask several times for everything. We didn't get fresh rolls until asking like 10 minutes after seated. We all come for the rolls! This Location seems much more cramped than the others I've been to.

Went on weekend. Bit crowded. Waiting time for the table was 30min. Preferred to sit at the bar. Ordered mix platter for appetizer. Was just ok, not so promising. Then had steak fillet as main course. Asked them to make it medium well. Turned out it was almost well done from outside but still pink from inside. Bartender said it would melt in your mouth but gotta chew it enough to swallow in. Asked her to make it up again but it just worsen the steak.

I had dinner with a friend and his wife at the Port Arthur location last night . Although the food was good, and we otherwise had no complaints, we were never offered any drink refills. The server who was training another even came to our table a few times and our glasses of iced tea were empty. Never offered refills. This seems pretty standard to make sure that the guest has plenty to drink, but the servers didn’t even seem to notice.

I had lunch with my friend here, I only gave 3 stars for the baked sweet potato, the steak was over grilled till burned. The waitresses are nice but lazy to serve people, and gave a lot of excuses for what they didn’t do... stop explaining and save time and do your job, that’s where your income from, and the duty of your position, right?! If you don’t like your job, then find another one you want to do, no matter what you do, love what you do, be positive, then people will love you, right? ;)

Table was not cleaned properly. Seats had a huge wet area from the busboys tote. There were dirty black napkins on the floor as well as cutlery and food debris. I asked 2 servers to get it cleaned and it was still there when we left. I watched the busboys wiping food debris off the tables straight onto the floor. Numerous people were brought to dirty tables.

Rolls, blooming onion, the other sides we ordered and the alcoholic beverages we got were great. My chicken (1st picture) size was comparable to that lemon you see 😅 it was a very small piece of chicken cut in half to pass off as a bigger piece. Even though, as you can see, it still looked very small. I should have just got the chicken fried chicken. This was the same price. Never again. I took one bit of the mac and nudged it to the middle of the table for an extra .99 cents. The waitress kind of disappeared after the food came out and it was upsetting because I wanted another drink and had to hurry up and drink it because obviously you can't take alcohol to go here. Other than those few things, it was very good. I just would change my meal pallet next time.

I always love to go to TRH but recently their quality has been downhill. As soon as you enter it has a horrible ditch smell, they seemed understaff that they would be forgetting our orders to the point it’s being served cold and frozen drinks came in watery, additionally table touching from management felt so task oriented. I didn’t complain at that time because I know y’all are busy so i took time here to write my thoughts. I need your A game back guys and keep your kitchen clean. I'm not sure what is happening there, someone that eats here at least once a week, the last 3 visits I've had to send my steak back to get recooked. One time sent it back twice. I ordered it medium and it's been rare or medium rare. The server(s) told me this has been a common issue lately and claims its because of new cooks. Also the last visit 4 days ago the ac kept blowing cold air and me and every table in the vicinity complained about that. Same visit my server seemed rushed , didn't appear to want to wait on me, a little frustrating. I was a single person on table 414 and she had other tables she gave perennial treatment too. This is someone who always has about $150 tab myself. I'm not a tight wad! Someone who travels for work ,multiple cities, this is the only texas roadhouse that has let me down.

Service was very slow. I received my salad, before we even received our drinks. Then we asked for take home containers. Had to wait 15 minutes. Before our server brought them back. Our server didn't even check on us to see if we needed anything more.

Apart from the bread and the salad the rest was bad, I ordered a Sirloin medium well they delivered it welldone, the macaroni and cheese says in the menu: handcraft, the Mac n cheese still had part of the cheese powder, if you have eaten instant macaroni and cheese when you see this photo you will recognize them. No way, that's how we ate it because they throw it away.

Hate to make this review. This has always been a favorite restaurant of mine. However, our latest visit was not good. The food itself was mostly great, that's not the issue. Our server "misheard" me when I ordered the steak smothered with mushrooms and instead brought it with shrimp. I informed him of the mistake. He brought us mushrooms. We had to flag someone down for a refill multiple times, just one refill. Waitress said she would grab it for us, someone else said they would, then finally our waiter showed up with it. The receipt showed a charge for the uneaten shrimp as well as the mushrooms. Why charge us for both for your mistake? I happily accept paying for the mushrooms we ordered, but to charge for the shrimp? Ridiculous. Finally, I used the pay at table function. When it got to the tip screen I attempted to put in a custom tip. The screen glitched, froze, said thank you and asked if I wanted a receipt emailed to me. Frustrated realizing it chose a tip for me, I said yes and put in my email, only not to receive the receipt. Overall frustrating. This was 2 weeks ago. Just decided to cool off about it before posting my review.

I travel the country for work and go to TRH often because it's quick and easy with good food..... Usually. Last night I sat at the bar and put in my order and asked for a water. I was given the water but never offered bread, no biggie. Then once the steak came I was annoyed that "medium" came out dark through and through, dry and just not good to eat at all. Being in a hurry, I decided to try and stomach it anyways. Before giving up because I didn't want dry steak bites anymore, I realized that the girls working the bar didn't ask once if anyone (including myself) needed anything or more drink etc. The whole time they were wrapped up in their conversations and not concerned with customers.

Dinner - $120+ Food was good but the service provided by the front was unacceptable. We won't be returning to this establishment. We had a bad experience in October 2025 - Birthday celebration for my husband. Our party of 10 was separated into 2 booths. We were placed at the back end of the dining room and were the first patrons seated in this dining room after waiting over an hour. We were the last ones to be served our meals even though we were the first group seated. We are Seniors and some people were using canes. Any problem you can think of we experienced - orders not all served together, incorrect bills which had to be redone, etc. So today we came back to celebrate a 55th Wedding Anniversary with Family. We thought we'd give it another try with just 4 people. Our Waiter, Landon, was good; he wasn't the problem. Once again, we were lead to a table at the very back of the restaurant when tables that were closer to the front were available. Mobility issues make walking distances difficult. We asked for a different table and were given a hard time. Once again, we were the first seated in this room but the last served. Some diners who were seated after us, were leaving before we received our meals. Dining is supposed to be enjoyable and stress free. Neither of our experiences were that. It appears that elderly patrons are put in the back because we don't fit into the market that Texas Roadhouse caters too. On both occasions it was mentioned that it was a birthday or anniversary but no complimentary item or dessert was provided.

I picked a 25 oz riveted steak off the display. Order medium rare. The steak was gray inside and dry. Overcooked. Im not one to waste food. It tasted like it had been cook over charcoal lighter fluid and made my tongue tingle. The first time they have destroyed a steak since I started visiting them every year after Veterans day. Worst service and food in all my years coming here. First off, my wife noticed that the dinner rolls where not their usual golden brown. Our server, Lizzy took a bit before introducing herself & taking our order. We tried ordering everything early hoping to get our food sooner but we didn't realize that it would take about one hour before our food would come out. Abby, one of the managers did introduced herself before we noticed how long our food was taking to come out, but then she became "scarce." Lizzy didn't give us enough updates about the delay until we started noticing people that got sat after us were getting their meals before us. She did finally check & stated that the kitchen was running behind. How long does it take to cook 3 kids meals & one 20oz ribeye. We were about to get up to leave before they finally brought our food out. Our loaded mashed potatoes all came out with cheese gone stone cold. It looked like we were given the worst 20oz ribeye of their stock and my son's beef sliders looked like they just sliced the dinner rolls open and slapped over-cooked patties them on and that, of course sat there and got cold before it got to our table. We tried to get just the sliders refunded since my youngest didn't eat it but Abby tried to argue that his few bites counted as them being eaten. She did eventually refunded his meal but didn't sound very empathetic when apologizing for the delay. Your store has lost life-long customers tonight thanks to the circumstances that led to our horrible experience today.

I have been here a total of 3 times and every single time I regret it. My most recent visit tonight, I placed a to-go order online 2 hours prior to my requested pick up time. I arrive 5 minutes early and text the number I was instructed to in order to let them know I had arrived. As soon as I send the text I receive one back saying my order wasn’t ready. No big deal, I could tell they were busy. I wait patiently in my car for 25 minutes and finally receive a text that my order is ready and on its way out. I continue to wait another 15-20 minutes then finally ask one of the girls bringing out food to other people to check on our order. She asks what name is on the order so I tell her and she said she would check. 10 minutes pass and she hasn’t come back then I get a text saying, “sorry your order isn’t quite ready. Sorry for the inconvenience”. At this point, my husband decides to go in and find out what is going on. The order was in fact ready, but when he checked the bag it was missing an order of shrimp and an order of fries. He tells them the order has missing items and they tell him ok, it will be 10 minutes on the fries. It takes almost 30 more minutes for them to bring the items out that were missing. The manager offered a coupon as an apology. My husband declined. Obviously. There is a problem every single time we come here. Either the food being cooked incorrectly, bad service and everything else you can think of. Insane!

I decided to take my family to eat after a movie tonight and had the worst experience ever at a Texas Roadhouse. There should be an an option for zero stars. I ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers and fries, 1 roadkill no onions with a loaded baked potato, and a half ribs slab appetizer. 1. As my daughter was eating her burger she bit into a hard piece of black plastic similar to a pen top or melted cooking utensil. 2. Neither burger had fries 3. The roadkill was ordered no onions medium well. ( it was rare medium rare at best). Baked potato was not loaded just thrown on the plate with nothing. My son had to go find someone to address the plastic object in the burger that was roughly an inch in size. While I was trying to attend to my daughter. When the manager ( a woman) very dismissive came over she said oh i don’t know what that is and sent our waitress back to address the issue . Our waitress was very apologetic and said the manager was going to make some adjustments and rectify the situation. Which did not happen she simply took off the 2 meals and never came back. The other manger on duty a male simply just walked past our table as the gathered to sing happy birthday to another guest. The blatant disregard for the safety or at most the common courtesy of attending to issues pertaining to foreign objects being found in food is astonishing. I understand it was 9pm and kitchen staff were ready to leave, but people were walking in after us. The issues should have at least been properly addressed by management and rectified promptly. To simply remove items that were unfit for human consumption does in no way rectify the situation. Apparently 9pm is to late to visit this location because all customer service and food handling safety concerns end well before closing. Please do not go to this location and expect anything the slightly resembles common decency.

It's my Second time coming here ever and both times my porterhouse was tiny. Secondly they tasted like nothing. Third I can tell the steak was frozen and watered down and they cooked it dang near to well done I asked for medium rare. Maybe because I cook my steaks the way I want I'll probably never come back again.

This was genuinely the most disgusting TRH I have been to. The booth we were sat at had empty ranch containers under the table, food in the seats, and the table was smothered and gross. When I went to the restroom the floor inside was covered in soapy water and very slick. As I walked back to my table I was almost walked into by multiple staff not paying attention to where they were, and I noticed the rest of the establishment was just as unclean and unkept as my table was. The steaks were all ordered medium rare, they all came out rare and the sides were not seared. No one asked us to cut to check, or if they were good. Unfortunately, this was for my partner's birthday and we traveled 800 miles to Port Arthur and chose this restaurant only to be disappointed.

Food was excellent. I have zero regrets about eating here. However the cleanliness was way below subpar. Before you even walk in the benches out side are disturbingly dirty. The side walk before you walk in is fill with dirt and grime it needs a power wash. The two front doors need to be refinished our replaced. All the floor thought the restaurant was so slippery I felt like I was going to slip and fall. The booth where we sat was dirty anwhen I went to the men’s room, well the door needs to be replaced the urinals and toilets need to be replaced. The maintenance on this building has not been kept up. It makes a customer wonder what the kitchen looks like

This was a deeply disappointing experience. I had placed an order under my father’s name, using my phone number for contact. He went to pick it up in Port Arthur, but was turned away by the staff—even though the order clearly had our shared last name and was obviously meant for him. The fact that no one took a moment to double-check or ask for clarification is unacceptable. What makes it worse is how he was treated. Not only was he denied the order, but he was also spoken to with clear disrespect. This was supposed to be a thoughtful surprise, and instead, he left feeling insulted and unwelcome. I expected much better from Texas Roadhouse. Basic customer service means treating people with respect and using common sense. This experience has left a really bad impression. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAY FAR AWAY.

So I went a couple days ago with my fiancé, we were seated pretty quickly very nice host, but then we waited a whole 10 minutes before we even had a waitress, she finally came and took our drink orders and we went ahead and ordered since we come here all the time. What really annoyed us was that the drinks took forever to come out, my fiancé ordered a alcoholic beverage that didn’t even come out till the food came out which already took a long time to arrive since ig our waitress forgot-, and to top it off it was a whole other waitress who came because ours was out of sight, she then comes around after the other waitress took care of everything and asks if we need anything….well no? someone already took care of it, after we had to call a random waitress over for help. ( i didn’t say that though we just politely said no ), then she never came back. And i understand restaurant work environments are rough and busy, but there were empty tables around, it was a tuesday night, and that was probably the worst customer service i’ve had there. Disheartening Experience at Texas Roadhouse Port Arthur I recently visited Texas Roadhouse in Port Arthur with a graduation party, expecting a celebratory meal. Unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. Upon arrival, our group was split between two tables. Shortly after being seated, the managers insisted that half of our party vacate one of the tables, claiming it was reserved for another group. This was perplexing, especially since we had already been seated and had begun settling in. To make matters worse, the managers informed us that certain menu items were unavailable for the portion of our group that remained seated. This selective unavailability felt arbitrary and added to our discomfort. The entire situation left us feeling unwelcome and singled out, casting a shadow over what should have been a joyous occasion. I hope that Texas Roadhouse addresses these issues to ensure that future patrons receive the respectful and inclusive service that every customer deserves. Manager Abby and manger Tanner were very rude to us for their own culture.

We normally love texas road house but unfortunately i do not think we will return. We ordered pick up and when we got home we started eating one of our steaks were paste. You could literally put your finger through it like playdough when we contacted this location they apologized and said they would send us a free entre voucher that we never received not only was the quality of steak terrible the management lied to us about this horrible experience

Service was great, food was terrible. Steak came out completely wrong, sent back and it came back even worse. Dog toy steak looks more appetizing.

Ordered a ribeye and received a very rare steak waited 20 minutes later and received a chopped steak cooked well done/ burnt charred and was told if I wanted another and I said I would not like to wait anymore. The manager was called and said since I had alcohol they could give me a partial refund on my food since I kept the broccoli. I’ve been to numerous Texas Roadhouses and never had an issue like this to when the people beside were like “ that’s bs” send it back, I wouldn’t pay for it. I got charged 28 dollars for two tall beers and som Broccoli. Good thing salt grass is a minute away and a much better choice

I will never eat at Texas Roadhouse again. They were very rude when they canceled my order 10 minutes before it was ready, when I just wanted to enjoy a nice family meal for New Year’s. Then they told me that the manager decided to close earlier than the established hours. When I said that was fine and that I just wanted my money back, they told me the refund would only be returned in a few days. I had spent the last of the money on my card for that dinner. Now my family and I were left without food because of the poor management of this restaurant and this location.

Recently had dinner here and found a hair in my food.After receiving my food I waited about 20 minutes for the waitress to check on us so I could let her know. She seemed unapologetic and simply took the meal back to be remade. About ten minutes later, she returned to say the manager would bring my meal when it was ready. After another 15 minutes, the manager brought out the dish, but by then my family had already finished their meals and I had lost my appetite. I told the manager I no longer wanted it, but she seemed apathetic and tried to convince me to take it to go. I politely declined. She then walked away without addressing the situation. Another 15 minutes passed before the waitress came back to let me know the meal had been removed from the check. At no point did either the waitress or the manager apologize for the inconvenience. I’m very disappointed with the service I received.
