Juanita's Country Kitchen

We are in the area from Florida and decided to give Juanita’s a try. My husband and I both got Joseph’s burrito and it was delicious!! Their picante paired perfectly. Highly satisfied with the service and the delicious food!

Literally my favorite place to eat! Expect large portions, fantastic margaritas, quality food with great taste, and the servers are amazing! I can't say enough about this place. GO THERE NOW! I dare you to make a happy plate 😊

Good American style food-beef tips, hamburger steak. Chicken fried steak and chicken, hamburgers and sandwiches. Nice local flavor.

Was open on Christmas Day (thank you!) called in my order I got a chicken fried steak and eggs. Everything was perfect and so delicious. Food was ready quickly. Great prices.

My boyfriend and I eat breakfast here at least once a week. Staff is super nice and friendly. The manager, Fidel, is the best! He takes time and goes to each table and speaks to each person. I would still eat here even if the food was terrible because the staff makes it enjoyable. Make sure you try the southwest egg rolls.

I had the beef tips and grilled mushrooms and green beans. The food is delicious and service is great. The atmosphere isn't my favorite, but it's still a fantastic place to eat!

First off do not let the name mislead you. This is not Mexican food. It is amazing favorites like Chicken Fries Steak, Beef tips and rice, Chicken Fried chicken and an amazing selection of traditional dinner style meals. They also have wonderful sides and desserts. If you like down home style meals you will love this place. It's nothing too fancy just great food and a familiar atmosphere.,

Chicken fried steak was delicious and very big! Waitress was there by herself and she did a great job taking care of everyone! Definitely will be back

This is a great place to eat. Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Whether you need breakfast, lunch or dinner you can find something that you will love. We have tried almost everything on the menu and have never been disappointed.

If your looking for something other than fast food, and your are hungry for some home style cooking. Do yourself a favor if your in Nederland, go to Juanita's. Bring your appetite because they are not shy about loading up the plate. I've been there 4 times now. The pancakes are amazing, chicken fried steak and the hamburger steak was very good and their grilled green beans are a must. The waitstaff are friendly and very efficient. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Great breakfast tacos, pricey but good. The chicken fried steak breakfast was good too. It came with eggs and hash browns. Prices are a bit high, but it's great service and good food. Parking in front, can be tough to find a spot.

I love food.. most of all a good burger, and id have to say, this place has the Best Burger in town. The 1lb Bulldog Burger is where it's at. I had the pleasure of going to the establishment on a Friday at lunch and I'd have to say that I am very impressed and I look forward to going back I was very pleased with the vast menu selections even though I opted for a Burger. I'll have to highlight the complimentary service. I was checked on by my waitress and the manager on multiple occasions in the 45 minutes that I was there. I look forward to going going one morning for the breakfast and brunch options. Keep it up Juanita's

I’ve been here once. My grandmother was in town and wanted breakfast and I suggested a new place which was this restaurant. I don’t know if it is affiliated with Tia Juanita’s or not but I assumed so… anyways I got the chiliquiles because I had wanted to try it and I thought it was really good. Would definitely order again. I got some bacon and it was not crispy but very thick and reminded me of a nice rib flavor. Some of the best bacon I’ve ever had. Will give five stars if the quality is consistent. Not too happy about the price but the quality seems to be worth it.

Very friendly staff! Clean atmosphere. Food was excellent! Server gave a small place full of candy after the meal. I've driven by multiple times and the lot has been packed. I was wondering when I'd finally be able to go. Next time, I'm trying the all-day breakfast!

This place is wonderful if you were raised going to small country diners anywhere near or in Texas. The food is good, the chefs definitely have consistency down. I frequently enjoy their porkchop and eggs plate, and everything breakfast is a must to try here. The staff are what makes this place special. They are friendly, fun, and quite good at what they do. It's a must if you're hungry and going through the area.

When I asked nice young lady who waited on us, how they made it, she seemed to embarrassingly answer that it was prepackaged. The side corn bread piece was tasty enough, as was the biscuit I ordered. All of the main dishes on the menu were priced $2-4 higher than several other restaurants we go to in our area. Even though the waitress was excellent, we will probably not come back to this restaurant. The taste of the bisque was just so so.

USE TO GO THERE EVERY SUNDAY MORNING, AND TIP $20.00! ASKED THE SAME WAITRESS, FOR A SWEET TEA, NO ICE. SHE RUDLEY TOLD ME, DON'T TELL HER HOW TO DO HER JOB! WE DON'T GO THERE ANYMORE.

I had a hair in my food beside that the food was just okay. The potatoes were dry, my husbands bacon wasn't cooked all the way and everything seemed to have no seasoning. Wouldn't recommend.
