Food was okay. Onion rings were good. Service with a smile sure didn’t happen. Only one employee in that place seemed like she was okay being there. The rest never showed any expression. Rap music playing so that was annoying. This place was bragged about but I wasn’t impressed

The burgers are always very good and big. However, they are very overpriced in our opinion. No free water here. It was nearly 40.00 for 1 regular dblburger, no cheese that we halved, 1 small order of fries, and 2 bottles of water. The burger was just enough to share.

The place could use some TLC, a bit old. The bathroom didn't have paper towels and was a bit dirty, and the faucets have never been changed, they were corroded and I was a bit scared to touch them, and I wish the bathroom was cleaner and smelled better. The food for the price was decent nothing really to brag about. The service was good but needs to be more friendly than it was, I guess younger people are shy to show their smile and wit. And I think that's a lack of training. The place was crowded by old people I like that because you can spark a conversation with anyone there if they were open minded and like other ethnicities and culture.

Wish I could add .5, making it a 3.5 rating. I’ve eaten from this location twice, maybe I’m not having the right burger but it’s just messy and soggy. Flavor is fine, quality of ingredients are ok, but I’m not inclined to go back. It’s a bit pricey but portions are good. We got 2 burgers, one fry and 2 med drinks for $31.

The girl taking orders inside was so rude and had an attitude taking my order. I asked her which burger was good and she said “ all of them” super rudely. I was like damn lol. Than she came up to the cash register with food all in her mouth. Come on hamburger depot Nederland!!!!

They didnt complete my order I have missing items. The delivery girl left food on front porch and then just drove off no heads up no warning. Thank God I have cameras and pay attention. Wouldn't recommend service was poor.

This place has gone so downhill in the past few years. The servers are pretty rude. I hated how she spoke to me. One of them is nice but the one that helped me made me feel awful. I asked her a question and she mumbled a response that I couldn't even hear but I didn't want her to repeat herself with how annoyed she looked. The menu prices went up as they removed "specials" (meals) so you have to order sides and drinks separate even though they're already expensive. Tables were dirty too. I'll stick to the depot in Lumberton or Beaumont from now on.

I’m done with this particular location. I’ve called and complained once to let them know that my fries were cold, but a burnt hamburger bun has took the cake. This is just ridiculous. Will not be visiting this location anymore!
