I frequent this location due to it being so close to my job. Usually order the same meal, the grilled chicken sandwich. It's not cheap. So I in turn expect a fresh, hot sandwich. What I got, was a sloppily put together sandwhich that had obviously been sitting for a while. Didn't check at the window because it's ALWAYS hot and fresh. For $15, this was very disappointing.

I tried calling several times they answer then hang up immediately. Disrespectful and poor service. Very unprofessional I do not recommend this location.

2 out of 3 times this place will make an order wrong, but not forget to serve a heaping of bad attitude to go with it. Of all the years its been here, these are the only consistencies ive noticed. I only go here as a last resort.

I have had to, multiple times, clarify any specifications on my order, again, multiple times. If you don't want condiments on your burger (not me, just a friend I take there.) you have no specify "no condiments, no mustard, no ketchup, no mayonnaise." I have said just "no condiments" a few times and somehow each time that translated into "just mustard." I have also orderedlarge meals and was asked "Did you want a large drink and fry with that large meal?" ... Need I specify more? Anyways, the employees just don't seem to care about their job. I'd say on any normal day, "who can blame them?" But it's my money and meal on the line for this order. If I pay 15 bucks on lunch, I don't particularly care if the employees are underpaid I don't expect to be screwed over because of such unfortunate circumstances.

I had a early flight to catch thought I’d stop and get some breakfast since I was a bit early and hungry sat in line a while usual whataburger fashion long line get to the front I’m already antsy to get to the airport and my stomach is growling now they give me the wrong order I could tell by the drink that the order was wrong so I tell them I had a coffee this is wrong they start arguing about who’s fault it was they ended up blaming the other customer who had taken the bigger order like it was his responsibility to check the order they moved us up and we waited about 15 mins I couldn’t wait so I got dropped off to the airport without my food my wife did go back but the food still wasn’t ready so she didn’t even have time to bring it to me

More than once, I have ordered Sausage Egg and cheese taquitos and received egg only taquitos… this morning it took 25 minutes for 2 taquitos and a burger and once again I received egg only taquitos.

Have always had a good food experience. But this last time will be our last at this location in Nederland. Burger Cold, even cheese like came out of refrigerator...workers loud very slow and we were the only ones inside. Did not order correct.

Absolutely horrible service. You only get one star because I can't leave zero. My wife took our granddaughter there for lunch today (08/02/25). She ordered a burger combo for herself. Behind the cashier is a sign that says you can add a child's meal for $4 with the purchase of an adult meal. She was charged $6.80 for our granddaughter's meal. When the food was brought to the table, there was no patty on my wife's burger. How do you forget the patty? She took the tray back to the counter and showed the employee, the employee said "I'll need to see your receipt" Seriously? But my wife showed her receipt and was told "OK we'll bring you a fresh meal" When the second tray come out, it was just the burger. When my wife asked about the fries, she was told "You already got your fries". No, she was told that she would get a fresh meal.

My food was undercooked as you can see in the picture that is no filter.my meat is pink. It is reddish I asked for well done not medium rare and they did get me a refund with no problem though

Whattaburger is to Texas what In-N-Out Burger is to California and Shake shack is to New York. What an amazing disappointment. Expensive and cold the burger was so cold. It didn’t even melt the American cheese! The french fries were meh and the “hot wings“ are really nothing more than chicken nuggets with buffalo sauce. This is twice I’ve been to Whattaburger with the same results in two very different cities. I definitely will not be back.
