This was the second time in two weeks that we got the bacon cheese steak. We've gotten it for years and it's always good. But these last two times it's had the best flavor ever. Don't know what's different, but please keep it up, and thanks!

Every time I visit Port Arthur for the Gun Shows, I have to stop at my favorite spot Lubys. This Lubys is always a 5 star experience. The Cod Fish was fresh, the bacon cheese steak was delicious, and a friendly staff. If your looking for some down home cooking stop by.

We went to eat on Thanksgiving and there was a line out the door. This Luby’s location has great customer service! The employees were working hard and all had smiles. This is the customer service everyone can appreciate! The food was great too. This Luby’s location is a community treasure.

So super AMAZING! Best homemade taste. Super clean dining room, service was kind and didn't make me feel uncomfortable about dining out, thanks to Mr. Benjamin Booker GM. We also ended up picking up some sides and rolls on Thanksgiving without a pre-order and can I just say that there were some super happy kids at the table this year 😁

My liver and onions it is very tender and delicious. All of the ladies here was very nice I'm the people that fix the food and the people that came to our table and the lady asked we need it salt or pepper she was being nice for I needed. Everyone had a smile 😃

If you have an iron deficiency, get Lubys flFrench Broiled Liver. This is the only place that I eat liver. I like the way it's prepared at Lubys.

The roast beef was very tender and had a very good bold flavor. I liked the texture of the potato salad but my husband thought it was a bit chunky. The corn was really sweet and tender. The green beans were tasty and the garden salad was fresh and crisp. Our waitress was very busy helping so many patrons but was kind, apologetic, and helpful despite working so many tables.

Liver tough and lots of gristle. Mashed potatoes with white gravy very good. Mustard greens very good. Strawberry pie wasn't pie., it was cake in a parfait dish but good. Servers and dining room staff great.

I ordered a DoorDash order. Didn’t get my drink, got two sodas instead of lemonade. Didn’t get the ranch I paid for, nor did I get my cucumber salad or the extra gravy. Phone keeps hanging up on me!

I'm giving it 1 star, because I can't give it zero. I haven't been to Luby's since I was a child. This food is an assault on flavor and taste. Everything is cold and bland. My mom had to ask them to microwave her plate. Eating here for Thanksgiving was a mistake! Never again. Every dish is bad from the appetizer to the dessert. The only thing that isn't trash here is the soda and the water.
