The pizza was very good with plenty of the toppings we ordered. The spicy oil topping (that we added from a cruet at the table) added a layer of heat and spice that made the pizza distinctively different and very tasty. They also had a nice selection of craft beers and a good Chardonnay. We ordered one pizza for the two of us, which was plenty for dinner, then we ordered a second one to go.

The best gluten free pizza I’ve had!

Was excited to get a place on the water for a late lunch with no wait on a weekend. Loved the walls of heroes showing local FD and PD members. Beautiful building and views of the water. Food was delicious and staff great. Why only pizza?, this place would be amazing with a bigger menu, wings/ Burgers and an acoustic singer on the deck or inside on the weekend. The bar is great and lots of large tv's with the soccer game on everyone enjoyed. Loved it still.

The Port Chester Colony Grill location is probably my favorite! The outdoor patio along the Byram River and Port Chester Harbor is beautiful. Staff is friendly and bartenders are generous with their pours. Can't wait to return.

Love Colony Grill as a casual pizza spot. Their menu is very very simple - only pizza. Bar pies with a few ingredient add-ons. But we like these pizzas better than most in the area. My boyfriend gets the stinger and hot oil pizza and says it’s a nice heat- not burn your mouth. 🔥

Colony Grill in Port Chester has a really nice vibe that makes it a great spot to hang out with friends or family. While the menu is limited, what they do offer, they do really well. The standout for me is their signature hot oil pizza with cherry peppers—a perfect mix of heat and flavor that keeps me coming back. The service is pretty good, and there’s plenty of seating, so you rarely have to wait long. Right on the water, fantastic ambience and a very comfortable place to hang out, get some drinks, and grub. Please note they ONLY serve pizza here. There are no other food items on the menu. Not even appetizers or dessert. It’s a little deceiving given the name. However, they have a healthy selection of drinks. And, it’s still a fun and lively place to hang with friends or even bring a date.

We, meaning me and my husband, loved it! Our friends recommended us this place. We are so glad that we did follow up. Even the treacherous COVID couldn’t dampen our spirits and love for pizza! The restaurant staff was really nice, and had all COVID precautions in place! A big thumbs up 👍

Best thin crust pizza ever! Been a fan of Stamford location for 20 years and so happy they opened a Port Chester location! Best mushroom, bacon, and hot oil pies ever!!! They also have outdoor seating with a view of Port Chester harbor. Another thing I really enjoy are the framed photo’s that line 3 of the 4 walls paying tribute to Veterans in PC including Port Chester Icon Goldie Solomon! Goldie is PC’s #1 supporter and was a Nurse during WWII who attended all school events, veteran tributes and village celebrations in PC for the past 25 years, at least!

This restaurant only has pizza, but the pizza is amazing! Plenty of space, and it is great for big gatherings. The bartender George had a smile on his face and was very attentive!!

My husband had been telling us about this Connecticut pizza and how good it was. So we decided to go try it. We had three: stinger with hot oil, bacon with hot oil, and sausage with hot oil. The best was bacon with hot oil. They were not crumbled up bacon but whole pieces of glorious bacon. The crust was super thin and crispy. The stinger (Serrano peppers) was too spicy for us and I thought the peppers had no flavor although my husband said it was smoky. There wasn’t a lot of sausage on the sausage pizza. The oil was not that hot and made the pizza greasy but it was still pretty good.

I went on a Friday night, it was very hard to find parking. I ended up parking in the Costco parking lot. The restaurant was really busy, so I opted for take out. The pizza was really good, I recommend trying hot oil with stingers and with a glass of Pepsi.

Addictive and delicious hot oil pizza. The salad pizza is also a hit(tip: order it with cheese and sauce). Photos of war vets cover the walls. Quick, friendly service. Quality is consistent at all their locations!

The pizza is good for a thin crust. They're consistently good. For some reason I dont view it as an entire meal, just a really big snack. I could easily down 2-3 of those pizzas in one sitting. The whole experience is lacking something that I just can't put my finger on and I won't let that feeling overshadow the dinner. However there is beauty in the menu's simplicity in that it doesn't over complicate the experience. The staff is great. My one complaint is that I found myself shouting to my friend because it was so loud that we couldn't hear each other.

Overall, this place is great. My kids love it and I love the super simple menu. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is they tend to be chintzy with some of their toppings. I ordered a Sausage and Onion pizza and it was loaded with raw onion and very little sausage. A couple of slices barely had any sausage on it. I was basically eating a raw onion pizza with the occasional flavor of sausage when I managed to get both toppings in a bite. I guess they measure how much topping goes on each pie based on cost of inventory? or I just got unlucky that day? I would gladly pay extra to have the proper amount of a topping placed on the pizza. Maybe they should offer that?

Down to earth place for pizza and beer. They only serve thin crust personal pizza with limited toppings but it is affordable and goes well with their selection of beer on tap, bottles and cans. They also have limited selection of wines/cider and a full bar. Good place to hang out after work or watch sports in multiple screens while munching on pizza and chasing it with brew. Service is friendly and fast.

Pizza is "razor thin and crispy" but $2.65 for tap "all ice" seltzer - with no refill - is neither "kid friendly" or fitting for Port Chester. Love the pics of home-town veterans. All around 4.5 stars but had to pick either 4 or 5. We'll see upon the next visit. UPDATE: In response to the comments concerning the $2.65 seltzer they’ve since changed the cup size to a kids glass and kept the price LOL.Second visit we asked for extra sauce and it came out “ice cold” from the fridge. Management truly aims to please so whatever mistakes and nickel & dining that may occur can be somewhat overlooked. 4.5 stars.

The Other Curmudgeon says: The restaurant's signature feature seems to be something called "hot oil"; I'm not sure if it's hot-spicy or hot-heated; it was neither. It's listed as a topping option, but we didn't ask for it, yet the pizza we got was oily in the extreme. You have to eat it over something you don't mind dripping on, like the table or a paper plate, which they provide. The sausage was plentiful; the mushrooms seemed a little scant; and the black olives were as abundant as rules at a co-operative apartment building. The pizza has good fold. This, I believe, is an essential criterion for true New York style pizza. You have to be able to fold it in half so you can eat it while walking down a crowded sidewalk. Of course, the oil dripping from the crease kind of militates against actually doing that with this pizza, but structurally the Colony Grill pizza meets the requirement. It's a success, too, in terms of crunch, another vital characteristic of New York style pizza. The pie we had definitely is one of the crunchiest I've ever had, and no matter where I go in the world (with two exceptions: Chicago and Austin), New York Style is my preference these days. But none has had the crunch of this pizza. So mark that down as a Yes. The last discernible criterion is undercarriage. This has to do with the structural integrity of the crust. Does the narrow tip of the slice droop under the weight of the ingredients? Is it soggy, or has it cooked evenly in the oven? Is the thickness uniform from tip to rim? This one was successful, on all points. So I guess you'd have to say this was a high-quality New York style pizza. The only aspect of it that I wasn't completely happy with was all that damn oil dripping all over the place.

Pizza is very good and I am a pizza snob. There's not too much I like. One of the slices in my pie came out with what looked like a thumbprint in the middle of it. Ok..um .yuk. They immediately replaced the slice with a fresh one. The pizza is so good I can overlook that. And they redeemed themselves by correcting the situation. I'll go back.

I love this restaurant! The pizza is nice and thin and holds its shape when you hold it up. Doesn’t flop. There’s a bunch of solid toppings you can pick from. Food is also consistent. The only bad part is that there is legit nothing else on the menu, legit just pizza and beer! A classic though.

A legendary spot for hot oil pizza—and it delivers. The crust is thin, the kick is real, and the vibe is buzzy and classic. That said, I have to admit: Riko’s Pizza in Stamford (started by former Colony staff) edges them out. Riko’s is thinner, crispier, and has just a bit more flavor punch. Still, Colony is worth the visit for the history and great energy.

Amazing thin crust pizza in true new york fashion. Located in Port Chester and Stamford. The Port Chester outlet is pretty massive (used to be a hardware store), with a big parking lot, and very rustic, cosy vibes as per how a nice old school cocktail bar should look and feel like. Pizza servings are enormously huge - about 6-8 slices per personal pan. You select your own toppings on top of the pizza at $1.95 each topping. Amazing service too and really loved the pizza. Well done, fresh ingredients and crusts were toasted to perfection. Absolutely love a try if you are around the area. Prices are super reasonable for its portion and quality. Also a really cool spot to just relax and enjoy a game of football over a nice cold beer at the counter bar. Large parking space available outside.

Very good thin crust pizza pie! The service at the bar was excellent. I never heard of Hot Oil before so I had to try it. Spicy Oil would be a better description. It doesn’t affect the crispness of the crust. It just adds a hot & spicy bite to the pie. This is a hidden gem that needs to be experienced at least once in a lifetime. I’ll be back! This is the kind of place that you bring your best friend.

The waiter was very short with us, rushed right over to get our orders with no time to check the menu. Then when we got our drinks they dropped it off without a word and didn’t even open the small wine bottle. Each time it seemed like they wanted us to leave. Not impressed at all of this “pizza joint”. Pizza tasted like a thin crust Digiorno. Yes this place has great view but I’d take a good pizza over a good view. The pizza’s are 9.99 without toppings, but if you want more they are 1.75 ea. The pizza was a little burnt on the bottom, didn’t realize till I started eating it. I could taste it with every bite. Won’t be returning.

This Bar turn pizza station is a basic no frills , no Glamorous items. The menu and its limited choices is all there is like 10 items.

Hi, this is a great place to have a beer or watch a game but at the end of the day it’s just an above average slice. The crust is OK but it seems like it’s frozen. It’s probably a step above Elio’s respectfully…. I mean there’s much better slices you can have in Westchester, NY…Johnnies is a great slice.

The last time we were here was when they first opened. The pizza was okay, but not like Colony in Stamford, which we love! We thought maybe the pans needed to be seasoned. Today, we went back. Unfortunately, the pies were virtually tasteless. Joe had pepperoni and sausage; I had plain cheese. The sauce and cheese were tasteless. The meats have minimum taste. This explains why on a Monday at 1230pm, there were only about 12 people, including us there. Sorry, Colony. You don't deserve another chance.

I tried colony pizza at Yankee Stadium. I would not recommend it. The bottom wasn't cooked and greasy.. I have it in Stamford and Milford CT. At those locations I highly recommend the pizza. Sorry Yankee Stadium

The music in Port Cheater is obnoxious. Loud, stupid music SO loud you have to shout to be heard. My buddies and I have stopped coming because we can’t talk to each other. Table service is a lost cause. Waited an over half hour to get a pizza. Pathetic.

Halfway decent pizza but cocktails were not great wine is served in something like a Flintstones jelly glass and I'm still waiting for the silverware I asked for 12 hours ago

We just had food delivered via their website, and the delivery guy, who I do not blame, was on a bike with the temp outside at 29 degrees. Our pizza was Stone cold!! Normally, this does not happen, but hey, think twice about the delivery method in cold weather

Manager on duty completly insensitive about my girlfriends allergies and dietary restrictions. Did not have courtesy of coming and speaking to us directly about her having pre-prepared food. Server, Victor S., was respectful and handled situation as best he could. Recommendation, Manager who worked on 6/8 should be re-trained or fired for not being able to deal with situation accordingly! Made my entire party feel alienated and horrible. Also establishment fails to put notices about outside food on front door.

What a terrible experience. My family and I were refused entry simply because my young daughter was carrying a McDonald's Happy Meal. The complete lack of consideration for a child was appalling. This policy made us feel unwelcome and disrespected. We certainly won't be giving them our business again.

It was 9pm. Google says closes at 11. The only one serving was the bartender. It was our first time there and certainly will be our last. As soon as we got a booth he was there asking what pizza we wanted. We didn't even get situated or was able to look at the menu. We said we needed to look first, so he asked for drinks. I said two waters and 2 diet Cokes. 15 minutes later he comes back with 3 waters and one diet coke. I said we ordered two. He said he will get it. Then took our order. Another 10- 15 minutes before he brought the soda over. Meanwhile I'm witnessing him drying glasses during that time. It wasn't busy at all. 3 tables and 2 people at the bar. Another 20 minutes go by and the pizzas come out. I ask for garlic powder and he said he will bring it. The pizzas were are all burned. I didn't say anything because we were already almost an hour there. He never came back too being the garlic it all if they came out ok. He was just standing behind the bar doing more glasses and talking. He finally came over when he saw we had finished. I have worked in restaurants for over 20 years. That is bad training. I have never received that horrible of service in my life!
