Order was done to perfection. Excellent team at this location. Asked for extra Mac sauce on my big Mac and I must say they did the job right and weren't cheap at all. Employees were very friendly and fast paced.

This my go to place place on Fridays when we can't have meat. Their filet O' fish is really great, quite reasonable too, for 2 sandwiches for $6.

Very respectful workers and great customer service. I had just some from a rude experience at Chipotle, and they smiled and greeted me. Any questions I usually have, they're free to answer. Good job, McDonald's.

Many things like; good new modified building, check-out by credit card and cash, new quick do it yourself check-out machine payment, floor looks as new as ever before and shiny I can see my reflection, & good new table & seating area, and very nice friendly wonderful funny-fun to be and to talk too!!!!!!!

This is my favorite McDonald’s. The food is better presented than other locations. And I like it because I feel safer compared to the ones where people are arguing.

It's so tiny after the remodel but the staff are kind helpful and awesome. Great customer service and same fast food goodness.

They always get our order right! That’s a huge plus! Staff is friendly and work very efficiently!

Grabbed a coffee from here early in the morning. Even though it was very busy the staff moved the line very quick. Many other ordering breakfast items at the time and you could tell the staff was hustling. I only got a coffee, which was good. Inside was very clean and we'll maintained.

Recently moved to this area from Florida and I must commend the management at this store. Due to move, and working hard setup new place we have been opting for nearby fast food and we have been pleasantly surprised. The service has been great, and the food has been hot and good!! Even the fries have been like what McDonald's used to always be like. Great job at this McDonald's store!!! Each time I have stopped in has been worth it. Even the rolls were properly caramelized!! I had given up on McDonald's in Florida. Each time I chose to stop I was throughly disappointed... Each time saying to myself, "what a waste of money, im not returning". Good to be back up north, and a nice plus to live close to a properly run McDonald's location!!

It was nice a brand new store,but I wish they had to make more spacious bathrooms, just for a person use and people line up outside to wait for their turn.

This McDonald's is clean, up to date with all the bells and whistles for easy ordering. Conveniently located, fast friendly service. I'm lovin it

Smallish but clean. Decent parking lot (again, small). Food was cold and hard (ordered breakfast). Air was too strong on the morning I went there (draft). As always, staff was courteous and professional. Clean, one-person-at-a-time bathroom.

People who work here are very friendly and helpful always with a smile, food is served promptly the only reason I give it a 4 star is because they recently did a remodeling of the restaurant and although it looks very nice and they add the machines to improve service they made the area where you can seat to eat smaller. I thought they were gonna make it bigger that's all.

Good McDonald's with a clean, modern interior. Food was great. Only complaint is that the outdoor seating area is right where the drive-thru is do there is always an idling car nearby.

Very clean, quick and friendly service,. Only thing which is not bad is the bathroom is for one person only so if you have a big group your gonna have to wait for your turn.

It's a Mikey D's so the food was as expected (that was a compliment). The seating inside was limited AND could use some IMPROVEMENT, functional yes but it wasn't very nice. However you could order at the counter or on one of their 4 kiosk set ups (or off your phone). The Kiosk option was kind of cool.

The workers are friendly but ever since the remodeling less people eating inside since you have less seating space. Also self ordering becomes a wait on the pickup side now. *edit The new redesign is very poorly done, only 1 register now and I haven't seen how it is during lunch hour but I'm not sure if it's trying to force people to use the app or what but the whole left side is just a wall now. Update the new redesign sucks!! It looks like a walled off city

Sometimes this place is quick and other times it takes 10 minutes just to get to the counter. Completely unpredictable.

I hate Mcdonalds but for my brother I went. I still dont like it but staff were nice and bathroom pretty sanatary. I feel like too many artificients in the food. And it is very rubish.

No drive thru and no counter to get ketchup and bbq sauce. Careful and don't drop your meal while getting it. Bring meal to the table and go back for it.

Nice McDonald's but should have a drive-through and doesn't. They forgot to give my drinks but were very polite and accommodating when I pointed it out.

This McDonald's was located in a small quiet town but it's on a major road which could be a hassle to get in and out of during rush hour. I did not like that it was one way entrance and exit because you have to go through the long parking lot around the drive-thru to the other side to exit the parking lot. It would have been more convenient If they had a white two-way entrance/exit. I really like McDonald's food. But like any other fast food restaurants, the prices have increased so much that it is no longer convenient to get fast food.

No explanation of the pick 2 menu. You have to ask the cashier who doesn't really know. No menu board, just a video ad for pick 2.

Renovated, auto kiosk. Very limited seating. Good luck if you need salt, pepper or ketchup. You'll have to request it from the floor person who only carries a few packets in her dirty looking apron. I had to leave my table twice to ask her for more of this apparently rationed ketchup. Reluctantly, she handed over 3 more packets. I must say, the food was hot and tasty. The service and set-up was lousy.

Service and food OK, but it is 6:30 in the morning and they have this annoying disco type music playing. It ruins the experience. Go accross the streetto Dunkins, it may be quieter.

Default iced coffee should not have 10 sugars and 4 creams. It should be black and you can add to it. This was almost a Frappuccino.

Your order will almost always be wrong here. Or missing something. But who doesnt want MCD Fries.

Pretty quiet, clean, but poor service, and employees are not very attentive. The manager; a very short man with a bad attitude towards customers and employees. He acts like a dictator.

I ordered a coffee with cream it still looked black I asked for more cream it still looked dark I asked for decaf said the coffee must be made to strong it still was dark a worker is holding the cup of coffee with no lid and talking to another worker and im thinking no covid precautions while I'm waiting for them to finish their conversation. Had to dump half the coffee out the cup and use 6 or7 creams to make the coffee look like it had cream in it. Never ordering coffee at this McDonald's my dissatisfaction was a unwanted distraction that they took some time between other customers to solve should not be.

Revised from 5 star down to constantly dirty. I have been eating at Wendy's because this McDonald's is always dirty lately. Plus the menu offers nothing even slightly healthy. McDonald's is going downhill.

The young at the register was very polite. Yet, for the young woman who was doing curbside gave such attitude towards us at the soda machine also rolled here eyes not even an Excuse me just totally rude. Not customer service at its finest!!! Also, we waited longer for our food that our food was being prepared after the young lady at the register asked if we received our order, we said no. They have been waiting for a bit. Our order was removed from the prompters & had to reorder it verbally again!! Sad to say but our first time there was not very pleasant.

No drive-thru and they do not monitor the curbside pickup stations -- people just park there to go into the restaurant -- so it's impossible to be efficient, which is what McDonald's is supposed to be all about.

Terrible restaurant. I think they intentionally turn off their online app system when it gets busy so they don't have to serve the mobile orders and bring out the food. Orders won't go through but you get charged anyway. Trying to get your money back is an exercise in futility. No drive through. Go elsewhere. I recently read that over 40% of McDonald's business is drive thru. As this location has no drive thru that might explain why they can not properly service their customers.

The manager is very lazy. I asked for honey, she asked an employer if they had any in Spanish, the employer said they had it in the back. The manager told me in English that they didn’t have any honey at all. I told her in Spanish that I heard what the employer had said and she told me in a very rude tone that in that case I had to wait a while for the honey. She had me waiting for about 10 min until the employer saw me and went to the back to get me the honey. Very poor customer service skills.

Just went here Dec 10th, regrettably, last Friday and a young cashier was sneezing and coughing with out covering himself. Sure enough i’ve been ill these last week with fever, chills, incredible headaches and night sweats where I have to change shirts 3x a night. My guess is this covid but not sure. Please beware and if you have a similar experience please share it.

How is something in Greenwich this bad you thi know money would buy better service but the people here not only don't speak English very well but can't even make an order when the establishment is empty. I walked out on food I had already paid for because the service took so long; "fast food"

Do i even have to rate? They put bacon in my sandwich and when i called them, she blamed it on the uber driver saying the uber driver ordered it that way for me. Worst "manager" i have ever encountered.

#332 & #331. - got flies in the lemonade, showed them ...changed ...again and again flies... changed again and again ....flies -- finally after 6 lemonades I got my two lemonades with out flies but then I realized the flies must be in the lemonade container itself cause they always wash the jars ... so I left them there and told them to change the container... think of it I used to eat here at least 10 times a week .....crazy.....

Ordered two snack wrap meals that took about 20mins to make. Wraps were good fries were halfway to being cold. We did not receive our drinks until I had to go up and repeatedly ask to be either ignored or partially listened to so I’d shut up, so I didn’t receive our second drink which was an extra $2 (orange juice). The employees were rude and extremely dismissive.

For a fast food place with no drive-thru, I expected a delay but not the confusion that I found. Not knowing where those who ordered vs those waiting stood while staff all seemed engaged in completing orders. Just too chaotic. I left without being served after 5 minutes and no line.

The redesign is disgraceful, yuck. McDonald's has lost the plot. A completely unwelcoming vibe. I walked in.. Walked right out. From removing everyday deals ppl actually use from the app, leaving points for things no one wants, to a stale repetitive menu, limited time nonsense, and now stark corporate lifeless vibe. There is little to no reason to ever go to McDonald's!

I don’t understand why it’s so hard to walk into a McDonald’s and ask for freshly cooked meal and actually get a freshly cooked meal (not burgers or nuggets that have been sitting in there warmers for god knows how long. For now and on whenever I walk into a McDonald’s im going to ask to speak to manager first and place order with the manager, it’s ridiculous 9 out of 10 time after requesting freshly cooked meal I keep getting food sitting in there warmers, I’ve gotten sick 3 separate time eating there burgers that were sitting in warmers, which is why I request freshly made. White Castle does freshly made why can’t you McDonald’s? At least listen to your customers request. >:(

Disaster manager. l do Door Dash delivery. When I came to pick up an order she totally screwed. she lost order in the system. After 20 minutes she finally gave me a sandwich without a drink. On my question where is drink she just said “I don’t have any, just pick up burger, I’m too busy now.” And left. Of course I sent a report on her to DoorDash. Such disgusting and unprofessional manager disgrace McDonald's as a company and humiliate people who work there. Shame!

I placed an order here and then needed to go to the bathroom. The door was locked and no one was inside. I asked the staff to open the door. A young, thin male staff member did not knock on the door to verify and directly told me that someone was inside and would not help me. Open the door. Please don’t bring discriminatory eyes to work. Don't like this place.
