Love it... the mini bagels with crem chesse its amazing....

Always is a good stop for a doughnut 🍩 and a good coffee or hot chocolate.

Typical Dunkin, but smaller compared to others. Limited seating, and parking. I would say this is more of a grab-n-go spot during peak hours, than a relax-n-sip spot.

They don't have Bavarian cream but they got everything else and the service is good

It was a good place. Kind of average, nothing better, nothing worse. I got a coffee and Boston cream, and it was normal.

Pickup order was prepared and ready for me when I walked in. Staff was friendly. Size of parking lot could use improvement, not enough parking for the number of costumers and larger vehicles have a hard time fitting.

Manager is great. Knows me by name. True customer service you don’t get anymore. As a restaurant GM myself the guy with the glasses in the morning is phenomenal I honestly should know his name as well but I don’t :(. I’ll ask next time.

Dunkie Junkie in the house! The espresso is always hot and fresh. I'm surprised at the amount of times they are out of specific donuts but I guess that just means they are always making a fresh batch

Typical Dunkin Donuts. Friendly and quick staff. Food is what you would expect. Parking and getting around Putnam in this area can be a hassle at busier times.

Overall okay pretty disorganized inside and no seating available they took away all the chairs so definitely knocking one star off for that.

Good Dunkin' Donuts in a convienent location. Half way between New York and New Haven, this place works if you're driving to or from CT from NY

This is the place that the traffic is out of the street and the customers are very much welcome that is until you or they have their coffee and then it's an all right war

Ah! Donuts and coffee. I like the chocolate donut and the glazed sticks best. The donuts here are better than most bakeries. They are just sweet enough to compliment the coffee or tea that you order. Place could use some updating on the decor. That orange and brown needs to go. The decor needs to be warm and welcoming not garish and ugly. Too bad. I miss the AARP special. I was told they got rid of it because it was age discrimination. But if you live on a fixed income it was nice. The government uses false data to make sure people on social security get the lowest cost of living increase possible. And the money that we contributed all our working lives is being given to people as freebies who should never be part of social security. Shame,shame on the government. They should start using the correct data and give us retirees what we earned and deserve!

Busy, but good service for a 5 drink order

Busy shop on west Putnam Ave (US route 1). No drive thru or outdoor seating available. The inside space is cozy, comfy and good for groups or for dining alone. Male and female restrooms available inside as well as high seats. Parking is adequate as the parking spaces wrap_around the building itself.

No drive through, it's ur average dunkin, orders are sometimes wrong and they tend to burn the sandwiches a little bit, but overall decent value

The manager/supervisor who works the mornings is awesome. Everyone else here acts very shady with attitude and looks at me crazy, and I dont even do anything to deserve it. Makes me pretty uncomfortable, but at the end of the day I like the coffee.

Can't sit inside,never have what I'm looking for and staff is always new and inexperienced.I got sick after eating here.its more than 1 bad experience it's many. I have to drive out of the way now, I will no longer come to this Dunkin.

The past two times I came here the cashier and another barista gave me an attitude when taking my order. I get my coffee to start my day on a good note but then when I come in here the atmosphere is shady and not welcoming. No thanks.

The gentleman in the mornings with the glasses is 5 stars. Everyone else especially the younger girls are 1 star… Waited nearly 20min for one coffee and then get attitude when I ask if it’s close to being done. It’s one coffee…..

It says they are open till 11pm but the workers throw everything out by 10:15 every night.

Kindness is too much to ask here. :)

I asked for a black medium cold brew with 4 pumps of Carmel very simple, I got a medium Carmel cold brew with cream and 4 pumps of hazelnut swirl, and the icing on the cake was that I was the only one in the store.

Rude employees. My sandwich was cold. They made my late wrong twice and the donut was stale. I have been to over 20 dunkin donuts and this has to be the worst one.

I got a small item in the cafe as a piece of food please be careful with hygiene in each drink I hope not to be affected by any drink since I consume very constant

We tried to come here during a long trip for some coffee and a bathroom break at 10pm, but the Google hours are not accurate. They closed at 9.

Let me start off by saying I love Dunkin' Donuts coffee. This DD, however, is horrible. I don't know if it's because they have a bunch of teenagers employed there, or the non-English speaking woman who answered the phone when I called to complain, but this location is LACKING. At 3:00 pm when everyone likes to have a nice hot coffee we went there and the coffee was AT LEAST 3 hours old. It was bitter and tasteless. They will be LUCKY if our office ever goes there again for coffee.

2 Times now I have ordered egg and cheese sandwiches/wraps and they forgot the egg. Both times on 2 sandwiches?? Not acceptable when the order is a simple bacon egg and cheese....thats 33% of the item missing.

Was just there with my son with tourette's who has vocal tics...I was appalled by the Male worker behind the counter that made the comment "Oh My God Ugh" because of my sons vocal tic. Dunkin bad move and I will never enter that location again. I will say the 2 ladies behind the counter treated my son kindly with no comments. Beyond upset

This morning ordered two of the new bacon supreme omelette sandwiches and got something completely different. Cold egg thing with dry bacon, no cheese and an English muffin. Shouldn't have to check to make sure I got what I ordered....

Like all dunkin donuts , they hire kids who cannot make a consistent cup of coffee. They hand you a cup of hot milk , devoid of coffee. And take forever to make a simple thing.

How can a company let their employees disrespect someone whether you’re a friend or not? Took the matter to the manager and he did nothing about it just made matters worse! And after making the complaint against a certain employee he’s still there!!

Horrible customer service came here from NY and stopped by to get something and while I was waiting to be asked for my order the lady with the light brown hair completely ignored me and called the lady in line behind me up first because she knew her. RUDE!

The DD’s in this town have REALLY gone downhill. Substandard food quality, bad hygiene and worst of all the poor customer service ! Long wait times, incomplete orders, cold food….all served with a side of attitude. Not a fan & no longer a customer. Greenwich should NOT “run on Dunkin’ “! Get them out of town please! If you are ordering any kind of bagels and ask for creme cheese, be prepared to be disgusted. The workers here will not take the time and energy to at least consider the amount to use and to evenly distribute/spread the cheese. You will end up with a bulk of cheese in between your bagel slices — a bulk that looks like a scoop of ice cream. This will happen no matter how slowly, clearly or respectfully you ask for them. The disappointment tempts anybody to conclude that workers here don’t care about their jobs.

Rude employees. Went to get more creamer in my boiling hot coffee and one employee ignored me for 5 minutes to talk to two girls he just gave free coffee too. Finally got my coffe back and the cup was covered in coffee and so hot I burnt my tounge and could even taste my dry blueberry muffin.

If they understood english your order would be correct, they cant toast a bagel if their lives depended on it. The service sucks because they barely understand what your ordering. A waste of money. The ice coffee they serve taste like flavored milk. Not recommended at all.
