The gentleman in the mornings with the glasses is 5 stars. Everyone else especially the younger girls are 1 star… Waited nearly 20min for one coffee and then get attitude when I ask if it’s close to being done. It’s one coffee…..

Their so recces and every time I go they give me mean looks that workers are not nice every time I go their make my drinks so bad or half way i came in yesterday and ordered matcha I swear it tasted like straight up milk with a little taste of matcha and don’t even fill it to the top all give two photos of a half filled one and that the other one looks like milk that male workers are way nicer worst dunkin ever

The Dunkin Dounts staff. Can't speak very good English and when they do understand. They have a look like am i going to get a tip well I am not going to do it. Because I have to feel like that is required to do. And I have done it but the service is very lousy.!!!

Every single time i order it takes super long its not like there short staffed. The ladies here talk alot it seems to get in the way of them doing there job efficiently. Theres alot to mention. Ive given a big benefit of doudt, every single i get service here im reminded of why i should not cone here unless its necessary

Complete unprofessionalism and “shade” from the FEMALE staff. All of them! I have come in on more than one occasion, and I’ve been completely ignored. Literally standing there for seconds before I’m even acknowledged or helped! I don’t know if it’s my skin color or just a lack of quality service. The DD’s in this town have REALLY gone downhill. Substandard food quality, bad hygiene and worst of all the poor customer service ! Long wait times, incomplete orders, cold food….all served with a side of attitude. Not a fan & no longer a customer. Greenwich should NOT “run on Dunkin’ “! Get them out of town please! If you are ordering any kind of bagels and ask for creme cheese, be prepared to be disgusted. The workers here will not take the time and energy to at least consider the amount to use and to evenly distribute/spread the cheese. You will end up with a bulk of cheese in between your bagel slices — a bulk that looks like a scoop of ice cream. This will happen no matter how slowly, clearly or respectfully you ask for them. The disappointment tempts anybody to conclude that workers here don’t care about their jobs.

Rude employees. Went to get more creamer in my boiling hot coffee and one employee ignored me for 5 minutes to talk to two girls he just gave free coffee too. Finally got my coffe back and the cup was covered in coffee and so hot I burnt my tounge and could even taste my dry blueberry muffin.

If they understood english your order would be correct, they cant toast a bagel if their lives depended on it. The service sucks because they barely understand what your ordering. A waste of money. The ice coffee they serve taste like flavored milk. Not recommended at all.
