This is my favorite Panda Express even though I have to drive thru traffic to get there. But it's worth it. Great speedy service and they are fair with the amount of food they serve. Great customer service.

Panda is good occasionally I had it for lunch the other day and I enjoyed it something I wouldn't eat all the time though

Haven't eaten here in a couple years and the food used to be great for a fast food meal. I must say I was very disappointed in our food tonight. we ordered two bowls with different sides and entrees. Everything was greasy and not very flavorful. I ordered honey sesame chicken and honestly I had to dig to find a couple of measly pieces of soggy chicken underneaths greasy chop suey. My husband ordered the sirloin beef and said it was rubbery and ended up tossing half of his meal. Next time we'll pay a little bit more and order from Mandarin House. Consistently delicious.

The place is not consistent; sometimes great food and service and sometimes not. My bowl today sat on the counter without a lid. When I asked for one the server bent down coughing in the direction of my food to get one under the counter. I mentioned this to the cashier and she could only look down. I had stopped going here for ten years because of black hairs in my food.

Unfortunately the food here is mediocre and overpriced. I ordered a 2 item plate including teriyaki chicken and mushroom chicken. I got more veggies than chicken. Also ordered an overpriced side of broccoli beef which had very little beef-if any. The side container was the smallest small side I have ever received-more like a babies portion. (With the baby still hungry after this portion). Fried rice was dried out as was chow mein. Staff seemed a bit miffed because I asked them to correct my order (because they got it wrong). I would not return.

Lines were so long here. For 21 minutes, the ladies serving started calling out online orders repeatedly instead of preparing the food that had just been ordered. Not sure why there are only bursts of work being done and there’s no sense of any urgency to all orders. They also decided to talk about jobs with a guy instead of serving people. Then the guy overordered and didn’t have enough money, which kept stalling the mall. They also were super stingy on the orange chicken and beef we ordered.

This time I didn’t care for the Orange chicken, I don’t know if my taste buds changed but it was just awful. The honey walnut shrimp was delicious though and always has been, I love it. Staff was okay, table was really dirty and we actually had to clean it because of how dirty it was. The atmosphere is nothing special. I had never noticed before that honey walnut shrimp is a premium price which is disappointing that they charge more for it. Overall experience was not note worthy and only enjoyable thing from this place was the shrimp. Price Point ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cleanliness was a 0 Staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Atmosphere ⭐️⭐️ Food ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Worst service ever. They do not give you any sauce, and when you ask for extra sauce they only guve you what they should of gave you on your order 2 little packets. Panda is getting so bad that I do not think I will ever go back.

Placed an online order and was ignored when I went to pick it up. Only after clearing the line was I acknowledged. Food portions were tiny and had been sitting out for quite some time. My honey walnut shrimp looked like it had literally been scraped off the bottom of a barrel. Store also does not answer phone either, have been trying to get ahold of someone to resolve this and they do not seem interested

I got the walnut shrimp and they literally only gave me 5 little shrimp. The egg in the fried rice was burned here and there and it had a burned after taste. The lady who served me wasn't very welcoming it looks like she hated her job. If your military just go to the panda on base, way better service and better food

I had a terrible experience at Panda Express recently, and I feel it needs to be addressed. I ordered a bowl with Super Greens and Angus Steak, which was supposed to cost $8.80. I added an extra portion and was informed it would be an additional $1.50 for the premium item, which was fine. However, when I got to checkout, my total came out to $15—nearly double what I was expecting! To make matters worse, the employee at the counter (a heavier-set man) clearly didn’t know what he was doing. He was disorganized, confused, and unable to explain why the price was so high. Instead of resolving the issue, I was left feeling frustrated and cheated. This level of incompetence and lack of clarity is unacceptable. Panda Express needs to train their staff better and ensure pricing transparency. After this experience, I’m seriously reconsidering ever returning to this location.

I keep trying this location and they keep disappointing me, honey walnut shrimp, only 5, teriyaki chicken is pre cut and comes like soup, veggies are good. Another thing is they no longer have any vegetarian dishes besides steam vegetables, I miss the tofu eggplant😕

Everytime I go to buy a lunch this place, i buy a plate, Lady get a little chowmein put in plate and a little beef broccoli, please do not try to do that, I buy a lunch, I go to a difference place, they filled up the plate.
