Great new addition to the neighborhood! The menu is very diverse (Indian, Chinese, Thai) so it’s great for large groups with different preferences! Tried the new Jade Eatery and Lounge in Port Washington and I’m really glad they opened this location closer to me. I had been to the Forest Hills one before and thought it was great so I had to check this one out. It definitely lived up to it. The food was amazing. The crispy rice was probably my favorite but the Mongolian beef and chicken lollipops were also really good. Everything was full of flavor and came out fresh. The drinks were super creative and the bar service was amazing. Great atmosphere and a solid spot overall for dinner or just grabbing a drink. Really happy this opened near me. I’ll definitely be back.

The service was impeccable and the food certainly matched. For a Friday evening our wait time was little to none, from seating, to drinks, to food. The hospitality shown to us by our server Tahmid was wonderful and we will definitely return.

This was the first time I’ve been here since it opened. I went with my best friend. We ordered four appetizers and all four appetizers were amazing.. Crab Rangoon shrimp dumplings, A cauliflower appetizer and an Indian Samosa appetizer. We couldn’t figure out which one we liked more. The service was amazing very attentive inside the restaurant was beautifully designed. I can’t wait to go back.

Every location they have open is just stunning. We had a chance to visit them for their family and friends event and really enjoyed the atmosphere and food. Best part is it’s right off the Main Street village and the water is just a few minutes down the road.

This was my first time trying the jade eatery Long Island location and the happy hour didn’t disappoint! The chicken dumplings were good as hell I ordered them twice! The drinks were great and the atmosphere overall was inviting and calm. Service was wonderful! Everyone was so nice and helpful and was able to give what was asked! Definitely will be back again!

Food is fantastic. Stopped by for lunch a few time. Menu is fabulous and reasonable. The bartenders Eli and Tahmid are extremely social and welcoming. Very attentive. Great place for happy hour and for the lunch special. The corn soup is my favorite. Rock shrimp is great also. Those are just a few of my personal favs but the rest of the food is great as well. Now let’s talk food — the chilli paneer was next level. Perfectly crispy, tossed in a rich, flavorful sauce that hit all the right notes. Every bite was pure paneer-fection. The menu is huge and displayed on a tablet, which made ordering a little too fun. it was like online shopping but for food. The fusion of Asian and Indian flavors was done with care and creativity, and everything tasted fresh. It’s clear they take pride in the quality and presentation of their food. Between the food, the chill ambiance, and the great service, I genuinely felt one step closer to enlightenment by the end of the meal. If you’re in Port Washington and looking for something unique and flavorful, Jade is naan to miss.

Likewise, one is equally amazed at the quality, taste and presentation of the food. No less, is the service and the hospitality. The manager, Chris, goes out of his way to make sure that every meal is a memorable experience. Each week we look forward to the dining experience as we are never disappointed. Decor is lavished with modern Asian fusion. There is more than life size gold Buda overlooking, a fish pond.

Draft beer wasn't available due to equipment issues. Ordered rock shrimp, shishito peppers, Kai chi lollipop chicken, and crispy rice for happy hour appetizers menu and drunken noodle with beef and teriyaki skirt steak for the main. The Kai chi and shishito peppers were very good. The crispy rice was very soft on the inside which is unusual. The drunken noodle was the best dish by far. The beef was more flavorful than the skirt steak which was a bit bland. The bartender was very attentive and helpful. Will try again.

Yet another great Happy Hour date at Jade! Lychee martinis are delicious and TAHMID is your guy. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Had the Jade wings(bourbon), veggie fried dumplings, spicy tuna rolls, and a few other side dishes. Everything tasted very good. As of now the only thing missing is sat/sun Brunch!! We are always looking for good food, drinks, and prices for brunch and I truly believe Jade can do it. Will be looking forward to it soon🤞🏼

I really wanted to love this place and give it a 5/5, but having seen this location go from Waterzooi, to a Mexican spot, and now an Asian fusion restaurant, it just doesn’t seem to be the best space for a truly standout dining experience. Service was absolutely 10/10 — friendly, attentive, and quick. Unfortunately, the food didn’t match the same level. The sushi/fish didn’t feel as fresh as I’d hoped, though I will say the General Tso tacos were a highlight. The space itself seems to have had minimal renovations, mainly the addition of a large statue and fountain, which reminded me of similar restaurants in Brooklyn and Manhattan. It didn’t feel particularly unique or memorable. When I’m spending good money on a meal, I want it to feel elevated and worth the price. For me, this just didn’t hit that mark. I think it could be a nice spot for Port Washington locals, but if you’re visiting from out of town and want a truly special dining experience, I’d recommend checking out other restaurants in this beautiful town.

I came to eat here during their grand opening at noon on a Wednesday and they gave out a goodie bag and free dessert. I have never been to their other locations, so I had no idea what to expect. The menu is on a tablet which can be overwhelming at first but easy to get use to. It had a great ambiance with colorful lights and signs everywhere to set a cheerful atmosphere. There is a also a rectangle Koi pond in the back with a Buddha statue, which I believe is in all their other locations. The service was great, aside from the fact that they were really trying to sell their lunch specials which is honestly a good deal but we weren't interested in the entrees, and the servers and manager kept checking in on us to make sure we had a great experience. The food was good as well. For the drinks we ordered the Jade's Pink Dream and Thai Iced Tea. Jade's Pink Dream was a little bitter and there seemed to be a lot of clashing flavors, but overall wasn't bad. The Sushi Pizza was creamy but the spicy tuna wasn't spicy at all and didn't have the kick that pushes you to eat more. I found myself needing to use the soy sauce to give it adequate flavor. The Rock shrimp was good but I feel like it didn't have enough sauce. I probably should have mixed it to distribute the sauce evenly. The Kai Chi was the best of the bunch, with the scallions and garlic really punching through. It was very flavorful and the meat comes right off the bone, very satisfying to eat. I really recommend this dish. As for the complimentary dessert, the chocolate cake was heavy and sweet and the cheesecake was light but didn't have enough cheese flavor in my opinion. I also saw that it was served from a package but I understand a lot of restaurants outsource their desserts. Overall, for being their first day opened, I think they did a great job. The atmosphere is great and some dishes and beverages might need some slight tweaking to reach perfection, but I had a good time eating here.

I came to eat here during their grand opening at noon on a Wednesday and they gave out a goodie bag and free dessert. I have never been to their other locations, so I had no idea what to expect. The menu is on a tablet which can be overwhelming at first but easy to get use to. It had a great ambiance with colorful lights and signs everywhere to set a cheerful atmosphere. There is a also a rectangle Koi pond in the back with a Buddha statue, which I believe is in all their other locations. The service was great, aside from the fact that they were really trying to sell their lunch specials which is honestly a good deal but we weren't interested in the entrees, and the servers and manager kept checking in on us to make sure we had a great experience. The food was good as well. For the drinks we ordered the Jade's Pink Dream and Thai Iced Tea. Jade's Pink Dream was a little bitter and there seemed to be a lot of clashing flavors, but overall wasn't bad. For another sushi spot to open here I figured it would be amazing. We have so much sushi in Port and I've dined at this restaurant's other locations. I have to say I was very underwhelmed. The ginger dressing tasted fermented. I don't know if that was on purpose or if it was bad but I ended up with ranch and didn't finish the salad. The rolls we got were just ok. The rainbow roll was the only winner. Everything else was overly salty or just there. To have such a small selection of rolls in comparison to other places, they should be outstanding. The edamame was good and so was the tuna tartar. Other than that, nothing stood out for any good reason. I hate to leave subpar reviews but it was a subpar experience. The wasabi was an unnatural green color and looked squeezed out of a pastry tube. Cute but not appetizing. With so much competition in the area, with better food, they need to step it up or they won't last long. I would note the service but it was neither here nor there. It was also close to empty on a Saturday night which should have indicated something. Now I know.

Our first time here and our last. The food is mediocre fair at best. it's sort of an Indian Asian hybrid. The sushi was decent fresh and my wife ordered a shrimp Penang and I ordered one of the only non deep fried dishes of chicken I could find which was a Thai ginger chicken. The waiter asked my wife what color panang she wanted, my wife replied there aren't colors to Penang it's only red. The waiter went on to explain the red is spicy, green mild, and yellow is sweet. We believe he was referring to Curry not Penang which are completely different. When the food arrived my wife's shrimp Curry dish had no shrimp and my food was deep fried we sent both dishes back. Literally the menu says Shrimp Penang and they left out the main ingredient?A At first the waiter left my wife's dish behind then came back several minutes later asking if they can just bring some shrimp on the side. This was disappointing, we said no and asked they remake the dish properly. At $30 per dish, not worth it. You can find much better food nearby at the smaller thai establishments. I'm going to predict this place will be out of business in the near future has there weren't many people at all here for a Primetime Saturday evening

I saw other people eating sushi. Otherwise, staff was tentative. Indian uncle at the front was also very nice and accommodating, he made the experience much better.

Food was terrible, pad Thai noodles had this awful after taste, Hakka noodles were cold & lacking flavor, and the jade roll was the worst sushi I ever tried. It should be deleted from the menu. I had to throw away my leftovers because of how bad it was. I think the location at Forrest hills is slightly better

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! FOOD IS THRASH AND SO IS SERVICE. when we got there they kept coming over like five times working 5 mins to get our order. We literally just got there and needed a minute to read the menu. This is a Wednesday night by the way, they were not busy not sure why they were rushing us at 7:30. Once we got settled and placed our drinks and appetizers order no one ever came back. We had to look for someone to take our order. The they have the nerve to include the tip on the bill after delivering the worst service. Their Indian food is just ketchup on chicken please don’t go here or order anything here. Sushi was not fresh and my son asked me mom how can someone mess up carrots? Even that was horrible. This was for my son’s birthday and we saw them going to at least 5 tables with candle and signing happy birthday. When I mentioned why we were there they said you Abe to bring a cake. We are sitting right there and witnessing everyone getting a cup cake of the same kind. So no one sang at our table or brought the candle and cake. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EVENING. This is the forest hill location.

Stale old dumplings and tandoori chicken.

I’d give ZERO stars if I could! I ordered the lunch special on UberEats after someone recommended the place to me and when I got the food, the rice was dry, the rock shrimp tasted bland and the lamb and broccoli tasted…off….like the meat was bad or undercooked and they tried to cover it up with the sauce. The mango lassi was spilled in the bag and the only good thing was the chocolate cake. A little over 12 hours later, I was SICK (both ways 🤢). I’m glad I only had a little bit of food because I’d probably feel much worse. Never ordering from here again.

The food was not fresh. We ordered steamed beef dumplings which tasted old. Not hot. Tandoori chicken came out to us almost room temp. They had told us it would take about 30 min to make but they brought it out in about 10-15 min later.

Save your money and go to one the nice restaurants in Port. I should have known to get up and leave when I was asked what color panang I would like but tried to be open minded. The food is mediocre. Frozen breaded shrimp thrown in the panang. Think Panda Express style food with an upscale cost. So not worth it.
