Staff was really friendly, helpful and accommodating to my daughters dairy allergy. They were able to make the smooth talking mango which is my kids favorite and is not featuredon the menu. Overall great experience for the little time spent there. They did a great job hiring friendly and helpful staff.

I hardly ever eat fruit but when my daughter introduced me to Jamba I found that I can crink my fruit and that was asome. I was able to incorperate my Jamba in my diet and the results were great. I lost 85 pounds and did it with Jambas help and a little exercise Iwas able to get back to my size that Im used to having and keeping it off too. Thank you so much for being able to have a way for me to enjoy fruit also. The best drink place ever. Peace and Love Darla.

The hot foods are really good (excellent for whinny kids who are hungry and need a quick bite. It's too expensive to just taste ice. Yes I know you have them remake it but you shouldn't have to, and I didn't taste it until I was already gone.

I used to love Jamba, I would go there all the time, but it seems lately like the quality of Jamba has gone way down. I ordered a drink and all I could taste was ice. It's too expensive to just taste ice. Yes I know you have them remake it but you shouldn't have to, and I didn't taste it until I was already gone.

I really don't want to give Porterville Jamba Juice any stars but, I'm forced to Rate the business. Seems like every time I go into this location the gals that work there are soooo rude. I always leave there thinking I will never go back and when I do I'm always reminded why I shouldn't. If the owner is reading this review you should talk to your staff about courtesy and how they should appreciate the people that come through your doors. Its the customers that enables them to collect a paycheck!!! You should probably think about re-staffing.

I love Jamba juice but today was terrible. Ordered my go to peanut butter mood and a orange dream machine. Wow, they came out like slush drinks. Went back to ask if they could make them over. When I got the news ones the peanut butter mood was on point but the organe ones came out worse. Taste like they added ice super watered down...no flavor

They need to take lessons on customer service from the hanford location. They served 2 people before me .... I had to wait 15 minutes just to get them to get my order... No one wears gloves I thought that was standard for food service operations

Usually don't write bad reviews. But we just got done going to Jamba Juice. First we watched the Manager get a pitcher of orange juice that was only about 1/3 filled up with orange juice. We literally watched her fill the rest up with water from the sink. Idk if that's normally what they normally do but I already felt jipped from that. I had already ordered a large drink (they cost 8 bucks it better be good). But I think she made a medium because when she poured it into the large cup and it was about 3/4 full. So I watched her pour it back in into the blender and add another 3 scoops of ice to fill it up. It tasted like watered down smoothly. It sucks and I hate to write a bad review. But I won't be going back.

Customer service was disappointing. Weren't even greeted when we walked in. There was also an unpleasant smell like something was rotting... gross. When I got home and drank my pb chocolate love, it tasted like water!! Other jamba juices make it way better.

service takes forever. waited for a whole 30 minutes just for at least 8 people infront of us to get their orders first. poor poor POOR skills on time management. either get more employees or upgrade supplies because this isnt the first, isnt the second, ISNT THE THIRD NOR FOURTH TIME!!! but the fith. i get it, things get busy. but this is insane because i also have things i need to do.
