Amazing food! If I could eat Panera Bread everyday I would. I haven't yet to try everything but when I do I'm positive it will be amazing. Not only the food is amazing, but the Staff members are so enthusiastic and will answer any questions you have. Overall Panera Bread is awesome and probably one of the highest rated restaurants in town. Keep Doing What You're Doing Panera!

Donny was very helpful. I was having a tough time deciding what i wanted and Donny made some great recommendations. I listened to him and had the best meal. I look forward to talking to Donny every time I come in. I come in for din din on tuesday and Thursday. Donny is such a kind young man. I just want to squeeze him.

I only ever order from here, so I don't know what the atmosphere is like, but their food is always consistently good.

I always get the Chipotle chicken avocado melt sandwich and broccoli cheddar Mac n cheese. Delicious! It's a little pricey but worth it when craving it, lol.

Got the Pick two...Turkey chili and Turkey sandwich..it was delicious and on time. The Employees are very polite. Definitely will be back soon.

Highly recommended *Always clean and a great friendly staff with plenty of fresh options to choose from. Healthy foods free of additives and preservatives. Their selection of fresh smoothies are better than other chains and their drink options are fresh and delicious, light on sugars and no sugar options also. Can choose from hard boiled egg to larger dishes and many ways to customize different meals. It's phenomenal fast food!!! Very kid friendly and business oriented also 👍

Doctor recommended a good bowl of chicken noodle and my mind went straight to Panera bread(is a huge favorite of mine especially when I was pregnant with our daughter). There is less than 10 minutes before closing and they hadn't even been given medicine or discharged. I called ahead and explained what was going on if they had any chicken noodle available if they'd mind waiting a while longer past closing. No hesitation and arms wide open gave me instructions in what to have my ride do as I was home with our other child. HUGE THANK YOU not only for the delicious classic but for the best customer service in going past expectations in your job title as employee/manager.

I love this Panera bread and their customer service. I usually do drive thru, and today one of the employees who goes by Alexia, has the most awesome attitude. I just ordered a green tea, and without even asking she saw that I had my little sister with me in the back, and gave me a cookie pastry just to see her smile. She made my 6 year old sister’s day. You’re awesome Alexia!

My chicken sandwich was not hot and the bread was not toasted. The taste was great though. The Mexican corn soup tasted really good but a little on the thin side. Baguette and butter was good as usual. Staff was friendly. Bathrooms were clean.

The sandwiches and soups are very delicious. However, the prices are waaay to high. I had to ask the cashier to repeat how much the total was just for sandwich. Which is a shame, otherwise I would eat from here more often.

I used to have great experiences here but my last 2 visits sucked. My most recent visit, they put the wrong lettuce on my mediterranean veggie sandwich which honestly ruins it, and I ordered a whole but received a half. I also got a frozen caramel coffee and they didnt put any caramel on it. I used doordash so I couldnt get anything fixed. My order before that I ordered curbside since my baby was asleep in the car so I didnt want to go inside or use the drive thru since its loud. My order said it was ready 10 minutes later than the app said it would be then I waited 15 more minutes after checking in waiting for curbside. Noone came so I woke up my baby and went inside to see my meal waiting in the pick up area with my drink melted. It charged a fee for curbside so pretty upset, they werent busy either. I guess Ill stop going to Panera for awhile.

I was a little disappointed with the Mediterranean salad. This was the second time ordering this salad but this time it was with chicken. The salad was tasteless and also I found a short hair in it but I removed it and just ate around it. It is quite expensive at 10 plus dollars a plate and the chicken was equivalent to a tablespoon. I probably won't order it again. Sorry guys!

The service was good until we received our food. They ran out of the bread for our sandwiches. Also our pasta dish was received cold after we were told they would bring it to our table and they didn't. Therefore it sat in the kitchen until we went to ask about it.

Our takeout order sanwitches were burned inside and out. Were inedible. This is terrible enough when you are eating in. But when you get home and have to make dinner anyway. Not good

the service is excellent and the staff were very welcoming, but the food wasn’t it. me and my boyfriend went there for our date and we ordered the bread bowl with bacon mac & cheese. unfortunately there was no bacon and the bread was extremely stale & tough. i was extremely disappointed with what i had in front of me and paided 33 bucks for food that was very disappointing.

I love Panera but this is the only location I wait about 28 minutes in for my 30 minute lunch. I'm highly upset bc I keep trying to trust them to do better and they always take forever. EVEN if my order was placed ahead of time. Theres not a lot of places for lunch in Porterville so I do hope this can change soon for this location.

I ate in the restaurant three times, each time the tables were very sticky and/or layered with crumbs and such. It seems as though you are expected to bus your own tables. However, there are no wet towels available to wipe them down. This last time I was there for over an hour and never saw any staff come by to wipe down previously used tables. Pretty gross and unacceptable for the prices this restaurant charges, in my opinion.

This rapid pick up through the drive thru is the STUPIDEST IDEA I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!!!! How is it rapid when you have to wait 20 min. In the drive thru for the people in front of you. I will NOT be coming back.WAAAAAYYYYYYY too slow.

Panera used to be one of my favorite places to go. I moved from San Diego area. Not sure if things are different place to place. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed the bagel was very hard difficult to chew. The caramel latte had no flavor and taste like it was reduced with water. The only thing I enjoyed was the whip cream with caramel. The person in charge had it remade and unfortunately it didn’t help at all. He offered to make me one next time himself. Hum, nice gesture that made no sense, why not now?

I knew there was a reason I held off on reviewing this place. While the lower end staff is quite polite and helpful, management and online customer service are truly appaling. I was entirely willing to love this place and just help them out with improving the online ordering so people had up-to-date information about what was available. Instead the response I got was along the lines of "Oops, not our problem. Sucks for you!" Well alright then. Guess this 1 month stint of me going there about 2x a week is over now. 3 times in a month having me order something online and show up to be told "pick something else, we are out of that!" Didn't even bug me that much. It was the response that killed it for me.

I hate this place because they never get my order correct. also the manager always has an attitude when I go in to get my order fixed. Like I'm the one that got it wrong. the only reason I continue to go is because my wife likes it. but I do not recommend. It really is not worth it.

By far the WORST customer service experience I ever had. Placed an order via the online system over an hour ahead of time of pickup as we had an order over $70. Went to pick up the order and we were told it was not ready despite having over an hour to prepare. No only was it not ready, but management stated that it was ONLY 20 minutes after the promised time and that they would need an additional 20 to get it ready (40 minutes after the promised time of 3:51pm). This was after the fact that staff stated they never received the order in the first place. When we asked for additional support we were told that it was a “busy day” and that was the excuse for the order not being ready. I would have been ok if there was a sincere apology for the mix up but there was no follow through on Panera’s end.

The manager discriminated me and told me he would refuse service if I asked for any. I told him that I wasn’t homeless and he continued to tell me he can’t have people like me in the restaurant. I had money on me. Like everyone else that visits I was there because I enjoy Panera and I buy tea or bagels once in a while. I never seen this manager because when I see the female manager she’s really nice and polite and has nothing rude to say about anyone.
