Terrific location and great staff. They didn't have an ingredient for the very specific drink I ordered this last time so the barista told me that if I didn't like the drink to bring it back for another later so they can remake it with the proper ingredients. I think that's just fantastic customer service. Starbucks clearly prioritizes customer satisfaction.

I’m here at least once a week to study and all of the baristas are so sweet and pleasant!! They’re positive attitudes make a great vibe within the store. Definitely one of my favorite places to study and one of my favorite Starbucks!

"Kudirite oka kappu coffee" .... A quick satisfaction coffee shop. In fact all Starbucks I like but this is some thing near by when ever going for shopping , starbucks coffee get added to fill the stomach and refreshing mind.... Typically I avoid Starbucks unless its the only coffee option in the area. I was working in the area and stopped here because it was the only thing around but I was extremely pleasantly surprised! Every single employee here is awesome, personable, friendly... they call their customers by name, tell people to have a great day, theyre quick and dont dilly dally chit chatting amongst themselves like what normally happens and it just overall has a great vibe in this place. Ive been back three times and will be back for the next week or so while Im working in the area :) Thanks guys! Really brightened up my morning.

I once walked into Bush's with the intention of getting a family meal for my friends at the house. I ordered the 30 tender meal and in response the gentleman behind the counter asked if it was for here or to go? Stunned at the request I simply responded, No. I'm going to eat a meal fit for a family of 5 or more whilst I maintain eye contact to assert my dominance over you. We all had a great laugh.

I visited in the morning they are lot of busy, so many Starbucks employees at the same time so many customers as well, expect 5-10min time but they make it good. Employees are very friendly.

This Starbucks was taking orders inside and app orders. 7:30am I walked in and ordered. Lots of app orders coming and going and still had my drink in no time. No indoor seating but tables outside. No drive thru. Friendly staff.

This is the most Starbucks Starbucks I’ve ever been to 🥰 Meaning, if I had to imagine what the original idea was for a Starbucks location this is it. Inclusion, care, attention to detail, well made drinks, familiarity and a smile. I came in this morning as I have many mornings and paused to really take in my surroundings. This Starbucks has encapsulated the feeling of home…If home for us was this cozy, comfy, fun, loving atmosphere that also happened to make great coffee. Thank you All❤️

Sasha and her crew are fantastic. I've been going there for years and have gotten to know a lot of them and they are a great way to start my morning. The store is always clean and and you can tell there is attention to detail, even during these trying times. Also, they love giving out puppy whips so make sure to grab those for your co-pilots!

I placed an order with this Starbucks through Uber eats. They were out of the peppermint bark that I ordered. Some guy called me (unfortunately I don’t remember his name 🙁) but he was super sweet. He replaced my item with a lemon loaf (it’s one of my favorite items). When I received my order the bag with the lemon loaf had a note that said “Lemons are sour but you aren’t!” It really made my day. Great customer service!! Sorry I didn’t remember your name, but keep up the great attitude!! 😁

Went there tonight and had an awesome experience with Shelby(I’m pretty sure that was her name on her name tag, but I might be wrong)! She was so sweet and had such a bubbly personality! She was super helpful and even helped me find an awesome new drink to try and it was amazing! Will definitely be back again :)

The experience was great! I've gotten the same drink since I was in middle school: the vanilla bean creme Frappuccino with two pumps raspberry syrup, but the other day I decided to try something new, but I couldn't decide! I asked the cashier if they could choose something for me, and they obliged! I asked for something with milk, not too sweet (I gave funnel cake frap as a reference, that was too sweet for me), and iced. They chose a Vanilla sweet cream cold brew, and it was incredible!! The place was busy (morning rush), but my drink was still made quick, with no sacrifice to quality. Tipped them $3 for their great service, would visit and order the same drink again! :)

I think we were so occupied about my milk restrictions and finding alternatives, that we forgot to add coffee to my drink. Lol And I’m not even mad about it. I had a great pumpkin spice milk with my egg bites. The service was great and the staff were very friendly and kind. Thank you for caring!

I liked how fast the line moved. And besides the manager... Who was some lady who said "I'm so glad im the boss because no one listens to me.." .. Which makes mo sense anyways??... Um the employees were so nice! Especially the cute young black mam who helped me with my order! They had games there that were actually fun and had all the pieces :D me and my son enjoyed our time there for over an hour.. Then went outside to enjoy the outdoor vacinity with cute climbing vines.

I went up to buy a cake pop thinking I had the money and I was 44 cents short so the awesome barista started collecting the money from her tips! My friend helped me pay and I put my change in the tip bin but that was so kind of her! This is now going to be my regular Starbucks :)

Starbucks is Starbucks... it isn't necessarily my favourite coffee place but it's close to my job and convenient. I wanted to shout out Tyler because he's always such a joy! He always has a smile in his face, always positive, sweet and helpful.

This is my favorite!!! I visit Starbucks everywhere. Literally, in over 14 states, and made a couple in Texas my "home" stop. The first one I considered my regular place was great, but personalities were a bit loud, service was good but speed was lacking, and my drink was inconsistent. THIS location has everything! They know your name, they know your drink and everyone makes it the same, they say hello and goodbye, and serve you without a wait. From the management to baristas, they're professional and efficient! There's no drive through, but plenty of parking, and if you online order you are guaranteed a quicker pick up than ny drive through I've been in. A great summer stop!

This Starbucks location is my go to. Today o decided to give a review to shoutout the manager for her amazing leadership and hospitality. It’s not the first time but today while working, she came outside and gave ice cold water to all of the folks outside working or just hanging out. In addition, this is one of the only Starbucks I’ve seen that makes a habit of cleaning the outside seating tables and chairs throughout the day. Kudos to this team for always being welcoming and friendly!

I tried the Mango Dragon fruit drink without lemonade and it was very yummy. I also have the Pistachio latte here and it’s really good

This has been my favorite Starbucks to go into recently! Both times I've been the Barista at the register was so sweet and friendly! The first time (didn't catch her name) she helped me find a new drink and was there working even with a broken arm! The second one was Blair... and she was so awesome and sweet and even remembered my name and said bye as I left! I think it's amazing to have employees with good customer service even when they're super busy! Just overall a great experience! Those girls deserve a bonus :)

I was in a hurry to get a Mocha Cookies and Cream for my "day-wife", Rebecca K., Operating Partner of the Whitestone/ HEB Whataburger Unit #840 (Rebecca generates approx. $3.8 million in annual sales for Unit #840). I also work for Rebecca at Unit #840 as a Team Member, and I was doing a double-shift on Saturday, September 4th, and had to go back on the clock for my 2nd shift at 3pm. Starbucks was AWESOME ! Not only did they make Rebecca's Mocha in record time (under 5 minutes), Shelby also explained how to present the Mocha to Rebecca !! I made it back with 5 minutes to spare and Rebecca loved her mid-afternoon treat from Starbucks (and I kept my job ;) I give Starbucks on Whitestone, by HEB and Parmer Road 5 STARS *****

I was greeted as i walked in the door. All the baristas were friendly. The place was clean. Masks are optional for those who are vaccinated.

Conveniently located at the cross road of 1431 and West Parmer Lane. The staff here are on point and always have my online order ready by the time I get there. Nice seating outside on the side. Plenty of parking available so easy to get to.

Lots of chairs and tables outdoors. Tough to find decent seating indoors during peak hours. Friendly baristas and great Chai. If you like reading outdoors, this is a great place.

Nice, very busy staff. But those outside tables are filthy. Bring your own Clorox wipes if you want to stay and sip.

I don’t care for Starbucks but I will say that the attitudes were good and food was great.

It's a good place to go to get coffee it's a little pricey but what do u expect when your getting it on the go. I tried those eggs and bacon bites. For 2 off them there really not worth almost 5 dollars for 2. They were good. Starbucks is a good place to go if u want to sit outside and drink your coffee and watch the traffic go by or get on the internet on your phone.

It's rare for me to willingly want to even go into a Starbucks as I don't drink coffee. But my new roommate works here and so I stopped by and her and another coworker suggested I try mixing dragonfruit with black tea, and now I'm hooked on that. Da'hell?! Guess I'll stop by more often now. Heh. I do wish they had more to do inside, like games to play with others, or reading materials. The wifi is nice though.

I try my best to support the mom-and-pop shops of my community but I have to admit I love this Starbucks. It's tucked away from busyness of the strip mall so it feels secluded. Plus, when the weather is decent, I enjoy sitting outside where the patio has ample socially-distanced seating. The staff is top-notch too!

Only location open in area. Over an hour wait for online order. Was not notified until I arrived. Better communication and business planning is expected

I only have one complaint, my white chocolate mocha didn't even taste like coffee, it was drinking liquid sugar and that's why I won't be back to place...guess I have get it black and out my own flavoring in it from Panera

Of all the many Starbucks I have been to this was my least favorite and poorest experience. Even the location is congested and chaotic.

Nice drink, just asked for a frappuccino and got a hot drink. Not sure how that happened as the place was fairly quiet and empty, so can't justify it with noise interference. Other than that, it ain't bad.

Need to remind myself not to come back to this location. Management was pretty bad and every time I come here I get stuck waiting for 15+ min. I watch people that order after me get theirs constantly, maybe it’s just my luck but this location is always this way.

Ordered a hot chocolate + a snack and it was well prepared based on my customizations. However, it was highly disappointing that both of their restrooms did not have a baby changing table. It was very inconvenient and unlike starbucks standard that I've usually seen. The barista was friendly and there was ample seating.

I've spent a minimum of 16 years in the service industry and I know what being in the weeds is like with the best of them, but the service here was so incredibly short-tempered and rude. I came in and stood in line for over 5 minutes before anybody told me that I wasn't in the correct line, and before I was barked at to stand in a different line (that was not clearly delineated). After I gave my order, very gently and kindly, realizing that they were in the weeds, the purple-haired girl made my drink and set it down calling the wrong name. I stood politely waiting for my drink to realize after several minutes that my drink was already on the counter and had been for a while. It was made incorrectly and it wasn't until I was in my car sipping it that I realized one of her very long purple hairs made its way into my drink. My hair is dark brown right now, for reference.. She was likely having a really rough day, so I get it, but bruh - Come on. I went in with a smile and left with brows deeply furrowed. And yes, I drank my hairy frappe.

My favorite coffee shop. That was at one time, they took away "Earn Stars" now it's Skymiles???? Haven't been there in a long time.

This location is HORRIBLE. I live within walking distance of this location and I avoid it whenever possible. I just visited again with hopes of having a good experience and the employee by the name of Sasha let me down AGAIN. She was extremely rude to me and her coworkers, and she literally threw trash on the floor and didn't pick it up in front of the customers. The attitudes of the employees here is the worst of any Starbucks I have ever visited and I'm ashamed to have this Starbucks in my neighborhood. I have Starbucks pretty much every morning and I will be sticking to the location on 183 and 1431. Whoever manages this location either lets the employees run all over them or they just really don't care. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION.

Drinks taste awful here and at most other Starbucks stores. They're better from Target. I don't know what it is they're doing different now when making espresso drinks. You can't taste any espresso. What a waste of money.

Of the dozens of Starbucks I visit regularly all over the US when I travel for business it's frustrating that the location closest to my home always has the worst service. It takes forever to get a drink here and it's rarely made correctly.

Why do I need to have an account JUST to order a coffee? There's no way to order unless you do it online, in which you need to sign in or sign up. Can't do it over the phone and can't do it as a guest. Freaking ridiculous.

The worst service I ever got at a Starbucks the manager there trinity I think is her name refused to give me the corporate number I asked for a large caramel frapuccino and I always get extra caramel drizzle and she wanted to charge me extra in this store I buy one every day at different stores and I never gotten charge extra for that and I have the Starbucks app and I have all my receipts to prove it I will never go to that location anymore the manager even told me to get out of the store because I kept asking for the corporate number which she never gave me

Normally I go through the drive-through, but today, went inside. Bathroom had urine all over the floor. On top of that floor all throughout was grainy from excessive crumbs and spills. There was spilled coffee in some spots, and clearly hadn’t been mopped in days. They also allowed a non-service animal dog inside. Which I thought was really disgusting. I will not be visiting again. It was really nasty.

Dirty, sticky floor, trash all over the patio, overflowing trash cans, brain-dead sullen teenagers working the register. Just had a guy changing trash liners turn around and make my coffee without washing his hands. Walked out. This used to be a nice coffee shop 7-8 years ago but boy has it gone downhill.

If a zero I would give that. Employee filled hot coffee to the brim of cup. When trying to open lid to put my own little packet of creamer it spilled over the cup and onto my hand and into cup holder. Then when trying to get cup and empty a little outside it again spilled over the top onto my hand and then when I almost dropped it from there it splattered all over the parking lot and my feet. Thanks Starbucks for a great start to my day.

I made the order that I normally make multiple times a week and today when I got my drink, there was whipped cream on top of their period. When I said that there was no whip on the drink I was met with attitude by Tiji (TJ) and said that next time I should say no whipped cream, even though the drink doesn’t have dairy in it even though I chose almond milk. When I explained that this is never happened before I was continued that with attitude and argued with that I was in the wrong for saying no whip on a mistake that they made. Completely ridiculous and horrible service will never return.

ordered iced pecan latte on the app. but they said they dont have pecan syrup and made something not even close as the one that i ordered. So I asked them to make it again because they didn‘t even add the foam nor crunches. I wanted the pecan not something else. Great outdoor seating, orders are made fast but terrible customer service. I go almost everyday from last 30 days n barely anyone from staff greets. Staff is terrible here in general with useless attitude for no reason. I have never asked for anything special. Sandwich cheese is always stick to inside of paper bag, n bag starts to get soggy with heat. Terrible service for price you pay. If I wasn’t working this close, I would never go to this store. Outdoor is good, so I enjoy my coffee at least with good seating.

Starbucks needs to retrain their employees I am so tired of coming to get my favorite drink and it comes out nothing like my drink. This is suppose to be the toasted vanilla shaken espresso. It is undrinkable. My husbands brown sugar is no better. We spend too much money to not even get to drink them. Forget asking for a remake.
