Tichina Tim Hortons I used to like it greatly but when I went back the second time in a long time they have all good people are now it's not like it used to be a bunch of losers they're pretty good now in the lady gave me a cup of coffee it was on her a manager believe it or not we held our Bible study there and we're going to go there again I don't know this month sometime so I'm just letting you know it's a good place that they would would have kept their real bread and some of the things they had their which I liked so I'm just letting you know it's a good place for coffee maybe it don't it the song just letting you know it's too bad it happened that way but nothing I could do have a nice day everybody God bless you all

This is by far the best place to get coffee and breakfast in the area. The workers are always very kind and very patient if it takes you a minute to decide on which one of the many delicious donuts you want.

I love this Tim Hortons. The Staft is courteous and I always stop by and fill up my gas at Valero Eat at Tims and get my pack of Genesee beer at the convenience store next door.

We came through on a road trip. Very clean store, helpful staff and the freshest and most delicious donuts! The wait time was quick and the coffee was hot and correctly made. We were able to try the Tim Biebs, Tim bits collaboration with Justin Bieber, which were yummy and fun. A portion of the sales goes to charity which is a bonus. We were caffeinated and refreshed quickly so we could get back on the road.

We have always found this a good store. I will say that their donuts are way fresher than Dunkin's. I've generally always preferred Tim Hortons over them anyway.

This is absolutely the best coffee joint around. The manager and her crew are so amazing and customer friendly. I would def recommend this place to everyone. From the sandwiches to the donuts and drinks. There's definitely something there for everyone of any age. And yes they even have free WiFi to add to the experience. In my opion it's a must stop in place when you are in town. And let's not forget to mention that in the plaza where there located is also a quizno sub joint and a convenient store along with gas station so it's a all in one kinda stop. The entire plaza is a customer friendly place so stop in and visit them sometime for the north country home experience and down to earth hard working people.

This is always our first stop as we leave Burke Camp or Canada. The service is always good, the people friendly and a cup of Timmy's with a box of Timbits for the road is always a must have. Also with it being coupled with the gas station is a big plus cause can fuel up.

This place had quite a few people waiting, like most Tim Hortons, but I didn't have to wait long. The vanilla iced latte was great here too.

Update. Still quick and the food is as you expect. Note to self, the coffee is blah. Slightly better than DD, but just skip it. Previous review Needed a quick fast food breakfast from a place that I can't find where I live and went here. Friendly service and the order was correct. The food is fast so that's what I needed.

Great staff here. I came in today at 6 am and was greeted very kindly. Marshall was amazing and I can’t thank him enough, he covered the change I was short with his personal money. Really appreciate it. Food was super fresh too!

I just love their coffee! I am so happy there is a Tim Hortons in my town. Lately, when I buy coffee somewhere else, it tastes like it was ran through a used cigarette filter. Tim Hortons coffee has the same delicious taste every time!

I just went to Tim Hortons for the first time ever. We ordered some coffees and a sandwich. The reason I am so happy with my service is we pulled up to the window and I had a dog in my lap. The window lady took our payment and returned it with a dog treat. I just always appreciate a company that cares for its customers and takes the extra thought to do something nice.

Standard Room Hortons. Friendly staff, quick service, fresh hot coffee and donuts.

It really depends on who’s working honestly. There tends to be mostly young people (colleges/schools), and its a hit or miss. Some days I’m in and out of there with hot food and multiple selections, and then other days not so much. So I’d hate to give a bad review for 1 or 2 bad employees. Otherwise decent timmy-hos!

Their cold brew with vanilla cream is best for hot days like today. I love their chilly but my significant other doesn't.

They have some great menu options but it annoys me that they are a coffee shop but they don't serve their breakfast items all day as I figured they would. It's a bummer.

This is a small store thats part of a Cstore. As a result, their offerings can be a bit limited. The people are very nice and the coffee is good.

I think this is the best Tim's in SLC great location and best freshest doughnuts in town..Love that I can use DRIVE THRU or DINE IN to get breakfast,get gas and hit restroom all in one stop and (Valero) also has the CHEAPEST gas/diesel prices..also LAST FUEL/RESTROOM/FOOD STOP for (15-20miles) before Lamphere's(Greg and Molly's) in Hopkinton for those traveling to Malone/Titus Mountain Ski Resort Area..

Watermelon lemonade is fine, but the steak in my chipotle steak and cheese was cold in spots

I hate it when their bagels are hardly toasted. If you ask for it to be toasted longer some of workers cop an awful attitude! I want my bagel toasted not warmed

They repeated my order back and still got it wrong unfortunately.

Staff is very nice but the wait can be a little legnthy at times. I usually get the correct items but sometimes they're not made the same way. If you go towards the end of the day they're items are usually limited because they do close machines down early, before the posted closing times.

Thought donuts the other day and the cake donuts were hard and the cinnamon rolls were nothing to write home about either. Think I'm done with buying donuts there. Guess I will go to dunkin' donuts instead. The person that waited on me was very friendly. Just bad donuts.

Asked for a BLT on a plain bagel and got it on a cold everything bagel that was sliced horribly and without any mayo. Good coffee and Nice people, just felt like they lazily made the sandwich

Slowest it has ever been at this location or any other. It seemed to be because of the food guy. I waited over 10 minutes total in drive-thru.

Person Manning the cash register asked 4 times the size coffee. Out of soup I chose. 3 times to get size of soup I asked for. My son ordered a #5, served on a pretzel bagel. They were out of the bagel. Sandwich had been warmed but ingredients were ice cold. Bagel was good as were quality of ingredients. He received neither chips nor beverage, nor was asked if he wanted them. Was asked only if that were it. No receipt was given nor was he asked if he wanted one.. The pumpkin muffin was delightful! Overall a very disappointing and dissatisfying visit. Does not make me anxious to return. Two of the young people working desperately need training in customer service and how to handle taking orders from the customers.

I ordered a peach refresher and they made it with sink water. It was warm because it melted the ice. It also had floaters in it. This Tim Hortons is not great.

I like Tim Hortons, but it seems they get my coffee order Wrong 60% of the time. Hate paying 2 bucks plus for coffee only to get what I don t want. Usually have to repeat my order into the Speaker 1 or 2 times and they still get it Wrong. Apple fritters are good tho. Small consultation. Get it Together TH or I shall go Elsewhere

The person taking the orders speaks extremely fast and if you don't order real fast he tells you off saying that this is a drive through and you need to order fast so I left and went to some place else. Not happy with the attitude.

## Tim Hortons: Donut Disappointment Let's just say my Tim Hortons experience was a bit like finding out the Canadian tuxedo wasn't actually a fashion statement. Craving a taste of Canadian goodness while on a business trip in upstate New York, I pulled into a Tim Hortons that was part of a gas station. Fueled by hype, I grabbed a donut...and then promptly wished I hadn't. Maybe it was the gas station location, but these donuts were a far cry from the legendary treats I'd heard about. They were just...meh. Dare I say, Dunkin Donuts might have been a better bet (and that's coming from someone who usually avoids the whole donut chain scene). **Bottom Line:** If you're looking for a life-changing donut experience, Tim Hortons might not be your Timbit of tea (see what I did there?). Maybe next time I'll stick to poutine for my Canadian fix.

More often than not, there is a decent wait time to order. Every 3rd or 4th time I order, it's either wrong or I get overcharged, regardless if I order via the drive through or in person. It's unfortunate because this used to be one of the better options for coffee on the go. I definitely do not reccomend this location if you expect consistency from order to order.

We stopped to use the restroom and get a drink. The restroom was so bad, we decided not spend any money here. Problems - men's room completely closed, out of order sign on door. Women's room had no lid on the back of the toilet, just cardboard. The seat was nearly broken off. And the handle to flush was one way. Not the cleanest either. While waiting to use the restroom after me, a staff member pushed past my husband to use the only working restroom ahead of him. Hopefully they can get this fixed and be a nicer place to stop.

The coffee and donuts have changed. THs is no longer anything to look forward to.

Absolutely horrible I pity the three young girls working this afternoon I went in was talking to one of them about my order and another young girl was waiting to ask how to make my drink and he starting making all kinds of comments swearing and being really degrading toward these young women . He is an older guy long disgusting hair all over and he was making food . I will not place orders there after this if he is working and I will make sure that I let people know how they treat their employees. NOT EXCEPTABLE AMD WONDER WHY THEY R ALWAYS HIRING .

I stoped in for my late morning cold brew and I was upset by the behavior of Kevin and Kim who I happen to believe are husband and wife( unacceptable) as they were bullying another employee. In my professional opinion I feel that these two employees should have been let go. I stopped in a week later to see if anything has been done, and to my discussed they were both still there. I’m not sure if I want to continue to put my money into a company that does not take care of their employees. I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon. Now all I can wonder is what’s wrong with the management at this establishment.

I ordered an X-Large double double an Avacodo toast and two hash browns. The hash brown were cold and as hard as cardboard, the coffee was three quarters full!!! First time ever! The toast was bearable.

My wife and I went to buy drinks and snacks. I was ignored but my wife was served. Now this may not bother most people. But seeing how I am black and my wife is white. This seemed to us to be a race thing!!! They need to treat all customers the same! They need us more than we need them!!!

You will sit 15 to 20 minutes in the drive through without anyone waiting on you. My order has been wrong almost every time I try to give them another shot.

This Tim Horton is horrible! We waited 20 minutes for a simple croissant sandwich and counter staff is rude. I talked to another customer who had been waiting a very long time for a similar order. No reason for this. Staff behind the counter move like snails and act like customers are not important. Won't go back.

I waited 45 minutes for a drink and then one girl with glasses and curly hair was rude to her coworkers, and instead of just saying “i’m sorry i forgot to make your drink i’ll get that right up” made excuses saying “someone took my drink”, and blamed her coworkers for not making my drink, my drink was never called up in the first place and I sat there and waited so I know it just wasn’t made. I had to ask this same lady twice about my drink. The rest of the staff was very accommodating and offered a donut or muffin, but I only had a complaint about the one girl I mentioned earlier who was screaming and then as well making it seem like it was my fault I didn’t get my drink.

Staff will make your order how ever they seem fit, and not always how you order it, based on their thoughts of you. They start to feel some sorta way about you if you regularly frequent the franchise and they let it affect their quality. I hope you end up on their good side.

I went in three times for a sugar free vanilla latte within the past few weeks. I used to have a 5 star review on here for the place because it was good coffee at a good price. I've since deleted it. Each time I've ordered a hot drink recently the coffee was badly burned. Twice I dumped it out on the ground after driving away. Once I choked it down as best as I could, but it was some of the worst coffee I've ever had. It was different workers making it, so I believe the issue is systemic, not individual.
