Granted I got here at like 6;30 on a Sunday morning, but star has been perfect combo of waking us up and helping up as wake. You know, not obnoxious but courteous.

Great customer service really fun people working there. They're enjoying their job and that helps us enjoy our coffee and pastry more.

Not a crowded Starbucks. All orders were right and perfect taste, as per expectations. Seating inside is still not allowed, which is great for us.

This is the place I go to with my husband on dates. We just had our 40 years anniversary and we agreed on what better place to go to to celebrate but here at Starbucks!!! This place rocks!!!

The friendliest Starbucks I have encountered since before COVID. It seems to be nowadays rare to find an Starbucks with great customer service. This is the hidden gem. Friendly, fast and efficient. I'll be back.

Service was busy but accurate and quick, I always seem to land behind a doctor's office ordering 30 drinks, it still didn't take long and the spicy falafel pocket was AMAZING, too small though, I always try to order a new food. So far only that and the grilled cheese is to die for (okay that's extreme, but you get my drift)!

I stopped in for an iced coffee and banana bread and ended up staying a while—just watching how kind and upbeat the staff were with every customer. The positive energy here is consistent, and it really makes a difference.

they don't seem to actually update their orders and mark them as done so you never get an actual accurate amount of time for how long it's going to take for your order to be ready

Good location but very crowded parking. Small store so not enough tables to work or hangout at. But overall good service and internet is fine

Great location with several tables outside. Drinks are always great and timely prepared. Staff has always been great, friendly, and courteous. Inside has limited seating and therefore minimal privacy for private conversations.

Very crowded in the mornings, but I go at around 5 pm sometimes to get pastries and it’s very fast. Overpriced but if you’re craving pastries at any time after 10 am, go for it.

The one thing about Starbucks that is the best is consistency among the stores and menu. Yeah it's an over priced caffeine addiction, but we all love it or love to hate it..either just give up and go in!

We resorted to going to this location (Preston/Forest) since it stayed open till 10:00. We tried to go to the Preston,/Royal only to be surprised that it closed at 7:00PM on a Saturday. The interior of the Preston/Forest location seemed cold and outdated; not a place you would want to linger! In addition, Starbuck's policy apparently allows the start of the closing routine to begin an hour before actual closing: having the floor around you being mopped just doesn't add to the overall ambiance. However, the Barista was very pleasant and accommodating!

This is my least favorite Starbucks in my area. They have messed up my mobile orders more than once. They do not give you a green plastic stick that prevents coffee from spilling out unless you ask for it. One employee said they keep those out of reach because customers steal them. Another one said it would be insanitary to leave them within customer's reach. Weird stuff like that.

Butter scotch was good. But not great. It's Starbucks, industrialized coffee, nothing like a slow brew. But when you have to wait for 35 min for your turn at Meso Maya, there's no option.

The drinks were perfect. Unfortunately, we received somesome condescending looks from a few folks. We were 2 husband and wife couples. Dressed nice after a wedding.

This used to be my neighborhood Starbucks, but never again. This went from being a comfortable, inviting place where you could do some work or sit comfortably and visit with a friend. It’s now a sterile, cold environment with the most uncomfortable chairs I’ve ever seen. It’s like they are discouraging you from staying. Oh, and no cream, milk out like every other coffee shop because, you know, the pandemic…literally the reason they gave. The staff is pretty friendly and nothing wrong with the coffee but I can drive through any Starbucks and get that. Such a shame…No longer a gathering place.

And treat the last customers like customers and let them enjoy the primary reason we come to Starbucks to work; a peaceful welcoming environment. Then at 6p, close and lock the door, and do the internal stuff before 7p and make your timely exit. But don't do all of this on the customers time. Its so very self-serving.

Waited 25 minutes for 2 iced teas, I guess it’s normal here, it doesn’t take this long at any of the other Starbucks locations.

We asked for a caramel Frappuccino, they did give us the right order but they forgot to put the caramel drizzle on top. It bothered me a bit so I asked if I can have the drizzle they gave me a face and did give it but wasn't a drizzle it was a drip. Also, even though it was their mistake they didn't apologize and gave us attitude. The main reason I come to Starbucks is not only for the drinks but also for customer service. I hope they change it.

This place does not mix your drink correctly. When you ask them to remake it, they give you a dirty, unfriendly look. The coffee is already expensive, and you can’t even get the right drink! The people are not friendly. They need to get more training to make their coffee right!

The customer service here is horrible! I spent almost $4 for a small drink, and I requested to add a little milk. Then, my barista screamed and yelled at me! She refused to fulfill my request! I would not go here ever again.

They have an excuse why mobile order did not print about 1/2 the time. One suggestion would be put the printer at eye level so you can see that it is not working instead of down low.

The guy working the counter was rude

The 1st start is for the bathroom. How can this faucet be so dirty with mold! Starbucks needs to train their employees how to clean. It only takes a toothbrush, dish soap and water. We all wash our hands here as much as them. ( Someone didn't do a good job at all). Whoever is in charge of cleaning the bathroom and faucets at front where they also clean the utensils to make our drinks, should make sure all of the faucets are clean!

He made me feel better at the very end. I will not come back here.

Waited 25 minutes and never got my grande dark roast coffee. Wasn’t an order that had to be made, just poured and the lady kept looking past and shooing me. I understand if your busy but if you poured the guy behind me and the person behind them why wouldn’t my simple drip coffee be taken care of. Be aware of your surroundings. Not good customer service under pressure at this location.

They have the worst service in DFW so for that I have been to you would be better off just grabbing a coffee from your local gas station and that's very sad to say. The seating area is always so nasty 95% of the time, if you are meeting up with friends make sure to bring your own cleaning supplies because you have to clean your own table & chairs and the floor around you. Always order ahead with the moble app to this Starbucks is a joke, I live in Richardson but work in the shopping center across from this Starbucks takes me about 25mins to drive there, not only is my drink not ready they never pull my food items the sad part was that thy wasn't busy at all, so as I'm standing there 3 new customers walk in order and those same 3 customers get there coffee & other items before me. The crazy this they had FIVE employees behind the counter, ONE employee picking what drinks she wants to make, TWO others just standing behind her talking about their night, ONE just standing at the register, ONE standing by the oven. When ask for a refund thy refuse to give it to me, and just rush and made my drinking and I already had to pull my own food items, maybe I should get paid for working that day. After that I gave them a month to get it together, But no it's still the worst Starbucks to in Texas again mobile order 30mins before I got there drink still not ready, 3rd time I walk- in for the employee to tell me oh he have to remake order because someone walked out with so another 10mins I waited. Standing I have seen 3 people walk out telling the staff keep the money because it's not worth the wait or them being late to work. I work with many people that say this Starbucks has left a very bad taste in their mouth. So my Reviewers if you want Good Service, A clean place, And AMAZING COFFEE. Well Keep Driving Because This Starbucks is not IT.
