Nice and quiet place for breakfast, a little slow service but acceptable

The place is nice, but the portions are small. I ordered a vegetarian omelet, and the portion was really about one egg per person. I also ordered a milk-based drink, which tasted good. I think the ingredients are good quality, but I was still hungry afterward.

A very nice and modern place in downtown Puebla. We came here especially to try a chile en nogada since it's in season and they're sooooo delicious!! The agua fresca of the day, which was prickly pear, was also very good; I ordered it unsweetened because that's how I like it, and the flavor was great! The chipotle en nogada was also good, but the first time they served it, it was dry inside. Later, the kitchen gave us a better one. In short, I highly recommend the chiles en nogada! They're excellent! The service was very good. The menu has a variety of very good dishes. I'll definitely be back!!!

The staff is excellent, but the food could be better. Although the menu is the same, I tried the same dishes as at the CCU branch, and they were much better seasoned there. I went very early on Sunday, and the restrooms were filthy. Don't they clean them before opening?

A pleasant place, where the price-benefit ratio is poor. It's expensive, and they charge you even for butter, strawberry jam, or salted bread. The waitress who served us today was very friendly. I wouldn't return for my weekly meetings of 20 to 30 people.

A waitress named Liz has quite unpleasant manners; she acts like she owns a vast estate. Cheap doesn't justify such bad service. The place is freezing cold, and they don't have heaters or blankets. The food was below average and I suppose it was frozen solid because it made me sick. Maty (or Naty) and another waiter, who has the manners and courtesy that Liz lacks, saved the day.

The place is nice, but the chilaquiles they gave me had a huge amount of hair on them. I asked for them to be replaced, and they just removed the hair and gave me the same ones. In the end, to avoid making a big deal out of it, I tried to eat the clean part, but they were super salty. I pointed this out to the waiter, and they didn't care.

They take a long time to deliver the food. It's expensive, and the food isn't extraordinary for the price. If you have the chance to come, pass it up.
