Agradable y muy pacífico lugar para comer tranquilo en el patio de una antigua casona .... yo ordené quesadilla de tinga y café y nos trajeron una charola de pan, todo rico con sabor casero y mexicano mi hermana un omelette que tenía una salsa de chipotle muy buena. También tienen un hotel. Es un restaurante que pasa desapercibido pero sin duda recomiendo visitar!

Reviewed October 2024. A medium-sized, clean place tucked away in the center of Puebla. The facilities are very nice and clean, the staff is excellent, and the background music is top-notch (Andrea Bocelli and violin music in the background, not folk music, so to speak, or trashy shows). The menu is extensive, the portions are good, and the quality and flavor are very rich. Prices are moderate. They accept credit card payments. Another plus is that the breakfast package includes natural orange or grapefruit juice.

A very nice and modern place in downtown Puebla. We came here especially to try a chile en nogada since it's in season and they're sooooo delicious!! The agua fresca of the day, which was prickly pear, was also very good; I ordered it unsweetened because that's how I like it, and the flavor was great! The chipotle en nogada was also good, but the first time they served it, it was dry inside. Later, the kitchen gave us a better one. In short, I highly recommend the chiles en nogada! They're excellent! The service was very good. The menu has a variety of very good dishes. I'll definitely be back!!!

Cuando era un niño siempre escuchaba mucho de este lugar pero nunca tuve la oportunidad de visitarlo, sin embargo, siempre me preguntaba porque la gente iba allí; hace unas semanas pasando por ahí decidí que tenía que saber la respuesta de mi pregunta de infancia pero al salir de aquel lugar solo pude pensar ¿por qué la gente viene aquí?. Al llegar allí no había nadie que me recibiera y la atención fue muy poca pues ni siquiera parecía abierto. Sólo cuando pregunté si estaba abierto el lugar me notaron al parecer. La comida estuvo bien pero solo hasta allí.

A waitress named Liz has quite unpleasant manners; she acts like she owns a vast estate. Cheap doesn't justify such bad service. The place is freezing cold, and they don't have heaters or blankets. The food was below average and I suppose it was frozen solid because it made me sick. Maty (or Naty) and another waiter, who has the manners and courtesy that Liz lacks, saved the day.

The place is nice, but the chilaquiles they gave me had a huge amount of hair on them. I asked for them to be replaced, and they just removed the hair and gave me the same ones. In the end, to avoid making a big deal out of it, I tried to eat the clean part, but they were super salty. I pointed this out to the waiter, and they didn't care.
