Excellent place. We were starving when we arrived. Waiter immediately directed us to the salad bar so we could get started with some food. Everyone was amazing, friendly, and efficient. Meat is great. There are many options to choose from, all of them tasty and brought directly to your place in "espadas". We didn't get to the desserts because we ate too much from what we were offered. But I am sure dessert was as good as everything else we had. If you go to Puebla, eating here is a must.

Awesome. Got there 30 minutes before close on a Sunday and they still pulled out all the stops(so many skewers). The quality of the cuts is outstanding. 310 pesos(roughly 16usd) for buffet. Recommended.

Hay una excelente variedad de alimentos en la barra, y el sabor es estupendo, sin embargo nos fallaron un poquito en los cortes. Estaban un poco mas salados y secos de lo normal, a excepción de eso el ambiente y el servicio fue excelente, los meseros muy amables y la música estupenda, en esa ocasión tocaron música em vivo y avivó mucho el momento. Si volvería a visitarlos.

But unfortunately there's a lack of communication between management and the rest of the people in charge since they told us there could be reservations and then they said that that was not possible. Also, they couldn't give my coworkers and I the special discount for Teacher's Day because "supposedly" nobody was told about the request a day before when we had already told them about it.

The food was very good. And the atmosphere was nice. But I was VERY disappointed in the service. We had to keep asking for cuts of meat. At 1 time, we waited 30 minutes. And we asked several times why they would not serve us. Maybe we hit them at a bad time. But I will not be going back.

Its lackluster compared to what you can get in pampas just opposite side of road.its mid would not visit again.

Vamos por partes. La comida no es mala pero si estaba toda fría en la barra, ofrecen una buena variedad de alimentos como ensaladas, guarniciones y sopas. Las espadas son buenas y variadas, el problema es que tardan mucho en llegar a la mesa o a veces hay cortes que no llegan aunque los pidas. El servicio por parte de los meseros es muy bueno, la atención me pareció bien. El lugar y el ambiente me parecen bien, pero se nota mucho la deficiencia en su administración y logística, si el lugar no se quiere quedar estancado y si quieren de verdad que la gente hable bien de ellos tienen muchos puntos que mejorar.

Food was not good over cooked and under cooked in some cases. Did not traste well. The lay out of the place is great but the buffet was not good at all. If you want somthing a lot better at a similar price go to Mr Pampas.

Un lugar terribleeee para ir a comer!!! Fuimos el día de hoy con ganas de probar algo nuevo, pedimos una mesa para cinco. La barra es muy limitada y la comida muy insípida. Después de un rato salieron las espadas. Nada espectacular pero llegó un momento donde nos llevaron un corte “3/4” que estaba QUEMADO, después nos llevaron otro corte y estaba CRUDO. Nos llevaron de un extremo a otro. Pedimos hablar con la gerente y la mesera de manera muy amable y comprensiva nos dijo que la llamaría, pasaron 15 minutos y no salía. Nos llevaron una cortesía ante la evidente molestia pero no se comparaba con la terrible experiencia que estábamos teniendo. Al final nos dijeron que la gerente “no estaba” pero en realidad se estaba escondiendo. Al final salió el parrillero a dar la cara y de manera muy amable se disculpó. Después nos enteramos que la dueña es la gerente y NO QUISO dar la cara. Y ni hablar de los baños que estaban terriblemente sucios. No hubo más que una disculpa por parte del parrillero y de nuestra mesera y nosotros nos llevamos un experiencia asquerosa.
