They've been overcharging me, adding a tip without my knowledge, and it was a takeout order. I always used to buy from them, but a few weeks ago I realized they were ripping me off, and that's it. Be careful; I'm going to file a complaint with PROFECO (the Mexican consumer protection agency). And besides, the chicken was really bland.

The truth is it was a fiasco, a bad experience. The only good thing was the ribs, the rest had a terrible taste, salty carnitas, and the wings were terrible. Sorry, but I expected something better.

Terrible service. The staff are rude and disrespectful. It's important to note that my comment and bad experience occurred in the morning (I can't excuse their poor attitude since they were just starting their workday). They're supposed to open at 10:00 AM, I arrived at 10:13 AM, and the person I'm sharing photos of told me they wouldn't open until after 10:30 AM in a rude and arrogant tone.

I went to the place and the service was terrible. When I went to pay, they wouldn't accept my bill because it was wrinkled. They checked it to make sure it wasn't counterfeit, but they still wouldn't accept it. I asked to speak to the manager because of their attitude, and it turns out the guy who serves the carnitas said he was the manager and that I could only speak to him. The food isn't bad, but the worst thing that can happen to a customer is to be treated badly.

Very poor quality chicken, cold and raw, with a lot of blood on the pieces. The waiter was very attentive and helpful, trying to fix the chicken issue. In the end, we realized it was a kitchen issue, so they sent us another chicken, this time it was hot but raw (again). Bad experience at this branch. The waiter received good service; he offered an explanation and apologized (very nervous). In the end, he tried to make up for the bad experience by offering desserts. We really appreciate his great intention, which was not the purpose of getting free stuff. However, they should take care of those details that are super important for customers to have a good experience.
