Opinions de tomodachi Puebla
Delicious, excellent service, good price, the gentleman who serves is super friendly
Try it for yourselves and don't be swayed by the opinions of random people who post reviews; have your own judgment, and the food is good!
Highly recommended Everything is delicious and the prices are affordable Cost and quality are in line
The service was quick, the portions were generous, the waiter was friendly, and the place is simple but clean. We went on May 10th and they gave me a white rose 😃
Excellent service, the food tasted amazing, the cuisine was exquisite, the place was impeccably clean, delicious, highly recommended. Congratulations!
Call before going, because it's open, but sometimes the cooking staff hasn't arrived. Otherwise, the food tastes good and the portions are good-sized.
Delicious food! Perfectly subtle miso soup, and the best yaki soba!!
The best of the best
I highly recommend coming here if you are ever in the neighborhood. Great service, friendly environment, the food is extremely good, to my surprise the rice bowls were on point (having friend many from various places) I even got a free tasting from the chef. The best part was the serving portion .
The flavor is excellent, great variety, they are friendly, clean place, it doesn't get 5 stars because the service is a bit slow due to high demand
The preparation is good, but it's more of a Mexican flavor in a Japanese style. The portions are generous. For two people, it was $250 with tip. The mixed tempira was good.
I recommend them for their seasoning, but not for their service. I keep going there because of the food; they're somewhat unfriendly, and once when I ordered delivery, I overheard them speaking to customers in an offensive way. But the food is worth it. Ignoring that one small but significant point, I recommend it.
Delicious Japanese food and excellent service the day I went! Generous portions and good prices. The place is small and can get crowded at times. Highly recommended for takeout. January 17, 2021. I returned today and they only offer takeout, but the service remains good, with a variety of dishes and great flavor. I especially enjoyed the Yaki Soba noodles.
First and last time I'm returning to this place. While I was waiting for my order, one of the tables asked for a pitcher of water. The waiter (a gray-haired man) went into the kitchen and started preparing the water. To my surprise, he put the spoon in his mouth, I think to confirm the taste of the water, and put it back in the pitcher. He did this twice!!! And then, as if nothing had happened, he brought the pitcher to the customer's table, of course with the spoon still licked inside it. It's fine if you want to try the water, but at least change the spoon every time you try it or pour it into a glass. Or at least be a little embarrassed and try it where the customers can't see you. The flavor of the food isn't bad, but I couldn't eat my food with the same confidence. I don't consider the price to be high either. However, I recommend paying a little more and going to a place where it's tastier and, above all, they're healthier when preparing their food and drinks.
The makis are poorly made and the quantities have decreased since the last time I went. Before, there were two women who prepared the dishes well in quantity and quality, and there was a gentleman who was the waiter who also made an effort in the service. Now, there are four young men who I don't know if they are chefs, but I honestly didn't like how they made the bad ones and the tepenyaki. The place is very simple.
Today I ordered several dishes. The frozen tempura tasted like burnt oil. The rolls were cut thin. I think they make them to offer 12 pieces instead of the average 8 or 10. The shrimp roll didn't have shrimp, another didn't have eel sauce, another had avocado with a cannonball ammonia flavor, and the breaded ones didn't have Manchego cheese, and the other had regular cheese. Gentlemen, if you're going to get into the food industry, at least provide good training for your staff. It's important that you offer quality products; it's the food you serve us. You must definitely deliver what you promise your customers. Why would you run promotions if you're going to lower the quality of your product? Terrible, not recommended at all. Don't risk it. There are many kitchen brands that meet the basic requirements. There was simply no commitment here today.
