We had asked for a table for the Realais Paris Banus restaurant for NewYear, there was no table left and the manager or owner of the restaurant did something wonderful, relocating to Sunset Banus and having the cook serve us the same food of the restaurant, which was spectacular for the economic that turned out everything. They gave us details too. The place is great, has pool tables and high quality cocktails. Last but not least, the service, the waiter who attended us, the bartender who unfortunately forgot their names, treated us as if we were their friends or family on such a special day. Next year we will come back here without hesitation. Thanks!!!

Die schlechten Bewertungen kann ich meiner Erfahrung nach nicht nachvollziehen. Waren Abends immer dort. Musik war Top, so wie auch der Service und Security , sehr offen und gut gelaunt. Hat spaß gemacht.

I had the best night out with my friends here. We just wanted a quick drink at 8pm b4 our dinner which we booked at an other restaurant. Finally we stayed here till close. And we had dinner here which was good.

Very beautiful place close to the beach. Atmosphere iis very nice. All the staff professionsl. And Max manager always do the best for clientients.And shisha from Abdul is the best.

Si que es verdad que 3 aquarius 15€ es bastante caro, pero también es al precio que están en muchos otros lugares y ahí estamos hablando de Puerto Banus, que aunque soy de Ronda (a 50km de Marbella) reconozco que es un lugar que enamora

Good Bar; nice atmosphere, pool stable, TVs playing sports. Drinks are a little pricier than other places near by! 16e for a pina colada which wasn’t creamy, 5e for a can of Fanta. Staff weren’t rude to us though as other reviews mention

Good quality, but bad staff an really expensive

This place before it got renovated was fantastic. It has changed a lot. My family ordered breakfast here. 2 out of the 4 drinks were missing. The toast with the breakfasts was more bread then toast. the club sandwich had so much Mayo it was glooping off the side, my partner asked for no tomato on the sandwich and it came with it. One of the breakfast came 10 minutes after the others. The full English did not get given with butter had to ask for it. The service was not great you, a lack of passion, competence and experience. Needs better management and a fine tune.

Precios elevados para la calidad que ofrecen. Mesas muy juntas, refrescos en lata, música alta a las 12:30, algo deteriorado,... está en Puerto Banús, esto lo hace más chistoso aún.

Terrible experiencia… llegamos y le pedí al camarero sentarnos en uno de los sofás frontales ( me dijo que ahí valía más caro) cuando se dio cuenta de que era española y sabía que se estaba intentando aprovechar me dijo que era broma. Pedimos margaritas normales y nos trajeron frozen margaritas, cuando nos las cambiaron estaban asquerosas . Pésimo servicio, soy de Marbella y de verdad no soporto que la gente se quiera aprovechar de los que vienen de fuera a disfrutar de las vacaciones . Conclusión 56 euros por 4 margaritas de pésima calidad

Acabo de salir del lugar hace menos de 30 minutos, nos han clavado 12€ de "propina", exigida, que ni si quiera consta en el ticket. Nos han vendido que era por taxes de servicio el cual ha sido pésimo e inexistente. Se habrán pensado que éramos extranjeras y nos han cobrado de más cuando si se supone que cobran a todos la propina, debería constar en el ticket pero no ha sido el caso. Mis amigas y yo íbamos muy contentas a Puerto Banús y hemos salido muy enfadadas con la experiencia. Nada recomendable este lugar, al final vas a por un cocktail y te cobran 20€

Don’t come here unless you want to be double charged…. We got a couple rounds and payed as they came. Then got a bill for over 200 euros. We cut our loses and paid the bill because they threatened police. Then the manager came outside and threatened to fight us at the beach. I will never come back to this establishment, I would be embarrassed to have that manger work for me. Fair warning!

A fuir ! Je n’ai pas l’habitude de mettre de mauvaise avis, mais quelle déception, le service est médiocre. Au moment de payer impossible de payer chacun sa part. La veille on viens on nous explique que c’est en supplément. Aujourd’hui on reviens impossible de payer séparément. Il fallait payer en 1 carte la totalité de l’addition. De plus on nous met la pression pour payer avec un membre du personnel à attendre avec le TPE. Bref déçue.

Without doubt the worst cocktails on planet earth 🤮 We were looking for a nice drink and tried this absolute dumpster. We ordered a mojito and Aperol, I don’t know what we got but it tasted like they mixed it fresh from the jax pot. And that’s not the worst part… the worst part is they charged us €32 quid. I felt violated 🫣 I should have known, but If they have people outside trying to get you in, make a sharp U turn. Avoid this place like your life depends on it ❌

Very bad service. The staff were rude and inattentive. We had to ask twice for a menu, an ashtray, and some water, but still didn’t receive them. Eventually, we went up to the bar ourselves. We were given one glass of water, but still no menu or ashtray.

DO NOT GO! The staff are so rude we got a menu and the staff came over to get our order and when we said we wasnt ready they physically grabbed us of the table as a group of girls this was so scary!

0 respect from waiters, pressing to order more, overcharged, expensive, dropped the bill on our table and walked off without a word saying that they were closing, no good night / thank you after we paid. Overall terrible experience here, just left feeling robbed and disrespected.

Don't waist your time or money at this place you will be disappointed. Awful service they try make you buy expsive drinks (more expensive than the menu!) Awful expierence. The waitor with the dreds was the most rude waitor possible, if you want to have a good expierence this is not the place to come to in Puerto Banus. I was going to complain against our service staff but the whole team wasn't even will to tell me his name to complain. Super rude and once again a awful experience. Only come if you want to leave unhappy. If you are the owner of this place please contact me because I would love to file a formal complaint.

Je déconseille très fortement. De passage à puerto banus pour les vacances, on sent que la maison a pour habitude de profiter des touristes. Pour commencer, je demande si on peut s'installer à l'intérieur, la réponse fut '' il fait chaud nan ? " ayant moi même travaillé en service je comprend qu'il faut donner envie aux passant de rentrer, cela n'est pas trop grave. Ensuite, un serveur arrivera ( cheveux courts, petit de taille) ni souriant, ni agréable d'ailleurs. J'ai demandé conseil pour une boisson, on m'a répondu froidement et fait comprendre que je n'aurai pas de conseil, bon, cela n'est toujours pas trop grave mais ça refroidit. Vient le moment de payer ( avant de consommer bien évidemment, cela peut se comptendre) une addition bien salée pour 4 boissons LAMBDA. 35€, ce à quoi le même serveur froid et désagréable demandera avec le sourire cette fois ( évidemment) en anglais (ah oui, cette fois, on peut communiquer en anglais) : "on arrondis à 40€ pour les tips ?" Nous avons laissé 1€ par gêne et forcing car mal à l'aise, celui ci répondra '' it's enough boss '' avec une tête dépité. Pardonnez moi mais en plus de 5 ans de restauration, jamais au grand JAMAIS je ne me serai permise de QUÉMANDER un pourboire, qui plus est, après un service aussi médiocre fourni. Nous ne sommes pas aux États Unis, vos serveurs je l'espère sont payés au fixe voir avec primes mais pas aux pourboires. Je considère cela comme de la mendicité, la manche voilà tout. Ridicule et pitoyables. La serveuse aux cheveux blond d'une 40aine d'année est aussi aimable qu'une porte de prison et as le regard extrêment noir envers les clients. Bref, je vous remercie d'avoir gâché notre dernière soirée de vacances qui s'étaient pourtant magnifiquement bien déroulée grâce à de nombreux établissements corrects et accueillants. Ceci n'est rien d'autre qu'un attrape touriste bas de game. A fuire et dénoncer. N'oubliez pas que ce sont vos clients qui vous font vivre.

€5 for a fanta lemon in a can enough side

Staff are overly friendly so they get away with charging you and your drunk friends 4 times for the same 4 drinks. They make up the prices as they go along. Don’t get pulled in by the pool table. Avoid.

Si quieres ser estafado por la cara ven sunset cafe banus y tómate un café y paga 12 e preguntó el café vale 12 e y su respuesta son porq el café trae baileys osea un carajillo de baileyes y me dice estás en puerto Banús es caro.. me parece un robo este sitio

Por una CocaCola y una cerveza pagamos 14€, camareros lentos y no muy agradables.

Entramos porque nos prometieron invitarnos a chupitos y luego en la mesa se negaron a traerlos. Muy mala atención.

Sitio excesivamente caro (dos cañas, una coca cola y un batido de fresa por 24€). Además de eso, personal MUY lento, tardaron mucho en servirnos una vez nos atendieron, pagamos y se quedaron con la vuelta, y no nos la trajeron hasta que tuvimos que reclamársela, y encima de reclamarla no sabían lo que tenían que devolvernos, todos los camareros estaban con el teléfono en lugar de hacer su trabajo… Un desastre. Sitio para no repetir y que definitivamente no recomendaría.

Pesimo sitio y es una pena porque el local como tal, música y ambiente que lo rodea es de 10, pero hasta que vinieron a atendernos pasaron sin mentiros 15min. Después de que por fin nos atendieran pedimos dos pintas, nos iban a traer 2 piñas coladas, no se en que momento se distorciono tanto el mensaje, queríamos pedir una pizza y preguntamos que contenía un par de ellas concretamente y el camarero no sabia, fue a cocina a preguntar y a la que volvía ya se le había olvidado...en fin no quisimos comer obviamente y nos trajeron estas maravillosas cervezas, adjunto foto, valorar vosotros mismos, nosotras como es lógico nos levantamos y le dijimos que nos íbamos porque no me pensaba beber eso y menos por 6 euros cada una.
