Excelente spa con excelente servicio. Todo el personal a es muy amable y te explican cualquier duda. Definitivamente vale la pena y su precio (por el servicio que ofrece) es inmejorable.

Hacia mucho que no iba a un temazcal, por esto decidí agendar para mi esposo y para mi esta experiencia como parte de nuestro festejo de aniversario, por logística llegamos tarde sin embargo hicieron lo posible y nos atendieron, una felicitación a Nataly por su gestión para darnos el servicio, además de ser una chica muy amable. Me encantó el temazcal y todo el servicio (aromaterapia, músico terapia y la exfoliación con barro virgen), el lugar está muy limpio e higiénico. El masaje fue la cereza del pastel 10/10, salimos super relajados y contentos. Definitivamente recomiendo el lugar, adicional que los precios son muy razonables.

Toda la experiencia estuvo espectacular. Me explicaron los ejercicios de respiración muy a detalle, y que esperar al estar dentro del temazcal. Al estar dentro, la atención fue muy buena, siempre hay alguien afuera al pendiente de cualquier cosa. El resto de las terapias son igual de buenas, destacando la hidroterapia y la arcilla, que me dejó la piel súper suave. Durante todo el proceso fueron muy pacientes y me dieron el tiempo necesario para quitarme la arcilla y para tomarme un té que te dan antes del masaje. El masaje me lo dió Karen, y fue verdaderamente bueno. Todo el tiempo estaba al pendiente de la presión que yo quisiera, y fue muy atenta con donde yo tuviera molestias o dolores musculares para tener cuidado. En general una experiencia imperdible en Puerto. Muchas gracias!!!

That was the best spa experience I have ever had in my life! My boyfriend and I both got the Complete temazcal treatment + 90-minute full-body massage. It started with an incredible massage that was very relaxing. Then when temazcal treatment was unlike anything I have done before. You wear your bathing suit and go in an incredible hut sauna with herbs that smell so incredible. The clay mask on my skin left me the smoothest I’ve ever felt! Would 100% recommend this to anyone visiting!!

Literalmente the best thing for our bodies. Temazcal unlike anything I've ever experienced. All of the ladies working were local, professional and kind. We signed up for a temazcal full experience (online says 2hours) for our group of three. We all walked away partially dazed and skin feeling so soft. Wear your swimsuits, but you will pretty much be naked for the massage part. Nuestras parte favorito estaba el temazcal. Their steam experience is so special. The herbs used are so minty and refreshing, even when you're inhaling and feeling like you're being suffocated, the power of the eucalyptus and other herbs seep into all your systems. Massage is on the lighter pressure side. The clay was the best part, we felt SO soft. Purchase their barro/clay if you can for home spa sessions, nothing like anything I've felt from typical US to Korean spas. Please sell your chamomile lemongrass tea, it's so delicious. Will highly recommend for anyone travelling through Puerto needing a reset, supporting locals and run by locals.

I can comment that the experience is really good. The temazcal part it's unique as well as the clay part. My skin is very soft afterwards. The massage was good. What could definitely be better is the attention to the people. A bit more interaction and explanation of the process. The time you can spend inside and the possibility to go out to grab some air is something I overheard from others and I wish I could've known. In general, a great experience and would definitely come back.

I wish I had done more due diligence about this place before making an appointment. I had a basic understanding of the Temazcal experience and what it entailed, but the service and massage was just lacking. There are better options in Puerto Escondido for massage purposes. I couldn't get relaxed with all the yelling of one of the patrons, and again, the massage being very weak. She actually left my massage to see what was happening. The people working there were nice enough and we tried to communicate, but overall it just wasn't for me. I feel I wasted my money, but you live and learn. Won't patronize the business again when back in Puerto Escondido.

Unfortunately we can not recommend this Temazcal at all. The place itself is nice and the “activities” for themselves were decent. The massage at the end was nice aswell. But service is just terrible. It seemed like the girls wanted to finish the cleaning of the place to go home on time rather than explaining us what to do. They did everything but making us feel comfortable. Even tho we spoke Spanish we were lost so many times. Activities just continued when we were proactively going to the reception asking about what to do next. Wondering if things were part of the traditional ritual we often were sitting around waiting for what to do next. They left us covered in mud without even thinking about mentioning that we could or should use the showers around the corner. After 5-10mins of waiting we just decided to get rid of it ourselves by using one of the schlauchs. There were no other guests, so the girls were mostly busy cleaning or chatting. As mentioned the place is beautiful and the massage was good, but if you’re looking for a traditional Mexican Temazcal experience better try find something else - not worth the money.

I paid £36/ 940 MXN for a 60 min full body massage. Venue was run down & very quiet. Staff are friendly and sweet. Unfortunately my masseuse was not trained, she didn’t know what she was doing. Possibly one of the worst massages I’ve received :( such a waste of time and money.

Soy una persona super fanática de los masajes. Me realizo un masaje cada semana y tristemente esta ha sido una de mis peores experiencias. Llegué me cobraron, no me preguntaron cuál masaje deseaba. Al llegar a la camilla, me acosté y me di cuenta que son súper incómodas donde recargabas la cabeza es por mucho más grande que el tamaño de mi cabeza y la base es muy dura, por lo que la cabeza resulta estar bastante incómoda durante el masaje, no le ponen una toalla que cambien en cada persona por lo que también tiene un olor a sudor que resulta ser desagradable. Al empezar el masaje pedí más presión ya que sentía solo como si me estuvieran tocando pero no como tal un masaje, la presión no cambió por lo que después de tiempo volví a preguntar y me comentó que necesitaba pagar 200 pesos más para tener más presión pero como ya había pasado tiempo le comenté que me hubiera gustado que me preguntaran al principio ya que si pagaba ahora no iba a reflejarse el costo en el masaje completo ya que ya llevaba rato de haber iniciado. No solo fue la presión si no que la masajista no tenía técnica. Sin duda deben tener personal más capacitado, ya que un masaje debe cumplir el objetivo de relajar no solo pasar manos sobre la piel. No te colocan una almohadilla o toalla en el cuello mientras estás boca arriba o una en los tobillos mientras estás boca abajo, como en todos los masajes regulares, logrando así tener una posición idónea de relajación, por lo que resultas estar incómoda durante la duración del masaje. El aceite que usan es de muy mala calidad ya que nunca se absorbe en la piel y solo te la deja sumamente grasosa, y se siente pegajoso. Creo que el lugar tiene mucho potencial pero deberían tener personal más apto

My appointment I booked on their website was canceled. Apparently, their website isn't working properly, and you have to call them directly to make a reservation. The man who picked up the phone didn’t even apologise for the inconvenience, only kept assuring me that it’s the system’s fault, that I kinda had to make a call to make a reservation. Not very hospitable. I wanted to relax, not to get annoyed and stressed more than I am already. Disappointed. Mi cita, que reservé en su sitio web, fue cancelada. I would not recommend this place at all. The service was bad and it felt rushed. The massage was the worse massage I have ever had, it literally felt like they were just rubbing oil on my back and that’s it. We were the first group there for the day and they didn’t explain any of the herbs they were using to us and then another group came and they took their time with them which made it feel like we were bothering them. The girls that work there just kept rolling their eyes and making gestures to one another it was very uncomfortable. We didn’t even tip them because how bad the services was. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I had a Temazcal experience recently, and while the ceremony itself was beautiful, I’m very disappointed with the service that followed. During the session, a staff member offered to take photos of me and my husband. She took my number and promised to send them afterward. Several days passed, and I hadn’t received anything. When I called to follow up, the person who answered the phone — a male staff member — was extremely rude and unhelpful. He told me he “didn’t know anything” and that he only takes appointments. I had to insist that he at least check with the team or follow up with someone. He reluctantly agreed, saying that maybe someone would get back to me. It’s now been over a week, and still no response or photos. When I called again, I received the same dismissive and vague answers. This lack of professionalism and basic customer care is very disappointing, especially considering the spiritual and respectful nature of the experience they promote.
