Everything was perfect. Our experience was absolutely amazing, and we as a family have zero complaints. It was my mom’s birthday and they perfectly executed and celebrated her special day. Further, the food was absolutely delicious, and very well prepared. Completely sober and sane, we enjoyed every second at Prime Grill. 10/10 recommend. PS. If u like dancing, the DJ here is amazing 🙌🏾. Might need to find a club after👀 Edit: I came here a second time solo and the environment was amazing. This time I came a little earlier in the day and the music was still bumping, vibes still flowing, and food still bussing😋. The Brisket Tacos are a MUST GET if you ever stop by, the presentation was royal, and the meat was some of the richest I have ever had. The flavors are so well blended and rich, tienen mucho savor👨🏾‍🍳. Special shout out to Javier who was my server and went above and beyond. He absolutely exceeded my expectations and was a joy to be served by. Alfredo also was also spectacular in his service towards me, and made sure that everything that I needed was provided. Lastly Brian helped me with everything else that I needed and was a joy to speak with as well, and I got to catch up a little bit with Luis Villa who had served me and my parents prior. They were all also a pleasure to speak with. 10/10 experience once again.Before around 7, the place was much quieter, calmer, and the service was much more intimate.

Tomahawk was slightly undercooked when arrived but staff immediately took it back and fixed the meat temperature. The meat was phenomenal and the sides were delicious too!

Super friendly staff. Very accommodating and perceptive to our needs. We had the iceberg salad which was delicious and a good starter. My wife ordered the mushroom tacos that had a distinct flavor and I got the New York strips (medium rare), served cut and spiced perfectly. Both entrees topped with truffle fries. Finished with the pistachios vanilla ice cream. Perfect dinner!

Chan was the best waiter and took great care of us. casa prime served our incredible brisket tacos. For sure the best brisket that I have ever eaten. The tiramisu was an incredible finish to an incredible meal. The service was 5 star and so was the meal. We will be back

This is the place to celebrate, dine and enjoy PV's best! From the moment we walked in we were made to feel welcome, comfortable and at home. The Staff were so attentive, so pleasant, kind & helpful! The food was honestly some of the best we've ever had! The flavors & the portion sizes were incredible! I'd recommend making a reservation but not necessary, I'd also recommend dressing up a bit. Not that either were an issue, we walked in without a reservation in street clothes but this place deserves some class. Truly I would rate our complete experience a 20/10! We will definitely be back for more!

Casa Prime in Puerto Vallarta was outstanding. The food was amazing and the service truly made the experience special. Our servers, Ernesto and Luis, were incredibly attentive and professional. They made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. My drink was never empty, their food recommendations were spot-on, and they checked in just the right amount without being intrusive. You can tell they really care about the guest experience. We’ll definitely be back.

The 500gram filet was very tender and delicious.The Mandarin salad was excellent and the chocolate cake was very nice.Really too much food for the two of us. I booked on Opened Table app. I made reservations for, close to outside and somewhat quiet. That is exactly what I got. The waitstaff was exceptional noteworthy, Ulises Chan, Jonathan and Savanna. Not in our face but very well taken care of. Also, love the coffee.

The vibes were classy food was delicious best steak we had in Puerto Vallarta! I didn’t even get around to taking photos of the main course cause they looked and tasted so good we couldn’t wait to dig in! Got the Fillet mignon The steak was cooked to perfection tender had an excellent sear, also got the pasta which was pretty good I enjoyed! Got the steak sandwich which had a great flavour just the meat was very tough wanted dessert but the lava cake would take 30 minutes and I don’t think I have that much time left with my baby there overall was amazing I would be back!

I was pretty disappointed last night. Service took absolute ages! Like… ages! I asked for my steak well done (don’t come at me, I know it “ruins it”, I don’t care). It came out red. After butterflying it, it was really tasty, but overall, I’m just disappointed by the long waits. Our server was awesome and he tried his best, but he could’ve definitely used some extra help.

We had eaten here on 3 previous occassions and had a truly outstanding experience. The second visit was the best: Staff were very attentive, they brought out several salts for the steak and explained each, etc. i can't explain our experience this evening, my partner asked for her steak medium well and it came back bleeding/rare. She sent it back and it was still rare. Then they brought a hot stone to the table so she could cook it herself. The music got so loud you could not enjoy a conversation. it wasn't like it was late. our reservation was for 7:15pm. and then one of the servers kept trying to take items away without asking if we were finished (appetizers, sauces etc). They could tell we were not happy and offered us free dessert. My partner left half her steak so I took it as we paid for it and i could see they were not going to offer a discount. By this point we just wanted to leave. Very disappointing after having had good experiences in the past. Not going back.
