Frankie’s has delicious food and great service. We eat here every time we visit Puerto Vallarta.

Cuando buscamos un restaurante no estábamos seguros de venir a este porque tiene pocas opiniones. Pero igual nos "arriesgamos". La única opinión negativa que tiene es COMPLETAMENTE injusta! El servicio fue excelente, la comida (bruccetas, pasta Alfredo, pizza Margerita, espagueti Aglio e Olio, berenjena Parmegiana, Tiramisu y Sangria) fue toda de excelente calidad y sazón. Porciones generosas y bien presentadas. El restaurante tiene 12 años! No se dejen llevar por las pocas opiniones! De verdad vale la pena 1000%.

We had our son and fiance welcome party here last Friday. Everyone had so much fun. The entertainment was phenomenal . Food and drinks great. Staff was extraordinary. Very reasonably priced . A fun night was had by all. Thank you Juan . 😊

We started going one day a week to see Angeloo. Now we go 3 to 4 times a week. The singers are amazing and the staff is the best. I love their tamales too.

It's a lovely place. It features a variety of shows. The staff and service are top-notch. It has a spacious area, a terrace, chairs, and armchairs. There are plenty of amenities. The people who frequent the place create a great atmosphere. The energy of the staff and performers is truly contagious, creating a positive vibe. It's a great place to celebrate.

You know I had visited Frankie's Spaghetti House in the past and I couldn't remember having a better Caesar salad or better spaghetti. Tonight I decided to return for my second visit but it wasn't the same as the first. Once again I ordered the Caesar salad and although it was very good it was not cold. A slightly cool salad, especially as Caesar salad is not that tasty as Caesar salad should be very cold. For my second course I ordered the spaghetti bolognese. Although the spaghetti was hot and it was fairly delicious I found the portion to be quite small especially for the price. I ended up leaving there hungry. I never understand why it pasta restaurants are skimpy on the pasta when it is such a low-cost ingredient. The service was good the atmosphere is somewhat quirky old style Italian and like I say the food was okay but not as good as the first time around. I'm not really writing this with you to criticize the restaurant I'm just wanting others to people to be aware and the owners to be aware of where they could possibly make improvements. I would love to say that it was as good as the first time I visited but it wasn't and I'm not sure I will be back.

Third time at this restaurant and my last! Stick to beer or wine at this place. Cocktails are not their specialty. I’m not a fan of Italian food but when it’s good I’ll say so. The best thing about the dinner was the bread. Won’t return!

Having been here many times over the years we have tolerated the sometimes disappointing service but on Thanksgiving night it was the worst. The music that night was nowhere near its best and every performer is anticipating a tip. Our waiter presented menus for food and drinks but neglected to tell us that the kitchen was not operating at the time due to working on the thanksgiving dinner that had been catered by another company. When we ordered 2 taco bowl salads we waited a very long time before the owner came by to tell us that the kitchen was just starting up again and due to the wait that he would comp our food. We continued to wait and saw other tables get food. After another long time I told the waiter that if they couldn’t provide our food soon that we would cancel the order and eventually we had to cancel the order pay for our drinks and leave. The waiter did apologize several times. We have noticed over the years of coming here that if one is not a regular customer that we are ignored to some extent especially being an older husband and wife. This is the only club or music venue in PV where we have experienced this.

Servers were lovely. The problems : upon walking up to the restaurant, we were low key accosted by a intoxicated woman who we thought was a drunk patron. She gave us menus and told us how amazing the food was. We walked in because we were going there anyway. We ended up with bread that was somehow soggy, burnt and dry all at the same time. I ordered the special that the drunk lady suggested to us and my partner ordered lasagna. The horror of this meal cannot be understated. The pasta was over cooked, the shrimp was dry, and there was zero seasoning. Just plain pasta. The lasagna was covered in what I can only described as unseasoned tomato sauce from a can and mushy meat. If you want food that looks like the photo eat here .

What happened to Frankie’s!? They used to be accommodating, not anymore. They used to be packed with a line on a Friday night, not anymore, open tables everywhere in February. You used to get a generous pour of tequila for 150p, not it comes in a miniature shot glass. The Caesar salad had wilted and brown lettuce. They hardly cook the pizza. Used to love this place. Not going back. Too many other better choices. Bye Frankie!
